We took a last minute trip to the Grand Canyon and EVERY hotel within two hours was booked - so we decided to stay in Kingman at the Travelodge. This hotel was very inexpensive (which was good) but the place was old and dirty (which was not so good). It's the type of place where they depend on you being so tired of travelling that you won't have the […] energy to care about the dead cockraches on the floor in the room - which we were. The plus for this place is that it is right next to the freeway on/off ramps. We won't stay here again - but if you get stuck in Kingman, AZ and need a bug-free bed you should try this place. dirty, loud, expensive

Everything about this hotel was fine....and good for the price..with the exception of the blanket on one of the beds. It was disgusting.

We arrived with 2 adults, 3 children (one who is 21) and our room only had two queen beds. We would not sleep comfortably in two queen beds. Jamie at the Travelodge immediately took care of our concerns by upgrading us to a room with 3 queen beds. On the road, this hotel was adequate with us. It was not costly and the service was great. However, it was in a busy area since it was right next to the highway, but the noise was not so much of a problem since our room was toward the back of the complex.

We stayed here as a mid way point on our way to other destinations on our road trip vacation and it totally worked. The room, the people, the location, the bed ... it all worked.

Very easy to get to, quiet, very clean and very nice people.

Clean and good deal for the price

We arrived late, at least 23h00. The night clerk made us feel welcome and was very nice. Our non-smoking room was quiet, away from the freeway. It was well furnished, clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom offered all we needed.

I was in Kingman for a long weekend of training and needed a place that was clean, comfortable and not too expensive. The Travelodge in Kingman fit the bill perfectly. It was also very nice having […] a microwave and fridge in the room. The rooms are not huge, but were perfectly fine for my needs. The parking lot was very well lit and I felt that it was very safe and secure. The hotel staff was very helpful and very nice in all of my dealings with them. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room. A little noisy but nothing the fan didn't cover and it was quiet at night. Highly recommended.

I stayed here on business. I arrived tired and cranky after a long day and long drive. I was greeted by a cheerful woman with a great attitude who made me feel like it was important that I be comfortable and not inconvenienced. She recommended a nice place to eat that was not a chain which was just what I wanted. The next morning at check out another […] very helpful person was at the desk ready to answer questions, give directions and generally make sure my needs were met. The travel lodge we stayed at in kingman Az was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable Ive been on in years I wish I had one like this at home .Igot one of the best nights sleep Ive had in years. I would highly recomend this Travel Lodge

Hotel was centrally located and near everything in Kingman. Check in was simple and quick and staff was friendly and prompt. Hotel room as simple, yet nice and clean. Only issues I had was the room heater was broken, so I had to take the tools I had in my car and fix it myself. I didn't want to wait around for someone to come do it at 10:00 oclock […] at night. Once it was fixed, it worked perfectly. The door didn't seal up all the way either, you could see day light through the edges when the door was shut and no matter how hard I slammed the door, it still wouldn't seal properly. My last and final irritation of the whole stay was that the INDOOR HOT TUB was closed for the winter... yes you heard that correctly... the INDOOR HOT TUB was closed for the winter. I don't know why they managed to be the only Hotel in town to have a closed hot tub, especially one that was indoors and still happened to be seasonal??? Lisez la suite

staff was friendly - especially after we witnessed a guy checking in and having trouble with his reservation (with another .com). Wow did they have patience with this fella who was had his phone on speaker! FOR ALL OF US TO EXPERIENCE. Clean enough although very old establishment. Based on the price it was a good deal. Walls are paper thin- I could hear the room next to us very cleary every word of their conversation. Front desk was friendly.

This hotel was a lot nicer than I expected for the price. Continental breakfast was decent, fresh fruit and some protein offered. The crib I requested was not in the room, but that was the case with all the hotels I booked through hotels.com even though I called and booked over the phone. So not sure if that was a hotel issue or a hotels.com issue.

Reasonable room for the rate. Noise from the freeway was a little loud.

Adequate accomodations for the price but only for a needed overnite.

Old 50's or 60's motel, but very clean and comfortable. A lot of restaurants close by off of Stockton Blvd., just 3 minutes away. The motel is very accessible - just off the freeway. Excellent for a l-2 night stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great place for a one night travel stop....clean, comfortable, plenty of parking

Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was slightly limited but good none the less. We would stay there again. Easy to find location. Staff was very friendly.

The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. As a single female passing through I never felt unsafe at this hotel -- its also very close to I-40 which was great. Definitely a little wear tear but everything was clean and functioning.

For an affordable room this was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a mini fridge and microwave. We were able to have our dog with us.

I was so disappointed that the hot tub was not open-I so looked forward to it after a long days work!!! thats the reason I chose this motel over the others in the same area---the breakfast was really nice--some good restaurants in walking distance for dinner was nice also-

The only real problem with staying at this hotel is that you can hear everything!! So, bring your earplugs, and you should be fine. It is clean and well taken care of.

The hotel and room was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. We enjoyed our stay there.

Considering other close hotels we had stayed int he same area (on the same street, as a matter of fact), this one was clean and well-maintained. For what we paid, we thought it was a good stop from a long drive.

We arrived late and tired- thought we had booked a room with 2 beds- was a room with 1. Had to argue with front desk for an upgrade we were completely willing to pay for because they said they couldn't change what had been booked through Hotels.com. The room itself was horrible. The artwork was screwed into the walls with phillips head screws- the […] blankets had cigarette burn holes and were very pilled. Pillows were flat, pillow cases had stains. The AC/ Heat was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. Walls were so thin we could hear our neighbor throwing up in the room next door. Hotels in Kingman are not as inexpensive ss they should be considering the number of hotels and the fact location is not expensive. Recommend travellers continue to Laughlin, NV, casino hotels for best prices. Hotel was very minimal in every regard. Not a good price for the location. Would not stay there again.
