Un hôtel top car à 2 min de la gare centrale. Pour 3 personnes, le lit d'appoint est limite un lit de camp donc pas top. Un personnel sympa mais pas très souriant. Un petit dej à volonté très bon. Testez le il en vaut la peine. Des murs un peu fin donc on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans la chambre d'à côté. Allez y sans problème pour un séjour à Copenhague, je recommande vivement malgré les petits points ci-dessus.

Hôtel avec une équipe très sympathique, bon petit déjeuner et possibilité de dîner (bon repas mais cher), les chambres sont agréables. On regrette malgré tout de ne pas avoir d'accès wifi dans les chambres (accès wifi très limité dans le hall de l'hôtel) ! Autre mauvais côté : l'hôtel, proche de la "petite sirène" est assez loin du centre... A 5-10 min de la gare, on met une vingtaine de minutes pour accéder au centre... Le qiuartier est très très très calme, du coup si le soir on veut se faire un resto, il faut prévoir une bonne marche digestive pour rentrer !

Très bonne impression de cet hôtel, tarif correct, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, bon emplacement. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

si vous trouvez un tarif intéressant pour cet hotel, c'est un excellent choix . près de la ville ancienne . Un regret pas de parking,. Il faut se rendre plus loin près de la gare.

"Old but well maintained; convenient location"
This was my second visit to Lund where I previously stayed with Hotel Lundia operated by the same management. Lundia was closed for X'mas and New Year so we picked Grand mainly for its location. Both hotels do not have air-conditioning but a visit in the winter is not a problem. Hotel faces a park and is 5 minutes' walk from the rail station and main […] street. Many good shopping and eating places around. Grand's room is bigger and look very decent. Breakfast was very nice and included in booking price. Counter was manned 24 hours a day so early check-out at 4:30 in the morning was not a problem. Very responsive front desk service and would reply to you by email and phone call. There was a great private function at the hotel on New Year's eve, with fireworks held in the park in front of the hotel so it came as a bonus. Would definitely return to Grand in my next visit. We stayed at The Grand Hotel In Lund when visiting our daughter who is at university there. The Hotel is in a perfect location within a five minute walk from the railway station opposite a small park and close to the beautiful buildings and shops. The staff gave us a very friendly and polite professional welcome. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. […] The inside of the hotel is really lovely. We had an evening meal from quite a simple menu but the food was delicious. I had not booked for our daughter to stay but we were offered a teenage rate for her to stay in the hotel with us she was then given a free upgrade so our rooms were on the same floor, this really made our stay perfect. "Beautifully spectacular old hotel"
Our double room overlooking the garden /square in front was large and comfortable - and it was a standard room with 2 twins. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet: Lund gets very quiet by about 10 pm. The breakfast buffet was was outstanding with lots great Swedish breads, ams, cheeses and herring choices along with eggs, bacon, sausages, baked […] tomatoes and on weekends even more choices. Originally I was trying to book at the Hotel Concordia which is a nice quaint old hotel but it was full, so I booked at the Grand Hotel Lund. "Convenient and Comfortable"
The Grand Hotel-Lund is very convenient to the train station and to the town. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The room was quite small, but comfortable with good internet access. The hotel staff is very helpful. I arrived well before check-in time from an international flight and they gave me access to a private shower in the spa, free coffee […] and a quiet lounge area. "Four star hotel???"
Parts of the hotel were undergoing renovations during our stay and we were never informed of this factor in advance. There was a nauseating smell of chemicals in the elevator as a result of the renovations. There is absolutely no air conditioning in the hotel and the room was quite stuffy and airless even with opened windows. Parking was an inconvenience […] and was situated a few blocks away from the hotel. The breakfast was literally horrible with only machine coffee and the tables were neither cleaned nor cleared up! There was only one employee working in the room. Much time was wasted on the room safe which was out of order. Perhaps it used to be a 'Grand Hotel' but much work needs to be done to restore my confidence. Clearly, there is not enough staff on duty and it is obvious that the management is cutting back on much needed resources. The amenities in the hotel room (bathrobe, toiletries, free shoe shining service) certainly make for a comfortably stay, including the sauna and workout facilities. With some much needed improvements, the Grand Hotel in Lund could once again be 'grand' but it is certainly not the case as of August 2011! Lisez la suite

