bel hotel piscine agreable par contre il est vrai que chambre economique = chambre moins bien situé notamment à coté d'une machine à fabriquer les glaçons qui est plutot bruyante et avec une vue pas geniale.

hôtel vétuste surtout à l'extérieur mériterait un ravalement de façade de plus étant français et ne parlant pas anglais difficile de se faire comprendre car le personnel ne parle pas français ,étonnent dans une ville comme 0ttawa ou sois disant 80% de la population parle le français.service restaurant très moyen.les +personnel sympathique ,piscine

Très bon hotel. Les réceptionnistes sont très serviables et parlent dans les deux langues couramment. Facile d'accès, calme. Il est facile de circuler jusque dans le centre ville et de trouver un parking (payant mais à prix raisonnable) proche du parlement.

situé à 8 km de la frontière avec le québec, le personnel est incapable de sortir un mot en français et vous regarde de travers quand on ne comprend pas leur question, puis s'en vont et vous restez seul avec vos questions. l'hôtel est sur-climatisé (pas plus de 20° en août). Les chambres sont situées en bordure de piscine bruyante jusqu'à 22h et illuminée […] toute la nuit (donc la chambre aussi). le petit déjeuner et internet sont hors de prix. Des grandes chambres, bien équipées, silencieuse. Un espace nautique extraordinaire pour les enfants.

Hotel ok pour court séjour. Il y avait un bruit dans ma chambre que je n'ai été en mesure d'identifier. Sûrement la plomberie, m'a empêcher de dormir une bonne partie de la nuit, mais j'ai déjà vu pire.

Un très bon service,la nourriture est exellence, un endroit agréable,un bel hotel propre,mais c`est pas tous les employer qui parle francais, j`ai beaucoup aimer mon séjour,,,,

mais avec certain bémol car aucun menu et prix affiché pour le restaurant au déjeuner. piscine hors fonction un bout de la soirée! Prix standard mais selon internet avec une cuisine micro-onde alors que juste petit frigo. pas grande informations pour les touristes pour acitvités, restaurants, magasins etc. Calypso grande attraction mais aucun panphlet […] . Très bon accueil et on a eu notre chambre très rapidement. Les gens travaillants à l'hôtel ont tous été très sympathiques. L"hôtel est à moins de 15 minutes du centre ville d'Ottawa en automobile, Il y a une piscine à vagues que les enfants ont adorée. Je retournerais à cet hôtel.

Hotel correct quoi que la piscine est décevante. La glissade d'eau est souvent fermée, interdiction de boire ou manger alors qu'ils ont de belles tables partout dans l'atrium de piscine. Le jaccuzzi est interdit aux enfants, alors que ceux-ci aimeraient bien se réchauffer de l'eau froide de la piscine et ainsi rester plus longtemps tranquille (paroles […] de parents!!) L'air conditionné était glacial!!! Le déjeuner, bof. Les gauffres n'étaient pas mangeables! Pour le prix, c,est ok mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à des miracles. La chambre était petite. tres bien pour week-end en famille, par contre chambre mal insonnorisée. piscine a vague les enfants on vraiment apprecier.nous comptons y retourner cette hiver pour tournoi de hockey

jai bien aprecie mon experience en general le personnel est tres sympatique et devouer. les chambres sont tres bien et les lits sont confortables.

Bien en général, malgré la distance du centre ville. Odeur de chlore dans la chambre, manque d'informations sur les horaires de la piscine, et manque de renseignements sur les activités possibles à faire à l'extérieur (exemple informations pour se rendre au centre-ville d'Ottawa)

Très familial. Piscine, spa, pateaugeoire, glissade d'eau. Bref, beaucoup de plaisir a faire le soir a l'hotel!!! Près de l'autoroute, parking gratuit, prix très abordable. Négatifs: Chambres mal insonorisées (on entend ce qui se passe dans le couloir), draps des lits très vieux et qui semblent malpropres, meubles plus ou moins en bon état...

Difficile de trouver un restaurant à proximité. L'eau de la piscine était un peu froide.

Les chambres son petite pour 4 personne mais les lit son confortable.Cette hotel est parfaite pour les enfants entre 5 et 14 ans (picine à vague)mais l'eau est froide.Les déjeunés son passable.

I was disgusted with the service at the front desk and the lack of focus and how poorly the so called computer crashed devasted the quality of service. Let alone the fact that no one acknowledged you or made any attempt to show they cared. Needless to say the room was okay. I spoke to the manager and she advised me they pride themselves on their service. […] Looks like pride does not mean much to me. In fact I asked to speak to the manager when I finally got checked in but only in the morning did I speak to her and only after I requested to again. Surprise it took ten minutes to have a manager come and speak to me. I did not ask for any rebate or return I just ask them to get better at it. Oh well we talk with our feet and I am not going back. Hotel was nice, pool hours we not convient. With little kids there and the pool not being open untill 6pm, they don't have long to swim and then i still had to find another location outside the hotel for entertainment

