Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une zone fumeur dans l'hôtel. Rien à redire sur cet hôtel il est vraiment super, bien placé, très bon petit déjeuner avec pain au chocolat et croissant, je lui mettrais la note de 10/10.

The location is ideal if you're into French Quarter party scene, the room is moderately spacious & comfortable. Breakfast selection was decent. My complaint is strictly for the hotel management & front desk. When I made my reservation via Hotels.com for 2 rooms, I specified my request for adjoining rooms. Just to make sure, I called the hotel about […] a month ahead informing them about the request, the person I spoke to said "No problem." My guests arrived a night early, asked the front desk if my room would be adjoining (or at least next door), the person they spoke to confirmed that my room would be next to their room. When I check in the next day, first the front desk staff said "there will be a room next door, but not available yet, or I can give you another room that you can check in immediately." I told her I would wait. Then a couple minutes later she said she doesn't have a room next door, but there is one nearby. I was so confused, I kept on telling her that we've made the request over the phone a month ahead, a day before when my guests checked in, and even a few minutes ago she said there was an adjoining room. In the end, I got a room a few doors away. The hotel is small, so it's not too bad, but in principal, they didn't deliver their promise. After complaining for several minutes, she finally gave me 4 complimentary drink passes to be used at the bar next door. In the end, I didn't have the chance to use them. Lisez la suite

This charming property is located in the heart of the French Quarter, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. It is totally remodeled with upgrades to all rooms, including tiled floors, modern bathroom, and a mini-fridge. The rooms are clean and the service is courteous and helpful. This was our first time styaing in the hotel. It has been recently refurbished. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was great. It had a nice courtyard and the location cannot be beat. My only problem was the Internet (free) was really slow. I told them at the front desk on checkout and they said I should have notified them and they could have reset the […] connection. I assume this is true and it was my fault for not saying anything earlier. Our room was so small it was almost the size of the bathroom. It was two of us and there was not even space to open our suitcases. The noise was intolerable every time someone open and closed a guest door there was a loud slamming sound. The room rate also doubled from Friday night to Saturday night which added insult to injury. Hotel was a half block off Bourbon st., High end stay at a very reasonable rate for area. Breakfast included with room stay. Hotel was very quiet at night and has security measures for after hours. Staff was always helpful with a great sense of humor. Would stay here again when visiting. A short walk from all bus lines and trolleys. Excellent!

The room was very nice! Upgraded to a room with 2 sinks for us girls!! Stayed 4 nights, complimentry breakfast was good! location was good 30 steps to Bourban St.! The room faced the courtyard, beautiful, and you couldn't hear Bourbon. The hotel had the feel of real NO's not a chain hotel.Only negative was the expensive parking and then they tax that!! […] Cost me 150.00 to park for 4 nights! Ouch!! Had a great time!! The Hotel is half a block from Bourbon Street. I was afraid that it would be noisy, but most rooms over-look a wonderfully peaceful inner courtyard with a fountain and they are well insulated. The rooms are perfect! Very clean, cozy, tastefully decorated, fantastic bathroom facilities, 10/10 points here. Location is also excellent, all major sights […] are within walking distance. My only complain relates to the breakfast buffet. It was simply O.K. and I was hoping for something better, given the quality of the rooms and lobby. I booked this hotel 2 months in advance and got a great price. Price also includes WIFI and breakfast. Wanted to stay a few extra days, price had almost trippled, so book early. The Mazarin was a very nice find, very nice room (Deluxe King), breakfast was very good, although the same for 5 days, and WIFI included was a plus. There is also a very nice […] bar, quaint inside and an outside terrace for smoking cigarettes or cigars. The downside to the hotel was the noisy guests who arrive from partying and have no respect for other people. Otherwise, the room was very clean and comfortable, with good service and good amenities. Beautiful hotel, great location for mardi Gras. I could tell there were lots of people outside, but had zero problems sleeping and I'm a light sleeper. Staff had troubles judging time and distances to places that were not in the immediate area. Breakfast was perfect. Will stay here again.

Had a pleasant 5 night stay even tho could hear a lot of noise from Burbon St late into the night. Bell boys and all the front desk staff were very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast could improve esp the coffee. Would return.

Hotel Mazarin Excellent Staff and Location March 03, 2013 We were so glad to have found a “special rate” at Hotel Mazarin. It is in the perfect location for walking around the French Quarter. The hotel is very well maintained which shows how hard the staff works (we witnessed this) at keeping everything clean and tidy. EVERY staff member we encountered […] were very friendly and welcoming and I truly felt like they wanted me to be happy to be there. The room was very clean. We had a mini King room on the second floor overlooking the back courtyard with a comfortable bed and down comforter; a mini fridge; a safe, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, bathrobes, magnifying mirror, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel. I loved the towels. We did have to go up one flight of stairs. We didn’t have any noise issues. The bedside table clock had a charger in it—I think it was USB but not totally sure. Free internet and we found 3 available outlets to use for charging our various electronics. The complimentary hot buffet breakfast was wonderful—hot crispy bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, grits, fresh fruit in a cup, two types of yogurt, single pieces of fruit, coffee, real cream; and more. Valet Parking was $38, incl. tax. Trying to find parking in the French Quarter is a challenge so just resign yourself to spending the parking fee for the convenience.
