Les atouts de l'hotel: un emplacement parfait pour du tourisme, juste à côté de la gare Termini, chambre assez spacieuse et terrasse sur le toit de l'hotel. Les déceptions: le jaccuzzi n'est pas en service même quand il fait 27°C et est minuscule (2 pers maxi), le service bar à la terrasse est décevant (aucun choix et très cher pour ce que c'est). Pour Rome, bon rapport qualité prix même si pour un 4 étoiles, on pourrait attendre plus (c'est davantage un 3 étoiles)

Le séjour a été très agréable, pour des chambres modernes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, et le personnel très serviable. L'hotel est bien situé à proximité du métro.

L'hotel est plutot bien place a cote de Termini et a proximite du metro A et B, donc access direct au Colisé ou au Vatican. L'hotel n'est pas de premiere jeunesse mais reste confortable. Les chambres ne sont pas tres grandes mais restent habitables. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage car trop tot dans la saison. Niveau bruit ca reste acceptable, la rue n'est pas trop passante. Le petit dejeuner est de moyen, le cafe n'est pas tres italien mais ca reste acceptable. Pour le prix de la chambre, ca reste une bonne adresse.

Nous gardons une très bonne impression de ce séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. L'hotel est bien placé, pas très loin du centre ville et des transports en commun. Cadre très agréable.

Séjour avril 2012 avec bébé de 1,5 ans (suite avec 1 chambre). Chambre propre et confortable, design intéressant. Hôtel et quartier très calmes, chambres en retrait de la rue et jardin très agréable à l'ombre des arbres. Chambre assez sombre, qui nécessitait d'allumer la lumière même le jour, donc plutôt un hôtel pour un séjour estival. Wifi gratuit, mais connexion assez lente. Petit déjeuner très bon, même si l'on peut regretter le manque de plats chauds. Quelques améliorations possibles: le personnel ne nous a parlé que du métro, à 10-15min de marche, alors qu'il existe d'autres solutions notamment le bus 628 au coin de la rue qui dessert plusieurs points touristiques très intéressants. De manière générale le personnel offre peu d'informations touristiques. L'emplacement n'est pas le plus central, mais c'est le prix à payer pour le calme. Prévoir entre 1/2h et 1h de temps d'approche total pour le centre touristique. Attention cet hôtel est catégorisé comme appart hôtel mais nous l'avons trouvé plutôt mal adapté à cet usage: pas de four ou de micro-onde, très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, meubles pas toujours pratiques, etc. C'est une cuisine d'appoint pour des clients qui mangeront la plupart de leurs repas en ville. C'est pourquoi nous ne le recommandons pas forcément pour des familles, même si les enfants seront très bien reçus et que le personnel est très sympathique, attentif et serviable. Globalement l'impression générale reste très positive et agréable.

Hotel calme à condition d'être côté cour, isolation fenêtre insufisante et salle de douche trop étroite. Sinon PDJ copieux... et c'est important pour commencer à visiter Rome.

