Nous avons grandement apprécié le service courtois du personnel de l'hôtel. Déçus cependant du spa: jets pas très puissants et l'eau qui en sortait était froide...

Personnel courtois et serviable. Lit très comfortable. Un séjour très agréable.

Pas le grand luxe mais très confortable

Tout a été parfait chambre , bain tourbillon, déjeuner un week de bonheur

D'abord, à notre arrivée, on nous a dit que la piscine était fermé pour entretien. Nous, on allait là en autre pour la piscine! donc extrêmement déçu. On nous a dit qu'on pouvait aller à l'autre Holiday Inn de Burlington pour se baigner (mais il fallait revenir à notre premier hôtel par la suite!). Arrivée, à notre chambre, on découvre la lumière du […] bureau disfonctionnel, car non branchée et aucune prise de courant disponible. Ensuite, en cherchant d'autres prises de courant pour brancher mon téléphone, je découvre à l'arrière de la table de chambre un vieux journal (daté d'un mois auparavant avec un jeux de mot croisé à moitié rempli). Aussi, je découvre un curdent à côté du journal. Aussi, ma fille trouve un bonbon séché à terre sur le bord du lit (caché par l'édredon). Finalement, ma fille, en jouant sur le bord de la fenêtre, découvre une belle grosse toile d'arraignée. Franchement dégueulasse! Lisez la suite

Tout était impacaple. Excellent service. Très propre. Pour l'utilisation que l'on avait besoin, le prix était tres acceptable. je le reccomande à tous. Le seul négatif, est qu'il ne nous on pas dit l'heure de fermeture du déjeuner, donc on a presque pas pu manger. Et le déjeuner est tres bon. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois. Même bon service. Très bien situé. Déjeuner inclus avec beaucoup de choix. Employés très serviables.Cependant, nous étions dans la vieille partie de l'hôtel et il y avait une senteur de moisissure dans la chambre qui a duré toute la fin de semaine.

Très bonne hotel. Bon petit déjeuner. L'Hôtel est propre et dans une bonne place au Sud de Burlington-VT.

This was the perfect hotel for our needs. Fast check in-out. Very nice and helpfull staff. Left the car there and got on their shuttle service to BUrlington intl. airport.

Place seemed well run, fairly clean and comfortable. OK deal for what it is.

The pool was open untill 11:00 pm, breakfast was good options, and the room was very clean. Very pleasant place to stay at with my family!

A five to ten minute drive from downtown Burlington, the Holiday Inn Express is a good value. The indoor pool, hot tub, and saunas are nice in winter. In a few years I think the hotel will need a makeover as the rooms are starting to look a little dated. Nice hotel amid a plentitude of Hotels and motels in the area. close to town, clean efficient, good fresh choice of breakfasts. Will rebook

Not much to say we were there for black friday so we didn't stay at the hotel for long. But the only thing I would say would have been a problem if at all is that the awesome hot tub is way too hot but other than that I really liked the place. I enjoyed staying there and would stay there again.

Clean hotel for a reasonable rate that I had stayed in before but I had two problems this time around - 1. the handle for the shower broke off in my hand so I had to shower in the pool locker room one morning and 2. the next day the newly repaired shower in the room only would get luke warm - probably won't stay again - the Lake View Restaurant across […] the parking lot is awesome though Lisez la suite

We went for a ice hockey tounament and this as close to all 4 rinks in use. It was clean, had friendly service and provided a hearty breakfast all at a good price. It was a good choice for our team travel.

Nice hotel to stay at, a few minutes drive to downtown Burlington, the room was clean, there is a pool in the hotel if you like to swim. Not much to do in the general walking area of the hotel, but the lake is very close, and if you don't mind driving most things you would want to do are just a short drive away.

the plumbing was the worst toilet not flushing, the shower not totally working and the sink not draining and hard to turn on

The staff were very professional, great customer service. Location was good, near restaurants, room was clean and comfortable, even though the shower drain was slow in draining the water, your standing showering with water up to your ankles. Breakfast was great I would recommend this hotel.

We went to holiday inn express as we have many great experiences in other locations. The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. The room was basic and clean, The food at breakfast was so bad that we would not eat there the next day even though it was free. The eggs were rubbery plastic, there was no margarine, only butter, no fruit, only bananas […] and oranges, no whole wheat options. the yogurts were a quarter of the size. Basically, it was an insult. The pool did not seem clean, so we opted not to go back in a second time. We will not go back to this hotel. Lisez la suite

Was disappointed with the hotel. Was traveling with children and arrived at hotel to find the pool was closed. They did offer the holiday inn pool at a different location but wasn't as convenient. Overall was a good value for the money and was in a great location for places to eat and shop. However was charged extra for a microwave they never provided. Also had trouble with the toliet that they never fixed. They did have a very good breakfast. I would say the minor problems were made up by the location and the beds. Not close to the downtown

The hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Lots of available parking and the breakfast was great. Free wireless and the use of a computer downstairs meant that I could leave my laptop at home. The a/c unit was loud, but we quickly discovered that leaving it on when we were out meant that we could […] turn it off when we returned in the evening. My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel during our short visit to Burlington. In general, the hotel was what I expected and didn't have any major complaints. On the plus side, the room was well kept and there was a good buffet breakfast. Although it is located a little out of downtown, it is located on route 7 which is convenient to get in and out […] of town. There was plenty of parking and restaurants close by. It was simply a clean, enjoyable stay.

we were very pleased overall, but the one glaring problem was a pool that needed updating...the lining was coming apart from the actual pool at the stairs, making for a lumpy and grimy appearance.

This hotel is located well and very nice to stay at. The breakfast in the morning is always good. The jacuzzi is never working and the pool liner is wrinkled, overall though, I will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the air conditioning system. It was very loud every time it would start.

It was a room and a clean bed to sleep in. Unlike other Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed in, this one was older and outdated. Compared to what you would pay at other hotels in the area, I may go back. But I was not impressed and will likely pay a little more to stay elsewhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though.

Stayed here for a 3 day getaway over Labor Day Weekend. First time to Burlington and overall had a very positive experience. It's not too far from downtown Burlington and the drive is easy and quick. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations when asked, providing directions, things like that. Hotel was clean, loved the pool […] and hot tub- plus saunas and a small fitness center. Breakfast was adequate and coffee and fruit were always available which I really liked. The pool was not that appealing - liner was loose and tearing on the steps and the paint was peeling around the edges. Brown spots where water pooled around it. The hot tub was the same way and it wasn't any warmer than the bath water. The pool nor the hot tub appeared to be too clean. In addition the hotel lobby smelled of smoke as did the rooms even […] though the hotel was suppose to be smoke free. One room was worse than the other however. Room was stuffy and windows could not be opened. Asked for room with windows that could be opened but was told none existed yet our friends had one. Mattresses were good. Beds clean. Pool needs serious maintenance: painting and new liner. Water was clean. Breakfast is OK, no more. Way too expansive.
