Cet hotel est lié au dinner 'Peggy's' situé a coté. Avec la chambre, un repas est offert, soit le repas du soir, soit le petit dejeuner. Le dinner est charmant et agreable, l'hotel est tres propre et les prestations tres correctes... => Bonne etape sur la route 30...

"A Sense of Place"
The Magnolia Hotel is a little gem of a hotel conveniently located near the Old Market in downtown Omaha. If you're looking for a sense of place, contemporary decor and friendly staff this is the place. Good complimentary breakfast (starts at 6A), great happy hour specials and just-like-home milk 'n' cookies (8P- 10P).

Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the woodwork, tile floors and stairways. Very comfortable. Shuttle service is very convenient.

Perfect location for an enjoyable evening and short stroll to many entertainment possibilities at Old Market. We can't wait for another weekend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Magnolia Hotel. When we enjoyed some drinks at the bar the night of our stay, we had excellent service. The bar tender was extremely attentive and friendly! I liked the historical ambiance of the hotel and would definitely stay there again =)
"Beautiful hotel, hard as a rock bed."
I was very disappointed. I traveled with husband and 10 month old. Beds were as hard as can be. The walls super thin and the noise kept waking my daughter up. The air quality in the room was poor and both my daughter and husband were congested when we left. Although the room was smaller than some...it was very comfortable and clean with high end details (bedding was fantastic). The public areas are gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Staff was very very nice and prompt with any wishes we had. We hopped in their SUV shuttle each night to get down to Old Market....but it was an easy walk back. I'm hesitant to say that the hotel is in a bad part of town, because I got the impression by the time we left that there wasn't really a great part of town that the hotel could have been a part of. "Another great stay"
Checked in late so no pub grub for us. Cookies were out and although there were find of us in line for some odd reason the staff was courteous and as quick as they could be. Checked us in and off we went to our room. I am always so glad that they don.t stick you in the room right by the elevators. The room was cool, clean and ready for us. Since we had been in the air for the last 24 hours we asked if we could check out and hour late and they said we could no problem. In the morning we checked out and our car was waiting for us. "Best hotel in Omaha"
My first visit to Omaha and I would definitely stay at the Magnolia again. Friendly staff, comfortable, free WiFi and airport pickup, full breakfast included. 5 stars for hospitality and friendliness. First time a hotel employee has called me on the room phone to make sure I was enjoying my stay. Must be the heartland hospitality.
Within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, etc. They also provide a complimentary shuttle. The room was clean and well decorated- very pleasant. The only downside is parking is an additional nightly fee.
We came to the area to see a show at the Orpheum theatre. It was very convenient, and easy to get to. I really liked the beds and the cleanliness of the hotel. Cocktail hour was nice, but really liked the cookies and milk before bed (no other hotel I have stayed at has had that)!!! Bed were super soft!!
What a great place! Staff was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast, cocktails, and cookies were all great. A neat place to stay! I will stay here again!

Great place to stay downtown--close to old towne and a short walk to the river. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. would definately stay there again, Police station just a block away so felt very safe--they keep a close eye on things.

I stayed at this hotel for a very cheap price and it was very well worth it. The room was awesome and clean, very quiet, and the location is right downtown, close to everything. Even the free breakfast buffet was far and above what all the other chain hotels serve. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel lobby was very attractive, the room nice and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The room lighting was too dark for us, but additional lighting was brought up when we asked. The gym and sauna were nice as well. The service was good but not perfect (the front desk person did not know how to print out our boarding passes; we did not have a […] breakfast order menu in our room and then housekeeping never brought one up as requested.) As a person who eats a plant based diet, I would have appreciated more vegan (beans, tofu, vegies) options on the menu. "Magic in Omaha"
My wife and I spent two wonderful days at the Magnolia last week. The staff is attentive without being overwhelming and the beauty of the hotel is far beyond the pictures. The complimentary Magnolia Reserve wine at 5:30 is a perfect begining to a night in the Old Market, dinner at Sullivan's or simply enoying downtown. We chose to walk to our destinations […] but the staff will drive you to any location within 3 miles of the hotel is you desire. The valet service is quick and the young man picked and stowed our luggage without being asked. They simply showed us a courtesy and professionalism at a level we rarely experience anymore. Simply refreshing. We never thought that Omaha would be a vacation destination but between Old Market and the Magnolia, we are already planning a return visit. Lisez la suite
"Excellent Place, Great Price and Location"
This was an excellent hotel for the price. The staff was super nice and our room was spotless. I thought the place had great atmosphere and the bar area, with its TVs playing the playoff games, was a good place to hang out for awhile - especially during the hour they served free beer and wine. "Good for business and historic"
The hotel was good all in all. It is historic and that was evident in the room size and structure. It was not in the ideal location for us. It would be good for business, in business district.