Charmant petit hôtel en retrait de Rome ( et de la rue principale..) . Stationnement limitée mais de peu de conséquence car il faut prendre le transport en commun a Rome. A deux minutes de l'autobus menant a la station de Gare, mais préférez le Métro ( 10 minutes de marche) car les autobus a Rome, c'est compliquer ...) . Le personel, bien que très aidant […] ne sont que très peu informer sur les tours disponibles, aller en ville , les prix sont les mêmes !! Même si un peu loin du centre ville, il y a d'excellent petits restaurants près de l’Hôtel a prix raisonnable.Les chambres dans l’hôtel un peu bruyante du au porte en bois, optez pour une chambre dans l’allée. "Belle trouvaille à Rome!"
À la fin avril dernier, nous avons séjournés à ce très joli hotel situé un peu à l'extérieur du centre de Rome, qui offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hotel a ouvert il y a seulement environs 2 mois et a été rénové (ce qui explique le peu de récents commentaires sur l'hotel). Notre chambre était très joli et très propre. Le lit (enfin, un vrai […] lit double, et non 2 lits simples colés!) et les oreillés étaient comfortables. La nuit, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de bruit (pour Rome...) et nous avons bien dormi. Le personnel est très acceuillant et répondait gentiment à nos multiples questions. Le déjeuner est bien et vous pouvez demander un expresso ou un capuccino si vous préférez. Il est facile de marcher jusqu'aux principaux sites touristiques si vous êtes en forme (tel que le Panthéon, la fontaine de Trevi, le Colisé, la Piazza Spagna). Il a aussi plusieurs autobus qui vous mènent facilement au Colisé, au terminus de train et au Vatican et qui sont très fréquentes. "Great little Hotel but expensive internet."
My only complaint is that like most hotels in Europe they all charge for Internet service. This was very expensive for our tech savy family we needed 5 devices (2 Ipads and 3 Iphones) 2 teenagers that kept status updates re face book, my wife plotting the next days tours, and a family blog. My point here is that these hotels don't get this and it will […] be more and more typical and charging for internet will eventually be eliminated. I had to purchase 4 internet uses at each cost per 24 hours. (each internet usage voucher was good for only 1 device) It got quite expensive. "The Rome Garden Hotel, an amazing deal!"
My wife and I stayed there for 7 nights and loved it! The staff, starting with the receptionist, were all great! the breakfast was included and it was a great deal, especially considering how expensive restaurants can be in Europe. The little villa-like hotel was just very quaint, comfortable, clean and inviting. Although it is right outside the central […] Rome area, there is a bus stop right across the street where severa bus routes run continuously with a couple of routes going to the main attractions. Also, it is a 15 minute walk to the Borghese Gallery and park, a must see in Rome. We would love to go back and stay there again, hopefully seeing the same friendly and helpful staff. "Beautiful hotel in good location"
The hotel is two metro stations from Termini (central station) and a 10 minute walk from the metro station away. It is only 5 minutes from several bus lines and a tram line that can get you around efficiently as well. A cab from Termini to the hotel costs about 8 euros without luggage. The hotel has very friendly staff, and is overall in a good location. […] It is also just opposite a truly excellent and cheap italian restaurant ("La Breccia") in the via reggio emilia. The hotel was somewhat noisy (we could hear other people talk in front of the room. The parking lot and a nearby construction work (as of early January 2011) were sometimes a little disturbing in the mornings, but bearable. Also the room service was only mediocre - we stayed a week and they didn't renew the toilet paper and paper tissues until it was completely used up... The breakfast buffet is very basic. Nevertheless, overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. The hotel itself is just beautiful and the rooms are modern and stylish and have international satellite TV. We stayed five nights. The hotel is set well back from the street so no traffic noise. it is about 15 minutes by bus, with bus stop three minutes walk. "Cozy hotel with free parking,"
Rome Garden Hotel was a cozy hotel just outside Porta Pia with free parking space. The staff was friendly and we received good service. Unfortunately, we had to wait until 15.30 to gain access to our room on the first day which is quite late: the hotel did seem very busy throughout our stay. "Three generations of women visiting Rome"
Traveling from New York, I met up with my mother who lives in Europe and my daughter, who currently lives in Africa, for five days at the Rome Garden. It is a lovely place if you are staying more than just a couple of days and do not want to feel like a tourist all the time. A few steps away is one of Rome's newest museums, MACRO (Rome Museum of Contemporary Art). Being able to have breakfast in the garden is a wonderful feature. I went to the conference at the university of Rome. The hotel is located 10 min walk from the underground train and 3 min walk from the bus station (20 min walk from the main bus/train station). "Sweet little hotel"
A very sweet little hotel that is perfect for small groups, families and couples. Not far from the heart of Rome and the train station. Its got good transport links to the city and is about a EUR 10-15 from the city by taxi at night (which is pretty good). "Clean & spacious, but a haul from major sights"
We stayed at the Rome Garden Inn for the last night of a 2 week trip to Italy. We were returning to Rome for a final night before flying out of FCO. After arriving at the train station, we had intended to drop our luggage off at the hotel and then make a final visit to some of our favorite sights. The hotel is on the bus line, but it's a good 15 minutes […] away from the central part of town where most of the action is. We caught a bus easily enough on our way out, but finding one on the way home later in the evening proved to be challening. If you intend to be out all day and not return to your hotel at all, this isn't a major hurdle, but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to make frequent pit stops during the day. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel also offers a private car service to the airport. It's a flat fee of 40 Euro to take a taxi to the airport, but you are very likely to be charged extra for baggage (this happened to us on our way into Rome the first time). For 60 Euro, you have a clean private vehicle and a very helpful driver--and no hidden costs. All in all, I'd give this a 3.5. Our room was quite large. Pro: recentemente ristrutturato, cortesia della maggior parte del personale, colazione a buffet abbondante e di buona qualità, discretamente silenzioso, possibilità di parcheggio interno alla struttura (non per tutti i clienti causa spazio). Contro: bagno completo ma molto piccolo, lo stile della ristrutturazione prevede rubinetti con calda-fredda […] separati (scomodo) ad eccezione della doccia che ha il miscelatore, le quadruple sono delle doppie con 2 letti aggiuntivi, se è un periodo di alta affluenza bisogna attendere per fare colazione perchè la sala è piccola. The hotel is nicely located by the Spanish steps/Spagna in Rome. Few italians knew about the hotel, but after a little help from some turists with a map we finally found out where to go. The metro was a little walk from the hotel, but the 62 bus went from the other side of the hotel. All in all: a nice hotel with good location if you use the map to find out where to walk. günstig gelegenes Hotel in Rom (200m zum Bus, 500m zur U-Bahn), Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, an den Wochenenden ist es jedoch günstig nicht so spät zu gehen (rechtzeitiges Kommen sichert gute Plätze) freundlicher Empfang und Bedienung, alles sauber und gepflegt, falls wir wieder mal nach Rom gehen dann in dieses Hotel

