"reserve this hotel to do some shopping in Freeport"
I will NEVER book this hotel again in my life... And i do not recommend it. We did not have our bath towel and no pilow cover !!!! "Correct pour une nuit"
L'hôtel est à environ 15 min de old orchard beach et il n'y avait plus de place ailleurs. C'est la raison pourquoi nous y somme arrêté. C'est correct pour y passer la nuit mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à plus. Une odeur de produit nettoyant forte nous attendait en entrant dans la chambre qui était correct mais sans plus. Le déjeuner du matin était […] ridicule alors ne compter pas trop la dessus. Il y à une petit restaurant chinois pas loin qui est très bien. La salle de bain, particulierement la toillette etaien sales, meme si on passé le lendemain pour nettoyer on "oublié" de la nettoyer, pour prendre une douche il fallait aller chercher les serviettes à la reception, la douche était bouché , on prenait la douche avec les pies dans l'eau et finalment la chambre avait une mauvaise odeur. "Le pire hôtel de toute ma vie! J'avais réservé 2 chambres pour 2 nuits"
Odeur de renfermé et de moisi. Je n'ai pas bien dormi, il y avait des moisissures sur le rideau de douche. Sécurité déficiente (on nous a donné un passe-partout car les autres clés ne fonctionnaient pas!); incompétence (on nous a fait payer nos chambres 2 fois, car on avait déjà payé sur Expedia mais les responsables de l'hôtel affirmaient le contraire. […] On a été obligés de présenter notre carte de crédit et les 4 nuitées ont été REdébitées..ouch!); fausse représentation et mensonges à répétition (à 21h on nous a d'abord dit qu'Internet sans-fil fonctionnait très bien. 10 mi plus tard, soit après qu'ils nous aient fait payer une seconde fois, nous sommes retournés les voir car ça ne fonctionnait pas...Là, ils nous ont affirmé qu'ils s'étaient fait voler le modem le matin même alors pas d'Internet); petit déjeuner gratuit: arnaque! (le matin, il a fallu supplier la dame pour qu'elle fasse du café, elle répondait qu'elle n'avait pas le temps. Les gens attendaient tous que le déjeuner soit servi (insuffisant: tranches de pain, un seul petit pichet de jus et 5 sachets de muffins). Plusieurs ont quitté l'hôtel en pestant. Le patron de l'établissement a crié sur moi le matin quand je lui expliquais que j'avais payé 2 fois. Il a été très impoli et j'ai été choquée par sa réaction. Le reste n'était pas mieux. Je pensais trouver un bon rapport qualité-prix, mais j'ai plutôt trouvé trop cher et très crade. À ÉVITER. "great location, horrible hotel"
Upon checking in to the hotel, the room we were given was dirty from the last people that stayed there. Once we got a new room, it had dried throw up on the wall, that I had to clean off myself. I reserved a king size room, and upon check in was told they don't have that kind of room. There was NO wifi available, the front desk told me that they don't […] ever had internet there and there was no continental breakfast either. There was no employee available to talk to Saturday morning. Our room was not cleaned by room service at all on Saturday while we were out for the day. Never staying here again! I checked in and had to wait because my room had not been cleaned. Not a big deal. I went to dinner. However, my room did not get vacuumed. "Housekeeping Fail"
There are a lot of things wrong with this hotel, particularly maintenance and housekeeping issues. The carpet was barely vacuumed in the middle of the floor - trash items under the table - and not vacuumed at all along the edges - there was a good inch wide strip of dust, dirt, crumbs, and general detritus along the walls and furniture bases. No hand […] towels. No latch on the bathroom door. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee or cups; in fact, no drinking glasses at all. The internet was "broken", and after reading reviews from a couple years ago, it's been "broken" for a long time. The continental breakfast was skimpy - cereal, coffee with coffeemate, and orange juice. We ended up walking over to the diner next door, which was cheap and great. Pros: The shower was hot, with great water pressure; the parking lot was large; it was quiet; I felt safe. And it was cheap. I think I'll pay a little more next time and find somewhere else. "Cheap but Not a good hotel"

Upon arriving the hotel was expecting me and it was nice to know there was no trouble checking in, however the room was filthy, there was no towels and it was terribly loud. It seems that something was wrong internally because a loud banging/clunking noise came from the walls. Well the free wifi didn't work, told the front desk and they had no idea how to fix it. The heat didn't work in the room so we froze all night. It was by far the smallest room I have ever seen. Called the front desk to complain about the issues and got a voicemail , which was never returned. The Maid didn't come in so our room didn't get cleaned and we got no fresh towels. This would have been fine had they told us and at least brought some coffee and towels. Quiet hotel in a quiet part of town (South Portland is outside the city limits). Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quiet. "Disgusting"
This hotel and the room were disgusting. It did not appear to be vacuumed. The bedspread had stains all over it. The walls had what appeared to be coffee, tea or soda thrown all over them. The shower had long dark hairs all through it. Both day and night managers were folding laundry behind the front desk because the "owner" won't hire enough cleaning […] people which there are only 2 housekeepers... The air conditioner in the first room we were put in didn't work. We asked to be moved to another room where the shower curtain rod was half ripped out of the wall so the curtain couldn't keep water from splashing all over the floor. The internet didn't work. The room was overall ok. There was a used wash cloth behind the dresser. Wire hangers from a previous guest in the closet, mold on the shower curtain and you could see the build up of soap scum in the shower.