Two nights at the Grand Hotel, in the center of Lund. Even on entry, this was a very good experience. The Front Desk service was great and the hotel and room were extremely clean. The room was average size, with a large bathroom. WiFi and a robe were nice touches. Hotel definitely has a lot of character and is well located so it's not really a big issue that it is getting a bit worn down. What was disturbing though was that when we came home in the middle of the night (about 3am), the reception was unmanned and we had to ring a door bell for about 15 minutes before somebody came to open up. Super hotel in the 'old Grand' style. If possible request Tower rooms, spacious and nicely presented. Nespresso coffee machine on all floors and warm frothed milk available at bar (by request) to make cappuccino. Reception staff exceptionally efficient and pleasant. A hotel with real character, so often lacking these days.

"Noisy hot rooms"
Rooms are well decorated with excellent facilities, however, we didn't sleep wellgiven the loud noise of machines (aircon,etc) outside our room and also die to the temperature in the hotel bedrooms.

Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ene overnatning. Værelset var ikke kæmpestort, men fint til vores behov og der var ikke noget at udsætte på renligheden. Kaffemaskinen på gangen var meget populær hos os ligesom morgenmaden var rigelig og god. Vi mødte kun venlige og servicemindet personale på vores ophold.

Det är många år sedan jag bodde här senast, men ingenting har förändrats. Inte så att det är mossigt på något sätt, bara tidlöst och väl underhållet. Vänlig, hjälpsam personal. Bra rum. Bra frukost. Allt på topp!

"Grand i Lund - herskapelig og sentralt"
Hotellet hadde fantastisk interiør med høyt under taket, staselige marmortrapper, stukkatur, rosetter og lysekroner. Frokosten var høy kvalitet, kortreist mat og nydelig kaffe. Hjemmelaget eggerøre og brød. Beliggenheten var flott, 5 min å gå til sentrum/handlegater, 5 min til jernbanen og 10 min til universitetet. (Alle tider i normal gange!) "fint hotell, dårlig resepsjon"
Et riktig fint hotell med helt særegen og ærverdig stil. Jeg fikk desverre et dårlig møte med hotellet i det å bli mottatt av en svært uhøflig og lite serviceinnstilt resepsjonist. Klagde om dette dagen etter og fikk en unskyldning (bra).

90 % av hotellet var uthyrt till någon form av Ordensällskap. De tog över hela hotellet med serviceinrättningar som bara var till för dem. Barer o restauranger likaså. När vi kom hade de hyrt ut vårt rum så vi fick ett enkelrum istället. Detta efter att ha väntat i ca. en halvtimme i reception då det bara fanns 1 person där. "Drömpersonal"
Gammalt anrikt hotell med väldigt centralt läge. Bra rum med sköna sängar, mimibar, tv, internet så det finns allt man behöver. Väldigt trevlig restaurang med otroligt bra råvaror som kockarna gör till en matdröm och som serveras av en av de trevligaste personal jag har mött. Perfekt läge centralt i stan. Vacker byggnad. Mysigt och fint rum med fin utsikt över torget och mot stan. Korrekt, trevlig och personlig service både i reception som vid frukosten. God frukost med många ekologiska och närodlade alternativ. Det enda "negativa" var den fejkade träpanelen i hissen.

"Parkering"
Opholdet på hotellet var OK ,men det undrer mig at ved det overordentlig velassorterede morgenbord fandtes der kun een slags (lidt kedeligt) brød. Parkeringsforholdene er elendige. Ikke nok med at det koster temmelig meget pr. døgn, men parkeringen ligger også langt fra hotellet. Restriktionerne omkring af-og-pålæsning fik vi at føle,fordi vi kom til […] at parkere 4 meter forkert.(Udløste en bøde på kr.800!) Lisez la suite
