Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de Newport disposant d'une belle vue mer. CHambre propre et spacieuse, petit déjeuner léger mais excellent rapport qualité/prix. Des pommes et des oranges sont offertes à discrétion. Accueil agréable.

ce boutique-hôtel est superbe, installé dans une ancienne usine réhabilitée, dans une petite rue tout près du port de Newport nous a beaucoup plu ; très bon petit déjeûner buffet, fruits frais, et ... du NESPRESSO !!! très rare aux USA, nous avons apprécié ; junior suite très confortable et jolie salle de bain, rien n'y manque, garage en sous-sol gratuit et pour finir personnel très sympathique

Très bien situé, nous avons pu profiter du charme et du calme de la ville de Plymouth (Il faut bien entendu disposer d'une voiture). L'hôtel est très bien entretenu et les chambres très confortables. Après un bon petit déjeuner très copieux, nous avons pris la route pour Cape Cod que ne se trouve pas très loin de l'hôtel. De retour à l'hôtel après une bonne journée de vélo et nous avons pu profiter de la salle de fitness, du jacuzzi et de la piscine. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

The service at this hotel was good and the room was modern, new and clean. We did not use any of the additional facilities at the hotel, but the dining room and hot, continental breakfast were great. "Clean and cozy"
This was my second time staying here, and once again I was more than happy with everything. My room was beautiful and extremely clean. "Close to New Bedford, near pasta & free breakfast"
Thought their first floor was undergoing a renovation, that didn't detract from the state of our room on the second floor, which was nice, clean and comfortable. It was easy to access off the highway, very close to New Bedford, where we were running a half marathon. In addition, there was a pasta restaurant down the street and the hotel served free […] breakfast with multiple choices. Definitely a good value and very convenient! "Great stay"

"Not-so-good front desk service"
Hotel was great, minus the front desk. I went to the front desk on three separate occasions. One time, there was only one person at the front desk (around 4pm), there was a line of people, and she continued to answer phone calls while checking people in, asking people to hold for a moment at the front desk multiple times. Second time was fine, I just […] needed a card to my room to be activated because it didn’t work. The third time, there were two people at the front desk and the same situation happened, one person doing all of the work (including answering phone calls) and the other (not sure what she was doing, but she looked up, saw a line of people, and continued doing her work on the computer). I’m not attacking the people per se, I’m just saying, maybe people in front of you (especially when there’s a line) should be helped first and maybe the hotel should be better staffed. "Easily served its purpose"
Located somewhat off the beaten path, it was a clean hotel and the front desk manager (Karee) was very pleasant and friendly. We stayed here as our "layover" to Woods Hole to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, with Woods Hole being ~45 minutes away, so still reasonable if you wanted to catch an early ferry.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"NIce hotel close to Cape Cod."

"Extremely Convenient, Comfortable Hotel"
We stayed here over a long weekend, and were easily able to visit Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown/Cape Cod, and Newport from here. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was a lot of noise in the hallway late at night. Pool was also closed, and it would have been nice […] to have that as an option for exercise, but it was not a big concern during our stay. This hotel was not clean. It smelled like smoke from the minute you walk into the lobby and my "non-smoking" room wreaked of smoke right down to the bed linens.
