Très bel hôtel et personnel agréable. La chambre était grande, moderne et très bien aménagée (bon, il faut aimer le style rayures noires et blanches !). L'hôtel est situé légèrement en retrait de Kings Cross permettant ainsi de profiter pleinement de la vie nocturne du quartier tout en bénéficiant du calme de l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Hotel très bien situé dans le coeur de sydney à proximité de George street, de chinatown et de Darling Harbour. La chambre était bien équipée mais les placards étaient un peu branlant et la poele un peu trop ancienne (elle a déclanché l'alarme incendies car elle fumait trop et malgré la ventilation !). Mis à part ce désagrément nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Nous avons aimé le fait d'être accueillit comme tout le monde car nous étions deux jeunes avec des gros sac a dos de Backpacker, on ne présentait pas super bien par rapport au standing de l'hotel mais ils n'ont fait aucune différence et ça c'était très appréciable sinon l'hotel est très bien dans son ensemble, rien a redire.

Découvrez le déjeuner traditionnel Yum Cha dans le quartier de Chinatown, qui regorge de restaurants. Situé à l'extrémité sud du quartier central des affaires, il reste animé plus tard dans la nuit que la plupart des quartiers du centre. Rien d'un hotel! Des chambres immenses avec plusieurs lits .... Vraiment ni confort ni charme ni cachet .... Vraiment hors de prix pour ce que c'est! Viellot et moche .

Nous avions hésité à choisir cet hôtel étant donné les avis déjà donnés. Nous l'avons tout de même choisi principalement pour son prix et sa situation. Bien évidemment, pour le prix il y a forcément des points négatifs: bruit de la ventilation dans la chambre qui ne nous a pas du tout empêché de dormir, et passage des éboueurs en pleine nuit... malgré […] cela notre séjour a été agréable: l’hôtel est situé en face du Paddy's market (idéal pour acheter ses souvenirs) et à 15-20 min du centre à pied. Il y a même un bus gratuit qui passe à 200m de l’hôtel pour le centre. Le staff nous a bien renseigné pour le retour à l'aéroport (et même imprimé les horaires du train). A notre départ, une note nous indiquait qu'il y allait avoir des travaux la journée... (en semaine seulement). Pour le prix que nous avons payé nous n'aurions jamais pu avoir une chambre à cet emplacement avec la salle de bains dans la chambre. Donc satisfait! Lisez la suite

Location, price, service was fine but the room we stayed in 233 had bed bugs! We stayed at Aaron's the night before our over seas trip to America were we discovered the hundreds of bites on my girlfriend on the plane! She has been scratching for days now and is required to wear long sleeve clothing to cover the feral looking bites!

"Very happy"
Wonderful and helpful staff, our room was lovely.... We only stayed one night (As we were going to a concert at the Sydney Entertainment Center), but it was very relaxing and the location is central to everything...We are planning to book in a few nights stay in a couple of months too...We have already recommended The Aarons Hotel to friends....
"Heart of Sydney's Chinatown, walk to everything"
It's a small basic room but perfectly adequate and an excellent price for the location, so central and convenient. Noisy, but then that's to be expected. Staff were without fail friendly and helpful, and great to have 24 hour access with so many restaurants and cafes nearby. Would stay again and would recommend.

Location, location is the best about this hotel. For a family, not the best; loud late night parties and backpackers. Not as clean as you would like.

A cute hotel in great location..Staff is very helpful..Good value but not luxurious..Great for budget concious and travellers who like the excitement of inner city. On the downside it's noisy and the curtains don't block the light from the street..But I stay again.

The hotel booking via Hotel.com is efficient and reliable. However, the room configuration and layout is rather awkward with a table but no leg room for a chair. The double bed is only quite accessible from one side. The other single bed is located in another partitioned wall that does not benefit from one window air-conditioning unit. Probably, with […] little or no air circulation at all. After servicing the room, I noticed the carpet floor has not been vacuumed and hand towel not replaced. I will stay here again. The Staff was GREAT!, The room was big but needed a dresser w/ draws. Windows could be thicker. But all in all, Great place!
The room is ugly and extremely noisy during the night. Cannot sleep at all. Not a clean bathroom. Towels all smelly. Not recommend to any one!

"Not so good."
Very basic hotel. The pictures on the website are not the rooms you get given. Spoke to others while in the lift and we all agreed!! Oh well, OK for the price. One good thing is the location right opposite Paddys Market and China Town and one block from George St so very good for the buses to the CBD. We had a nights stop over in Sydney which was really only 12 hours, so we decided to stay at a budget place. This hotel is in a good location and a great restaurant just a short walk away. It is what you would expect of a budget place - clean and simple.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but it was incredibly noisy! One could hear everything, the traffic, the other guests and during the night, when the rubbish got collected (3 times a week after midnight), I couldn't fall asleep again. After having spent five nights, I was desperate for a good night sleep.

Situated right at Chinatown the location is ideal for eating, shopping and working. The rooms are clean and the service is good. The lobby can be cleaner. Some rooms can be noisy. A change of room reduced the noise level considerably. Hopefully the next time I come back the windows will be sound proof.

The hotel is conveniently located across the road from Paddy's markets and within walking distance of CBD and china town restaurants. Room was clean and serviced daily. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience. I have no reservation in recommending this as a budget hotel.

While the Hotel was very close to all sights, the room was very small and the Hotel could do with a refurbishment. As we stayed for 4 nights we thought that we would have a quieter room as we were woken every night with the rubbish trucks and bins starting at 1pm every morning right outside the room.
