super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

Emplacement magnifique, tout à fait solitaire dans la montagne. Nous avons eu une jolie chambre, peut-être un peu sombre, mais il faisait mauvais temps. Diner très bien, petit déjeuner médiocre.

"Great stay in the Smokies!"
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and courteous, and it was a great value for the money.... I'd HIGHLY recommend!

The hotel was nicely located just off the main road and it was very comfortable. The bed was great and the breakfast was fantastic. They offered a full breakfast of biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, toast, hash browns, waffles and plenty of coffee and juices. Truly a great find...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff very nice.
"Not Good"
Hotel was dirty. Old food was left in the refrigerator. We ask the hotel to remove it and they DID NOT.
Our stay at the comfort inn. Was alright we weighted for twenty minutes for some one to come to the front desk when we first got there. We went out and come back one day at two aclock an our room was not cleaned an we had no fresh towels.
"horrible stay"
This was the worst experience i have ever had at a hotel. room was unlocked when we arrived. sheets were dirty and not enough towels and wash cloths for all 4 of us. 2nd night dirty sheets that we had taken of the first night (and got new ones) were put back on our bed right off the floor. every day we had to go to front desk and ask for wash rags due […] to only having 2 for 4 people every day. when i went to get sheets on 2nd night housekeeping said "we don't have any more not till tomorrow" luckily the guy at the desk sent them to a empty room and gave us those sheets. after we left a tip on the pillow no more problems with the sheets only wash rags. no manager on duty our entire stay. and only 1 person working in the whole hotel of the afternoon and evening for a seven story hotel. would not recommend this place to anyone. "Comfort Suites Pigeon Forge- close to sights"
I don't plan on staying at this hotel during my next visit to Pigeon Forge. Our bathroom light was out when we got there and was not repaired until the next day after we called again. The front desk staff could value customers more by greeting them each when approaching the desk. "Nice Room with Convenient Location"
The room was very nice and quiet. We were by the elevator but didn't hear much noise. The room was clean and had sort of a living room "extension" for the suite. Just enough for a two seater couch and a table. The room was updated with a widescreen, flatpanel TV with a Blu-Ray player. The wireless service was standard, and I had no problems connecting […] to it. There was a very small balcony but enough to where two people can sit outside. The location is right in pigeon forge and next to one of the outlet Malls. It was just off of the main road which meant you didn't hear much traffic, but close enough to where you could walk to some restaurants and attractions. "not worth the cost"
There are a lot of hotels in Pigeon Forge. For me this one was not worth the price. The quality and cleanliness of our room was comparable with many of the hotels that cost less. The breakfast was sub par. Overall this room did not meet my expectations.

I would recommend this hotel for a short stay. The price is reasonable for the amenities. They have a very nice breakfast area and the cleanliness of the hotel was great.

The hotel sat atop a hill and we had a great view of the mountains and the main street in Pigeon Forge. Very comfortable and clean. Convientent to all the shows and resturants. Good place to stay.

"Really great hotel for the money!"
My family and I spent four days in the area, and the hotel was everything we needed in a hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of foods, and the pool/jacuzzi was a lot of fun for all of us. When we arrived, the handle on our bathroom door broke, and it was immediately fixed. The room could have used a little repair […] in a few spots, but overall, it was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. A really good hotel for the price. "Great Hotel"
A great place to stay. Excellent location, off the main road, easy entry and exit from parking lot. Only 5 miles from Dollywood but far enough away that your not in all the traffic. Amazing view of the mountains from balcony. Rooms were very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Had a hide-a-way bed that was great for my daughter who did not want […] to sleep with her younger sister. Breakfast was very good, everything hot and fresh. Pools were very clean and well taken care of. Didn't have any contact with staff except to check-in and out but they were very efficientand polite. Have stayed at other hotels in Pigeon Forge, liked this one best. Future trips, we will stay at this hotel. 100% satisfied!!! Lisez la suite
