Un très bon séjour. Nous avons très bien reçu par notre hôte. Le studio est équipé d'un micro onde et frigo, idéal pour préparer et garder au frais les sandwich pour les visites aux environs. Bed and breakfast à 2 km de la gare accessible par les bus 256 et 15. Arrêt Koiipark. A very nice place to stay. Far from 2 km from central station. Need to take bus 15 or 256 Koiipark stop if you don't want to walk.

Très bon weekend, personnel disponible et souriant, excellent rapport qualité/prix, très propre, lit très grand, balcon, frigo dans la chambre, douche et baignoire... je ne regrette pas, je le recommande fortement!

les chambres donnant sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes mais cela ne perturbe pas le sommeil. l'emplacement de cet hôtel est vraiment très bien, lignes de tramways à proximité, restaurants , musées, boutiques...
Situation
À Amsterdam, NH Tropen se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Oosterpark, Artis et Het Scheepvaart Museum. Les sites Magere Brug et Place Rembrandt se trouvent également à proximité.
Caractéristiques de l'établissement

D'extérieur peu attrayant, le NH Tropen est un bel hôtel. Une chambre très grande, un WC séparé des douches, très propres et un personnel très accueillant, parlant un anglais parfait. "Hotel NH Troppen"
L'hotel est très bien situé, juste à côté du tram qui mène directement au centre d'Amsterdam. Le personnel est accueillant. Les points négatifs sont l'absence de climatisation dans la chambre, la faible isolation sonore, le prix du petit déjeuner qui n'est pas inclus.

Nice hotel with small, very neat and clean rooms. Excellent location - just far enough away from the loud & crowded (but fun) downtown with an easy 10 minute tram ride (#9) from the transport stop right in front of the hotel. Plus, neighborhood bars & restaurants and the local outdoor market just two blocks away.

"Good for short business stay"
Hotel is good enough for short business stay. Quality-price ratio is just ok. Room was rather small with odd layout (closet in bathroom, separate toilet). Hotel is extremely dated and in need of complete renovation. Breakfast is overpriced. Good feature is that it is next to Royal Tropical Institute where I had an early morning meeting.

It is a nice hotel but they close the door to the hotel when it is late must call in and talk to staff struggling to enter the hotel and the place is not so good is not recommended for young people who like to party in town
"Tropen hotel Amsterdam - great pick"
We had a very good stay at Tropen hotel. If you like to be in a quiet neighborhood then you should pick this hotel. Easy access to City Center, 20'-25' walk or 10' by tram, that has stop very close to hotel. Staff is very friendly. Take extra time to check in or check out because normaly there is only one person at reception.

"NH Tropen in Amsterdam"
The hotel is pleasant; the staff is very helpful. Rooms are a little small, but nicely furnished. Amsterdam is very expensive, and this place is a good deal for it. Neighborhood is about 2 miles from the central city, a pleasant walk on a nice day, or you can take a number of different tram or bus lines to get downtown. Neighborhood itself is interesting, […] partly an old working-class area, with a lot of immigrants, and partly gentrified. A number of interesting ethnic restaurants are available. Two tips: (1) the hotel breakfast is outrageously expensive, and not worth it. (2) If you are coming from the Central Station, both the #9 tram and the #22 bus from there stop directly in front of the hotel. "The NH Tropen - Amsterdam"
Lovely hotel, very well situated - a lovely park next door, tram across the street and the zoo within walking distance. Our seven year old was delighted and so were we! Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the choice of breakfast available. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

I'd stayed at another NH hotel and was impressed with their standards. The staff is very well trained with a smile and very helpful. Although the property is a bit old, it does not show. The rooms are good and the services excellent. I found parking at €20/day high in a residential neighborhood. There is a very good supermarket in the lane opposite […] the Hotel open till 10pm. "NH Tropen Amsterdam - Nice stay"
PROS: Very close to many tram stations that take you to all the main attractions; nice staff. Kids friendly: they have baby cribs/cots (2 year old fits nicely) for free. They also give you a changer and a bottle warmer. Late check out on sundays for free (depends on availability. Next to the Tropen museum and close to the NEMO. CONS: Room was small. "Out of centre of town but nice area"
The hotel was out of the city centre but there was a tram stop (no 9 tram) right outside. We chose this hotel as we were attending an event at the Tropen museum which was right next door. On arrival at midday a room with a double bed was not available unless we upgraded to a superior room. We decided to wait until 3pm when our room was ready. The bed […] was comfy. There were several English tv channels. There was just a shower in the bathroom. The bathroom was small and a little dark for doing makeup etc. There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room but the coffee wasn't the nicest. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. We had a lovely view over the park from our window. We did not have any meals within the hotel. There was a nice cafe across the road ( it had Eden in the name) and we had a nice meal in a near by tapas bar. All in all the hotel served it's purpose for our visit. "Big room clean room and good located"
The room was great, staff very nice but it didn’t have wifi in the room unless you paid 10 € a day (very expensive) and breakfast was crazy price too18 € per person...there’s a market and cafes near by where you can eat for half price... "Vänlig personal"
Bra bemötande av personalen och trevligt läge vid park. Rummen helt OK! Finns trevliga restauranger i kvarteren som känns enkla och stadsmässiga, inte gentrifierade. Rökning är tillåten på vissa bestämda våningsplan så om man undviker att kliva av hissen där märks inte detta. Fritt internet finns i lobbyn men inte på rummen ännu.

Erg aangenaam hotel naast het prachtige Tropenmuseum en tropentheater. Met het OV goed bereikbaar vanaf Centraal station, ook lopend is het te doen.

ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, un po' fuori dal centro ma in una zona tranquilla, servita dal tram 9 (proprio di fronte all'albergo) che in 10 minuti porta in centro, pulizie e cambio asciugamani svolto ogni giorno. Soddisfatti.

Hotelli sijaitsee mukavalla paikalla, hieman ydinkeskustan ulkopuolella. Raitiovaunulla matka taittuu keskustaan vajaassa kymmenessä minuutissa (pysäkki sijaitsee aivan hotellin vieressä). Hotelli oli siisti, perustasoinen hotelli. Henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja ystävällistä. "Buon hotel leggermente decentrato"
Un buon hotel per chi non vuole stare in centro ma nemmeno stare troppo lontano. Ben collegato si trova a 15 minuti di tram da piazza dam. La zona è carina e tranquilla. Il servizio è un po' lento ma tutto sommato non è male. Se volete state nella zona rossa suggerisco di andRe in altri hotel altrimenti è un ottimo compromesso per un bel soggiorno

Hotellet havde en fin beliggenhed trafikalt set. Morgenmaden havde et meget stort antal velsmagende muligheder. Meget venlig service. Hotelværelset var ret lille men fint indrettet med særskilt toilet og bad