We were here for one night - New Years Eve with our Son, Daughter, Son-In-Law an Grandchildren. We had 3 rooms in total (all on same floor one of which faced the pool area) We chose this hotel for the indoor water park. It has a wave pool, water slide, hot tub and kiddie pool. Just enough and pleasant enough surroundings to be enjoyable. Lifeguards […] were great. They had to shut the pool down for 45 min to try and balance the chlorine level. They were very apologetic and we had a great time joking with them. The hotel and rooms were very clean. There was always a staff member vacuuming, mopping and picking up. There was a HUGE hockey tournament in Ottawa that weekend (10 to 12 years olds I think) Luckily not in the pool. NOW, the only reason it didn't get top billing from us was because of the dinner buffet. For $16.95 each ($9.95 for children) it was very pathetic, a lot of money and not all that great. The breakfast buffet at $10.95 each ($5.95 for children) was just so/so as well - not a huge fan of powdered eggs. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would have no problem going back to stay again. I can't forget a big shout out to Chantel for her help. Great job! Lisez la suite

- The room was priced OK for the Holiday Season. - It was nice to learn that Internet access and parking were included with our room fees. - Upon arrival, we discovered a large amount of dead flies near the room window (more than 20). We reported the situation to front desk and they seemed concerned. Even after "cleaning" our room, we still saw some […] dead flies on the floor. - Hot water was hard to get. We needed to keep the taps open for about 10 minutes before we got running hot water. - Complimentary coffee in the room was extremely poor quality - Indoor water park and pool were closed; no explanation why. Nice Hotel, excellent location and comfortable. I recoomend this hotel to friends.

Spacious and clean hotel and rooms. Outdated bathroom, buttons on tv barely worked, neither did the remote. All in all my single night mid week stay was good!

In general it is fine.

We stayed at this hotel because it was on Hotels.com website with a high review and a low price. Nothing wrong for our stay but misleading for families, the waterpark was only open at night. The traffic in the area was mostly one way because of the construction, there was mud everywhere and barriers all over blocking you. Parking was awful because if […] you missed your turn to the parking lot you had to drive around in a circle a few miles through the contruction. The staff at the desk were polite but not helpful. We asked for an ext cord for a sleep apnea machine and they said they would bring it but did not. They had time to talk to us but did not engage us when we asked questions. They did not pick up the phone when we called down to talk to them. We were put in the back corner of the place and had a good 5 minute walk to the car from the room. The hotel for my bussiness is out of the way; however I would recommend a shuttle bus of some sort to make it easier for folks travelling from the Airport to your location.

One of the big things about this hotel is the pool. Well, it's only open from 6-10PM on weekdays. They have lifeguards - which hover over us even when in just the hot tub. It felt a little odd...

not as impressive as advertised but the location (other than the fact major road construction right in front of the hotel) was what sold us on staying there. It was only a mile from where we needed to be each day.

The hotel and location were great but dinner in the hotel restaurant was very poor to mediocre.The baked potatoe was stale and had to be sent back.The sirloin was tough and the salmon fair.Desert was the only nice feature,cheesecake and chocolate cake.My advice .Stay at the hotel but don't eat there.

I stayed for 2 nights. The roads nearby were under construction, and I didn't sleep that well, but other than that, it wasn't too bad. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and there's a nice souvenir shop. The fitness room was nothing special, but not horrible, either. There was one machine for doing various exercises with pulleys, 2 treadmills, […] and 2 ellipticals. No dumbbells or barbells though. The rate I got was great, lucky it was a boys trip as my wife would not have liked the condition of hotel and surroundings. Linens and bedding clean enough but in morning after a restless night sheets had moved to reveal a very worn mattress. Room had view of pool which gets very noisy in afternoon and early on weekend. The staff were accommodating […] and restaurant had a hot buffet breakfast that was worth the $10 This hotel I'd recommend to family trips where value is a must and noise not an issue. Stayed here with a baby for 4 nights. Close to major bus routes, and has a 24 hour shoppers drug mart across the street. Room had 1 queen + 1 pull out couch, and a door that opened out to the wave pool. Sort of noisy in the mornings when people would use the pool and yell and scream but it's not so bad... woke me up though! There were a few events going […] on during our stay (ie conference, party like a club with young ppl and alcohol smell everywhere), place was nice and clean, tidy, well-kept. Service ppl were friendly . Did not try the restaurant but it's open til 10pm. Had to order for late night snacks. Bed was comfy. The room has a mini fridge, coffee/tea, tv, desk with lamp, lots of outlets for charging your electronics, sufficient closet/drawer space, and a good size bathroom. Lighting was a bit dim though as the room is lit by about 5 or 6 different lamps. Lisez la suite

Hi, I would reccommend this hoel to anyone, my stay wqas very comfortable, it was hot in Ottawa while i was here and the airconditioning was perfect, able to be set in the room. The beds were comfortable, and the linens changed daily, if you chose. The bathroom was fine, and had everythingthing i needed, fresh towels daily. I went for a hot tub and […] swim and enjoyed it. This is great if you are travelling, and doing a lot of sighseeing and walking, to have the option of a hot tub at the end of the day, unfortunately the wave machine was broken, so could not have a truly great swim experience. The hotel itself was neat and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. There was major construction out front which made accessibility a bit of a challenge, especially since it was our first time being in Ottawa. Bed was too soft and quite uncomfortable.
