Hard sheets...not comfortable. torn shower curtain. less than warm hot tub. hard pillows. continental breakfast not open when they were suppose to be. dogs howling outside. heat lamp in bathroom broken. if the above description does not deter you...i do not know what would...

One problem was the Free Wireless signal was so weak on the second floor that it couldn't be used.

The smoke detector appeared to be missing from our room. There were three hairs on my pillow and sheets. I assumed/hoped they were the housekeeper's and did not belong to a previous guest. The plumbing was weird but the front desk responded quickly to our request for a plunger. The water pressure in the shower was good but the shower curtain was hung […] incorrectly and slid to the middle causing water to go all over the floor. The beds were comfortable. Our room/beds did not get made up, which was fine, however, we did not even get fresh towels although we stayed two nights. We probably could have requested them but it was late when we returned to the hotel so we just made do with what was there. Finally, the alarm had apparently been set by some prankster and went off in the middle of the night. It would have been nice if the staff would have checked that when they turned over the room as we obviously didn't think it was something we needed to do. Lisez la suite

Family operated: Manager(Dad?) and desk clerk(daughter?) were constantly bickering. Even arguing in front of guests. Going up the stairs we noticed large, well established COB WEBS in the corners of the steps. Do they never vacuum? At the room, there was no phone book, no pen to write with, and no note pad. We were strangers in town. We NEEDED these […] things! In the bathroom, the tub drain was dirty with somebody else's hair! Trim and finish on outside were ratty. Indoor pool was small, and COLD. When we went swimming, the "family" was occupying most of it. I have had much much much better for half the price. I booked it because of its proximity to the highway. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was comfortable, felt safe and was clean. The man at the front desk during my check-in was unfriendly. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub. I became very dissapointed once I found out that it didn't open until 11:00 in the morning and closed at 8:00 P.M. Our room did not have a working lock and the hotel staff did nothing to assist us in this problem. The inner door had a chain and we propped a chair up against the door while sleeping. It was a terrible experience. I would have tried to find another room but we were in town for a wedding and had other things to deal with! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL […] ! Lisez la suite

Overall the hotel was OK, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were happy with the hotel and would stay again.

I traveled from Atlanta to Colorado for a family reunion. My check in time was at 1pm when I called the hotel a man answered at the front desk and adviced me that check in time was at 3pm. I told him that on my itenerary it said 1pm and check out at 11am. I also told him that since check out was at 11am that he can ask someone to clean at least one […] room so I can get in cuz I was tired of driving and in need of a shower. I told him I would be there at 1pm, he said you can come in at one but I will make you wait till 3pm and not one minute early will I give you a room key. He also indicated that they were full and had no time to waist with me. I said that I booked in advance and needed my room on time. He said we can refuse service to anyone, so I am cancelling your reservation then hung up. I was so upset of what just happened. I called hotels.com but could not do anything since they booked my room to someone else. I belive that they had already booked my room prior to me calling and were looking for a reason to cancell my room. I have never had a bad experiance with any hotel. This hotel oviousely do not have good people working there and I do not believe that it would be a good place to stay in. DON'T MAKE RESERVATIONS HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL CANCELL THEM! Lisez la suite

Great Hotel. No Problems. For the money it was awesome.

The hotel room was a good value and in a convenient location. The staff was very friendly. The room was not as clean as I would like, there was evidence in the fridge and on the floor of the last patrons. Overall, it was good for the money.

The Hotel landscaping included multiple blooming rose bushes. They were gorgeous and helped make our stay very pleasant. There was a large bouquet of roses on the main desk in the lobby as well. What a great touch!

The room was not clean. We only had 2 wash cloth. the coffee maker was full of used grounds and water. We ran out of toilet paper ordered king bed got queen bed. Management was put when we asked for ice bucket. never again there!!!!!
