Quality Inn Airport - Yuma

First night we had to ask for clean linen. Next day our room was not serviced. Ceiling had water damage.

When we checked in a very flustered clerk told us she was working the Desk and the bar at the same time??? The first room she sent us to, was in fact in use even though they had no record of it??? The bed was made down and the room was dirty from use. The next room was OK, nothing to brag about though. The breakfast that was FREE, was sweet rolls.

Accommodations fair. Wireless internet access didn't work.

Phone didn't work and some ligthing. Other than that it was just fine. I would stay there again. Staff was good and friendly.

Not the greatest place, but it’s the cheapest 3 star in town. As a result, you get rooms that needed carpet a few years ago, a dead swamp cooler in the hall and a driveway that would make a 3rd world country proud.. Top it off with a few year round residents and you get the picture. Bed was comfortable, staff nice and friendly, but you can do better. […] Pay a few more bucks and stay at the places right on the freeway. Lisez la suite

The TV in the room didn't work properly and had a green hue. The next morning I told them about the TV, and when I came back that night, the TV still hadn't been changed out. So I tried the internet and it was difficult to get online. The staff said the internet was a new system and they didn't know how to work it or help me, they gave me some kind […] of switch box to work with. I figured it out after about 30 minutes of fussing with it to have it cut out and not be reliable. Very frustrating. The room was clean but my last morining when I woke up there was a giant bug hanging off the comforter of the bed. I was happy that I was checking out that morning. Overall just a frustrating stay, I am sure there are better options in Yuma for around the same cost. Lisez la suite

There was no t.v. remote control in the room and it took two phone calls and about two or so hours to finally get one. I called to order room sevice and they never answered after ringing 20 or so times. The front desk had them call me and then they asked if I was going to pick it up. I told them I wanted it brought to my room and they did but in a styrofoam […] to go box with no utensils. I was asked if I wanted plastic or real ones. When they came back she brought a real plate and real utensils. Also I never could get on the "high speed internet" even with the box that they provide at the front desk after I had to ask about how to connect from my room after checking in and comfortable. The location was convenient but I will not stay there again. Lisez la suite

Hit this hotel on the way home from Mexico. What a lovely Oasis in the desert! Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and the service staff. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast in the morning was an unexpected pleasure with the children (make your own waffles!). The front desk staff was very helpful and went out of their way […] at check-in to give us a room close to our car, which meant changing our original room, and in the morning by restocking the breakfast buffet without being asked. Morning breakfast was very delicious with "make your own" Belgian waffles! Extremely soft and comfortable king size bed. Always plenty of soft clean towels. Minor defect was the strange smell directly from the air conditioner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but was clean and comfortable. The one concern we has was the ability for the A/C to cool the room given the extreme heat in Yuma. After the sun went down the A/C worked very well, had to turn it up, it was getting too cold in the room. Overall it is was a very nice place to stay!
