Malgre son emplacement, qui peut etre considere comme trop loin du centre de Los Angeles, le service est bon et les chambres correctes. La piscine est tres bien entretenue.

Hôtel très bien situé pour nos centres d'intérêts, dans un quartier relativement calme (mis à part les quelques "pilotes" sur les boulevards durant la nuit). Les plus : personnel très pro, chambres bien équipées, petit déjeuner complet (faut juste éviter d'arriver aux heures de pointes sous peine de devoir attendre son tour, mais un canapé confortable rend l'attente agréable). Les moins : isolation sonore faible, pommeau de douche assez bas, pas de clim automatique. On y retournera sans hésiter !

hôtel très bien situé - à 10 mn à pied de Disneyland - avec des commerces et de quoi se restaurer - malgré des travaux en cours (changement d'enseigne vers INDIGO), n'avons pas été incommodés - personnel serviable - formule du petit déjeuner inclus très pratique lorsqu'on voyage avec des enfants

Très bon hôtel !! Mais attention parking payant !!! Et nul part ou se garer en dehors de l'hôtel je crois que le prix était entre 15 et 20 dollar par jour !! C'est le seule point négatif mise à part qu'il n'y a pas de prise européen donc n'oublier pas dacheter un adaptateur en France car galère à trouver à L.A.

"California luxury & shopping mecca"
So California -- with Palm trees and outdoor heated pool and spa walking distance to So. Coast Plaza shopping center and Metro Point shopping center and many great restaurants. A lovely getaway with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. I would definitely love to go there again. I think it would be a great girls shop to you drop place to stay.

"great price"
We had our house tented and needed a dog friendly hotel. We couldn't believe such a nice hotel allowed animals. We hope to return some time soon without the dogs for a more relaxing stay :-)

The hotel was great and the location was just what we needed. But the towels were as thin as napkins!!!

The staff was very friendly, bent-over backwards to answer any question, pointing out nearby restaurants, finding us directions through the maze of Los Angeles freeways, and weather conditions to travel back to Iowa. "A Bargain in the OC"
Decided to make an event out of a Pacific Symphony concert and got a great rate on hotels.com. Great room and great location. $21/night parking sucked but everything else was top drawer.

"Walking distance to South Coast Plaza & Arts Ctr"
Very convenient to shopping and the arts center. It was remarkably quiet given its proximity to the 405. Starkbucks and Robeks juice across the street. Unfortunately the juice place is only open weekdays. The gym is small but in good repair and the outdoor pool was heated enough to swim in. (It's also open 24 hours, which is great.) The room was comfy […] with a great bed. My only disappointment here was the condition of the bath towels. A sad excuse for comfort given how nice the rest of the room was. Service in general was excellent, especially housekeeping and the front desk. The only exception was the bartender who definitely acted like she would rather be anywhere else than serving the very full bar. Maybe the service industry is not for her. Lisez la suite

Love the hotel!! Only downside was that I had to call TWICE to request microwave. The first girl I spoke to didn't make a note of it; thankfully I called back to confirm that there would indeed be a microwave when we arrive the woman I spoke to assured me she would send one up right away. Definitely would stay there again!
"Great Hotel to Stay at"
I had guests came over from England and they needed to stay here in Orange County for one night. I booked them a room at this Marriott. They loved the room, the hotel, and how close it was to shopping area and South Coast plaza. It was clean and refreshing. Thank you Marriott Management and Staff.

The map on Hotel.com was misleading--it wasn't a half mile from our daughter's apt on MacArthur. The staff was very helpful & friendly. We enjoyed our stay & probably would stay again at a Marriot.

I couild not find one thing to complain about.
Check in a bit slow but the complimentary bottled waters while we waited were nice. Stains on the curtains, but the rest of the room was clean and comfortable. The parking fee is a little high, but not bad if you come prepared. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

I will never go back. Parking is a pain and expensive. The internet expensive, and the mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I have slept on in a very long time!

"Comfy, close to the airport"
I chose the location to be close to the airport and not too far away from friends... it served that purpose well. It's convenient to drop down to the Newport Beach area, but a bit far from the amusement parks if that matters. Great facility, well kept and friendly staff,
"Nice room, parking situation not good."
The room was nice as expected and very clean. Towels were sparse and when my friend called down to the desk to get more, we received 3 bathmat size towels. The grounds are beautiful and we had a very nice room with a balcony. We were unable to use the vending machines on several floors of the hotel (we tried several) and thus, ended up going to the […] lobby to purchase pretty overprices water (but this is to be expected.) Upon check-in, I was reminded of the $18 fee to park my car (again, I was prepared for this.) However when I went to utilize the parking garage, my key card would not work. I had to return to the front desk 3 times for them to key it correctly. The staff was a little short with me by the 3rd time and claimed that I must have de-magnetized the card by having it near my cell phone. Honestly, by the 3rd time of it not working, I felt the least they could have done was comp my parking fee. Instead they told me that I would have to take a ticket and bring it to the front desk later for reimbursement. Huh? This hotel is really nice and lives up to the Marriott standards, however the parking fee is ridiculous and the staff is not the most pleasant. Lisez la suite
"Beautiful facility, soft mattress"
Straight to the point - my first stay in Orange County, and it was a great hotel, great staff, and convenient location. I'm picky about beds, and while the conditions were great, the mattress was way too soft for my comfort. I'd recommend this hotel for it's overall appeal and quality, but suggest they check their mattresses, maybe I got "thee" soft […] one. Lisez la suite

The Hotel was great! Perfect for the ugly heat that was outside.. Well located near South Coast Plaza, theater, shops and restaurants! I would recommend this Hotel; for the price I got it, it was well worth it. The only down side is getting charged $18 a day for parking... they should make that complimentary. =]
"Beautiful Hotel...Expensive Parking"
The hotel room was awesome and we didn't want to leave. The staff exceeded expectations when we need a suit cleaned and pressed for a wedding the next morning and they had it done no problem. The parking is $18 per day and can become an extra expense really quickly!

This hotel is not for families. The rooms are really small and once the pull out bed is out, there is no walking room. The customer service was not helpful. They advertise concierge service but there was none. I went to front desk and asked for local brochures and I was told if I could think of something to do they could look it up online for me. There […] were topless ladies laying out at the pool when I tried to take my kids swimming. When I notified the front desk they told me that as long as they do not walk around topless there was not much they could do.Many of the local restaurants were closed down. I wouldnt have booked the hotel if I knew there was a $18 per day charge for parking. Parking charge would be acceptable if I was in downtown, etc... but there is nothing there to justify a parking charge.