Ett lite hyggelig hotell. Betjeningen var hyggelige og rommet var rent og pent. Plassering: 20 min gåtur til Spansketrappen. Bussholdeplass rett utenfor hotellet. Tok man buss 62 var man nede i bykjerne på 5 min. Anbefaller hotellet.

A very nice and cosy hotel close to central bus lines and a ten minutes walk to the nearest metro. Though the hotel is close to a big street, its off the street so no noise. Habiamos reservado una habitación para cuatro personas y la primera noche nos colocaron en una para dos, que habilitaron para la ocasión colocando dos camas extra. Era imposible moverse por la habitación. Al día siguiente reclamamos y nos dieron la habitación que realmente nos correspondía pero si no llegamos a decir nada nos pasamos los cinco días […] pagando una habitación al precio de otra. Vi hade beställt ett dubbelrum och fick ett av de nyare rummen. Rummet var fräscht men sängen var väldigt liten...2 personer i en 120 cm säng......tur att både jag och min partner är smala. "Direkt an der Via Nomentana"
liegt diese kleine und sympathische Hotel. Es liegt damit nicht direkt bei den meisten Touristenattraktionen, aber z.B. sehr guenstig zur Universita La Sapienza Die Zimmer sind ruhig und bieten den erwarteten Komfort.

"Fikk nytt hotell i samme kjede mer sentralt."
Hotellet ligger sentralt rett ved spansketrappen. Som turist har du god fremkommelighet med både buss og metro. Rommene var rene og fremsto som innbydende. Hotellets service var det ingenting å utsette på. Alt i alt en god opplevelse. Frokost i Italia er og blir en rar opplevelse, og på Hotell Rome Garden var vi vel vitne til den minst rare opplevelsen. "Fint lite hotell litt utenfor sentrum"
Vi hadde 4 rom i 2 dager, og har stort sett bare godt å si om hotellet. Alle rommene var fine, men ett av dem var tydelig preget av fuktskader slik at luften ikke var topp der. Våre rom lå i bakgården/sidefløyen til hotellet, var skjermet for støy og holdt god standard. Hotellet har en rolig og fin liten hage i bakgården, perfekt for noen minutters […] avslapping. Området rundt er hovedsaklig et boligområde, men med restauranter etc innen gåavstand, og god bussforbindelse til sentrum. Gåavstand til Termini, Spansketrappen, etc ca 20-30 min. God service og ok frokost. Inntrykket er så positivt at vi gjerne velger dette hotellet også neste gang. Lisez la suite
