Le lit était très confortable, la chambre spacieuse et silencieuse. Pour une petite pause relaxation, un petit jacuzzi et finalemt assez proche de Philadelphie

Ne pas confondre avec l'autre hotel " holidays express" chambres spacieuses et propres, présence d'un parking sous l'hotel donc interessant. Informations en français. Petit déjeuneur copieux et délicieux.

Service très correct. Emplacement idéal pour une halte sur la route entre Philadelphie et Washington DC. Quelques chaînes de restos autour (Five Guys). Calme malgré la route. Pas de petit déjeuner.

"Overnight Stay was Excellent"
We stayed over on New Years Eve. Our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent! We def stay again.
We had a relaxing night and the breakfast was wonderful. Love those waffles!

"Mt Laurel NJ Hampton"
VERY friendly staff! The hostess actually sang us a welcome song which was kind of cute over the Christmas holiday. We reserved two rooms for the night. Both were very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the awful smell of body odor that permeated the 2nd floor. If assigned, ask for a different floor.

"clean and inexpensive"
This was acceptable hotel, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was free. We stayed for a wedding and the bus that was offered was not really large enough to get everyone there together. I would not stay there again but I have not checked rates at other area hotels either.

The staff were helpful and attentive and the room clean. We like the buffet breakfast arrangements - although over the labor day weekend the hotel was very busy, so breakfast became a bit crowded. If there was one thing I would like to change is the through the window air conditioning unit - we needed it - it was rather noisy! But we did get used to […] it.... Lisez la suite

the hotel was very clean and the room was ready at check in.The female customer service staff at the front desk must have been having a bad day, because she was not very friendly, the other desk staff member seemed much more pleasant. overall it was ok. the breakfast area is WAY too small, we had to stand and drink our coffee and eat our toast after we waited in line to get it. i was a little disappointed in the fact that our next door neighbors were smoking in their room from 7am onwards and when i complained about the smell coming through the walls they didn't even appologize […] .. we've been to 4 hampton's in the last 5 months and i'd have to say that this was the most pleasant of all the stay's ... and it was just ok. The place is a bit hard to find since it is located behind a resturant off of rt 73 and there is no sign out on 73 to direct you to it.. The room is a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. All and all a good place to stay.

the check in person was polite and friendly but the room smelled really bad.....like smoke. Also the lobby smelled like bad body odor. THere were only 2 small towels for 2 people and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable and the comforter was lumpy. The chair was very dirty. All in all except for the desk clerk it was an unpleasant experience.

"Very Relaxing"
We didn't have any idea of the hotel, but found it to be perfect. the beds are to die for. The coffee in the am was terrific. but most of all the hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. Very accomodating, friendly and personable. there is good restaurants close by and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Hampton Inn/ Mt. Laurel~!!!!

Staff at front desk was friendly; very clean & nice-looking hotel inside & out, which made us feel comfortable before we even got in our room; complimentary coffee & tea in lobby was nice feature; room was very clean; bed was very comfortable; breakfast was great, good variety of food, staff at breakfast area kept it very clean & well-stocked; pool […] area was nice; small problem with bathtub, stopper didn't work, reported problem, maint. guy was there quickly & tried to fix but needed more parts so he left & was going to come back; since it was late we called front desk to see if we could just get a different room, they were very nice about it & gave us another room (which was actually good as we had been right across from elevator, and elev doors & some guests were noisy); 2nd room had problem w/TV, which they had to replace, but they did so quickly; so a few minor problems but great customer service. "Not Great for a Hampton Inn"
Its an older hotel and needs some updating. The TV reception was poor, Internet slow. Older carpets, older towels. Overall it was OK but don't expect an above average Hampton Inn. The area is nice, travel a little further down 73 and there is a Whole Foods on the left.

Hotel provides a great value. The accommodations are extremely comfortable, the concierge is very friendly and helpful. The property is very neat. I recommend this hotel as an extremely good value.

The rooms were okay, the bathroom had rust on he tub plumbing, amd the maid staff wanted to get way with just giving us clean towels. We left early everyday, so why would we not expect our rooms cleaned? both mornings we were asked if we wanted clean towels. They answer must be "yes, and a cleaning too". Breakfast was great!

We weren't there very long but the bed was super comfortable, room was very quiet (didn't hear a flushed toilet all night) and the staff was very nice.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud (loud enough to wake us at night), and kicked on every few minutes, but never seemed to cool down the room even though we had it set at its coldest. The walls and doors were very thin; we heard every hallway conversation and the TV next door. Our room was on the first floor, and we could even hear people […] that were outdoors.
