For check in I had to wait 15 mnts because the employee was on the phone. The room was small no coffee maker no microwave. Called for xtra pillows @2 had to call again @10pm. Only small towels, had to call to get big towels and I had to go and get them myself. The breakfast was very poor as well. No "hot golden waffles" like it says on their menu. There […] was cereal, slice bread and chesse Danish. The coffee was super watery, it didn't taste like coffee at all. There was no Wi-Fi. At all even though I ask a couple of times they only said that it was probably my room. The pool wasn't open and it's located right in the middle of the Parking lot. Overall me and my family were very disappointed at this hotel. It needs lots ands lots of changes. If u find something for the same amount of $$$ definetly go somewhere else. Lisez la suite

Since we couldn't get an affordable room at one of the hotel casinos, we gave this place a shot on 4/27/13. It was reasonably affordable for a Saturday night that included 2 full beds. You can choose between a smoking and a non-smoking room. Clean, comfortable, and professionally staffed (very nice people). The beds were very comfortable. Slept like […] dead man. Room was a nice size with a basic bathroom. The location was somewhat close to the beach, but you need wheels. Too far to walk. They have an arrangement with Resorts for a free shuttle on weekends with a generous schedule. Parking on the premises was plentiful. They have an outdoor pool for the summer. Important if you have kids. The outside of the motel had some minor cosmetic maintainence issues, but no big deal. The interior and the rooms were nice, but maybe a little dated by 15 years. I can honestly say that the room, service and location of the hotel met expectations. The price was reasonable especially on the weekend, and the room was nice with a personal balcony. I would definitely stay again.

it was good..........however the bathroom left MUCH to be desired. way too "snug" . I was "promised" a continental breakfast that didnt happen......I was also told front desk available all nite........and that didnt happen. Other then that........it was clean the MAIN thing to me.

My stay here was calm, quiet, and peaceful. Me and my hubby thought it was going to be on the strip where the casino's are located but it ended up being in a chill romantic type room it had a kitchenett long mirrors. Me and my booh had a great time. Never i repeat never order in its disgusting yuckkk!!!! There is no enough heat supply in the room very uncomfortable to sleep. The Heat is programed and it turns off before it gets warm. .. Staff are very friendly, cleanliness is ok overall is fair besides the heat.

Go somewhere else , we checked in turned heat on in room then left to go have fun. When we arrived back room was very cold, tried to turn heat back on breaker tripped no one knew how to turn power back on. That was our first room # 223 . staff where amazing : so helpful and lovely, best service I have had in a month long US trip. However the room was freezing and not very clean. For the money we felt this was a poor choice and we have stayed in better for less. What was annoying was that this was the 'secret deal' hotel.

I understand that the motel was significantly damaged during the recent storm but if they are open for business then they should provide advertised services or at least advise potential customers that service is limited. Things like the extremely poor television reception, no coffee maker in the room or even in the lobby(smelling strongly of mold/mildew) […] at 6:45AM are things that should be able to be corrected. Apparent renovation work in second floor rooms above occupied rooms is inexcusable regardless of the storm damage. Now I know Knights Inn isn't a 4 or 5 star establishment, but my stay was extremely disappointing. Expedia should remove that facility from their listing until they meet some standards. Was close, 5 minute drive from the boardwalk, continentel breakfast had much to be desired. Hotel clean though, nice swimming pool outside. Ice machine and pop machine were broke. Would probably stay again, due to price and convenience and cleanliness. Room was comfortable. Hopefully they get the ice machine working.

Unsatisfied because the room 118 smell quite dirty and the key card never work. Every time need to enter the room, I need to notify the front desk. Did not able to use the swing pool cause it's also dirty.

This was the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was filthy and stunk of cigarettes and body oder. The air conditioner shut off every 30 minutes and we had to call the front desk to have them turn it back on, because the front desk had a remote to the room to shut it off. We went to a concert and didnt get back untill late so we left […] the air on to cool the room down and when we returned the air was off. We complained but the manager told us to leave if we were not happy. We asked for corporates number and he refused to give it to us. It was suitable for an overnight stay without the high cost of a casino hotel on a weekend. The staff was extremely friendly. The king bed was comfortable and thoroughly clean. Convenient enough to take a taxi to Boardwalk and offered a casino shuttle as well.

We didn't like where our original room was so they accommodated us by giving us a nicer room with no problems. It was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable and no bed bugs ( we checked). It was on a very quiet street and we slept very peacefully.

We booked a super last minute trip to take the kids to the beach and couldn't beat the price the Knight's Inn offered. We checked in late Friday (around 10:30pm) and were scheduled to check out Sunday. Well, as luck would have it, a freak storm hit around midnight or so on Friday. It ripped a good chunk of the roof off and killed the power. We ended […] up having to leave early (the hotel could not continue to rent us a room without power so we had to 'check out' by 5:00 on Saturday) but still made the most of the trip. The hotel is pretty close to the beach/boardwalk but with a 7 and 11 year old, we chose to drive. As others have mentioned, Brad is great! The room was small but clean and functionable. Even without power, the maid still stopped by on Saturday around 1:00 and offered to clean. She took out the trash and gave us new towels and soap. Every staff member we came across was friendly. Stayed for a concert at Bader Field. It was right across the street and very easy to get in and out of town. Headed to AC for a concert and a Halloween party. Didn't figure to be in the room very much, so I went for cheap. Can't say I'd take my bride there on our wedding night, but for a "pass out pad" it worked fine. It is not the Borgota, but for the price it works under the above set of circumstances.