"Hotel Magnolia in Downtown Omaha"
The hotel offers no designated parking except for a valet service for which there is an additional charge. The cookies that were offered were amazing, however there were no napkins. The door to the bathroom was attached to the ceiling and slid to close, however it did not close all the way. The shower was elevated and the bottom was smooth tile - there […] was nothing to prevent a fall and I found myself sliding around. The sink was placed too close to the wall and I found myself bending around the toilet to get in front of the sink. The staff was friendly, however when we checked in to the hotel, my husband asked what was served for breakfast, like could he get a made-to-order omelet. It wasn't until the morning that we found out that this was not the case. We were told breakfast was offered between 7 and 10 AM, however, when we got there there was very little left. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay there again. There are many other hotels that are around this price point that offer better amenities. Lisez la suite

My husband and I stayed in a Queen Suite for a get-a-way. We LOVED it. The hotel had lots of character. All the staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the happy hour drinks. Our room was clean. Overall, the experience was a good one!

We just stayed one night, but this was a great hotel. The included breakfast was really good. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were very nice. Very nice, old (historic) hotel. Loved the happy hour and the milk and cookies! A few blocks from the Old Market area, but a manageable walk. No indoor space or nearby parks for kids to play. "Omaha Gem"
Our first stay at this hotel over the holidays was a pleasant surprise. Old style; located near the Old Market and minutes from the airport. Particularly appreciated was free internet access - often not the case in better hotels. The pleasant staff even found an umbrella for us when a unexpected light rain threatened our plans to walk to the Old Market […] and dinner (many great choices within walking distance). "Magnolia in Omaha - close to Creighton"
Great staff, location, reception and fitness center. The only thing that would have been nice was the milk and cookie reception could have been in a different location as to not walk into the bar/lounge area to possibly indulge in. Felt uncomfortable as many were there in business attire.

We were greated at the door by Magnolia staff and made to feel as special guest for the rest of our stay. We attended the free beer/wine reception at 5:30p and decided to eat as well. The food and service were also wonderful. The menu was not huge but the foods should have spanned something for anyones tastes. After attending an event at the Orpheum, […] one block away, we came home to free milk and cookies before bed, then awoke to a wonderful breakfast bar before leaving. They offer a free shuttle service to many of the local venues as well. And for an additional $15 will place your car in a secure area. "We danced, we ate, we visited!"
Came for a graduation and we used this hotel as a meeting place. We had happy hour and even hot. Hot chocolate treats! We danced in the lounge and enjoyed the company of family. Great time, beautiful surroundings! The room was comfortable and the bathroom was to die for!

"Hotel staff could use a bit more customer service"
Hotel is beautiful and restaurant food is delicious. I was disappointed with the quality of the staff, especially some of the shuttle drivers. They seem to be running the shuttle service as their own cab company and are quick to tell you to walk to the Old Market at night at 30 degree temps (6 blocks away) before offering a ride. I heard 5 shots fired […] on Sunday night, so be careful in the area, as much as they will want to reassure you that it's safe. The room was spacious, clean and the hotel is beautiful. Management just needs to match the accommodations with a HIGHER customer service expectation from their employees and they'd have a 5 star rating from me! Lisez la suite

Magnolia has a great bar with awesome bar tenders and friendly desk and bell staff. They are only a couple blocks from all the bars and restaurants, but have a car that will take you there and back pretty much on demand. Parking on the street is free and easy on the weekends. One of the best spots in Omaha!

"Overall Nice"
The only gripe I have is about parking. I hate being forced to valet when stating overnight, it feels like an extra tax. ($15 a night or street meter parking) Sort of like airline baggage fees. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great place to stay, most hospitable staff...friendly and helpful. The hotel is confortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant is convenient. The only small concern is the need for refreshing the interior decoration.

I came in at 8:30 p.m. off of Greyhound on my way to Omaha to buy a car, and was SO glad to make my short walk to the Magnolia Hotel. Such a nice place, so close to my drop-off. Thanks for a great stay!!
