super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

Emplacement magnifique, tout à fait solitaire dans la montagne. Nous avons eu une jolie chambre, peut-être un peu sombre, mais il faisait mauvais temps. Diner très bien, petit déjeuner médiocre.

"Convenient location & Friendly Staff"
Great location in relation to attractions of pigeon forge. Hotel staff was very friendly. Doors were loud and you can hear others around you easily, which was distracting. Overall nice place if you are out all day. Wish they had an indoor pool or at least the outside pool was open.
"The Hotel in Pegion Forge- close to everything"
We stayed here because it was real close to the Titanic Museam , It is a very nice hotel....Our room was clean, comfortable, and decorated very nice, It had everything I needed....Will stay here again. Very pleased...
"Very nice, brand new renovation"
This hotel was very nice. The room was clean & comfortable. There was still plastic in the lobby because the renovation is almost complete. Parking is good also. Was able to easily park a motor coach.
"Still under construction"
WE paid a rather high price for hotel and website said "full renovation complete Jan. 2012." Full renovation NOT complete. Lobby under major construction, front door not usable and most of all, gym was not available. That was disappointing. We paid more because we thought we were getting more. It was misleading.

I wish I had known before booking a non-refundable room that they were dog friendly. I will never stay at a dog friendly hotel ever again. Dog next to room barked early and loud. Luckily it was last morning or we would have gone to another hotel.

"Nice Hotel Great Location"
We really enjoyed our stay in the suite however the pull out couch bed was uncomfortable which was the reason for the "4" on comfort of room. Otherwise the room was very clean and the hotel staff were very pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the location directly across from the local sights and restaurants. "Clean and Pet Friendly!"
We were very happy with this hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. And pet friendly! Not always easy find a decent hotel that's pet friendly in TN. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It looks like a project is within a 100 ft of the parking area and there is no fence or security. The closest building looked like Sanford and Sons lived there. It is a shame since the hotel is really nice!

"Hampton Inn and Suites on the Parkway"
A great place to stay! Friendly staff and very quiet. We actually liked staying at the Hampton in Pigeon Forge better than the one in Gatlinburg. There was a lot of traffic in Gatlinburg due to the craft show and it was the perfect time of year to view the leaves, so it was easier to get around in Pigeon Forge. We loved the shops we found in Pigeon […] Forge and we didn't have to fight the traffice driving into Gatlinburg. We will stay here again when we are back in that area. Lisez la suite

This was a very pleasant stay for us and our pet. Our room was very clean everyday with no pet odor from previous pets. They provide pet bags to pick up after your pets when they go out to do their business. (Very pet friendly) They also had such a great breakfast each morning that we had no need to go anywhere else to eat although It would have been […] nice to have a small refrigerator in our room to keep some things cold which was not provided. We were looking for a place in Pigeon Forge close to the attractions and we could bring our pet. The Hampton Inn is always our 1st choice of hotels when we travel, but rarely do they accept pets, so we were very happy to see that this location did! We love Hampton Inn and this stay was no exception. Clean rooms, spacious & best of all a true suite so we could put the kids to bed and the adults could stay up without having to whisper. No complaints.

Would not hesitate to recommend this property to any family wishing a good clean hotel to stay at while visiting the Pigeon Forge area. Free breakfast was a good deal. Saved me $40 - $50 a day.

"Great for short stays or weekend getaways!"
We stayed here right after Christmas for 2 nights. Everything was great and our family of 5 fit just fine in a room with 2 double beds (our children are young). Everything was very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location for all of the Pigeon Forge attractions--right across from the Titanic museum (which we loved!) and not even a minute from the Tanger […] Outlets. Our only complaint was the breakfast. While it was free, it was somewhat chaotic. The dining room stayed full and there didn't seem to be any attendants working the food. I feel the line would have been quicker if a hotel employee would manage the waffle makers. (I know that sounds crazy, but it seriously caused a 15-minute delay for my husband to eat with us and he was 3rd in line!) The food, however, was good. A minor imperfection on a great visit! We will definitely stay again, but we will not rely on the free breakfast if we have somewhere to go in a hurry. Lisez la suite

"Close to Titanic and Wonderworks."
Nice Hotel. Would have like it better if it was further down parkway. Breakfast was alful, But they put out cookies and tea @ 4pm which was great! Didn't use the pool but looked nice. Had a great time, next time will probably stay somewhere further down the parkway. It is very close to titanic museum and wonderworks (right across the street) if you […] like those things.
