Le petit dej se fait dans des bols en cartons et des couverts en plastiques: bof pour le respect de l'environnement. Testé en février la température dans les chambres est correcte, mais en été ça doit chauffer un peu et il n'y a pas de clim. Sinon l'emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour la visite du centre, très proche du métro.

"It was just ok...."
The overall say of the hotel was just fine. The design of the room is just weird. The room was not easy to find. When I went to grab one of the armrails to walk up a flight of stars, the arm-rail FELL OFF!! WTF?!?! Had these been steeper stairs, I could have really hurt myself. The room we had didn't have a window looking outside (I wasn't asking for […] a view of anything...but I like a window) Instead, there was a window to the HALLWAY. It was very college freshman dorm feeling. I was not into that at all. Walking down the hallway, you can see into people's rooms and it just feels odd. It made sleeping there a bit stressful. "bad customer service"
Hotel was ok....i was surprised since its sheraton i expected better but this particular one had horrible customer service. Was there 2 nights for a siminar near the area and i will not stay Again. "Fits the bill"
The hotel had all the amenities I needed. It's within striking distance of the airport and withing a reasoable driving distance to great dining and shopping. The rooms were very clean and promptly serviced. The parking rates were a little expensive at $19/day, but that seems to be close to the standard in the area. It was a fairly busy hotel at the […] time of my stay with conferences and meetings happening, and various airline crews staying at the hotel. However, it feels like the service was not affected by how busy it was. I never had to wait too long for service. A rental car counter is located on-site which is very convenient. The hotel was exactly what I needed for an inexpensive stay before my (very) early flight home. The room was clean and efficient, but nothing special. The hotel bar was much nicer than typical- I arrived hungry and was impressed by the extensive beer list and quality of food. To save time the morning of my departure and money on parking, I dropped my […] rental car off the night before at Hertz and was able to walk the few blocks back to the hotel. Renting from Budget would have been even more convenient as it is right across the street. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was only a short wait (I was told it runs about every 20') and it was a quick, painless trip to the Southwest terminal. The overall stay at hotel was pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However The hotel do not include a complementary breakfast with your stay.The poor selection of buffet breakfast was not worth the $17.44 price tag. Asked at front desk about returning rental car at check in and if I could get a ride back to the hotel. Told the concierge desk would call and check. Went to the concierge and was told to return the car and ask at the car rental. I said I wanted to be sure I could get back. The concierge told me to call myself. Did not even get me the number. "Never ever staying here again ever"
Upon arrival the hotel looked very good the lobby was very clean and fairly up to date looking. We come to find out there is a prety much required 19$ parking fee to park in there lot (there was no street parking anywhere in the vicinity makeing this a mandatory additional charge). Strike one. We go to check in and I ask for an extra room card they […] give me a hard time about that . Strike 2 We go up the elevator in the middle wing to the sixth floor. Come out of the elevator and it looks very nice. We follow sign towards our room and there is a thick dirty looking fire door. We open it and all of a sudden it's a dingy, smelly, overly warm hall Aparently leading to our room... Strike 3 We walk down the hall. Odd there's windows on our left and the rooms to the right of us have windows to the hall... And none of the windows open=all recirculated nasty air Strike 4 We go in our room it's so small we can barely vary our bags in, it is extremely musty and wet smelling, we pull the sheets back and the blankets are dirty Strike 5 On a bright note they have us a complimentary water bottle Would never stay here even if it was complimentary. "Disappointing for price"
This hotel is high price for low budget accomidations. Deluxe king room was no nicer than lower priced hotel. No hot water the first night. Only 4 Chanel's of free tv and 20$ a day parking. I guess if I was just staying overnight between flights this would be okay. Staff was not overly friendly. Hotel was in need of some updating, but it was clean. Only 2 of the 3 elevators in our tower were working during our whole stay (3 days). Housekeeping was ver helpful.Avis véridique Hotels.com

The room was smelly. There was no cream or coffee stirrers. It took them some time to bring them up. They wanted to charge me for drop off parking $20. The movies for rent on the tv system were $14.99 plus tax, and the shows $4.99. I couldnt watch tv, to expensive... Perfectly fine for getting to/from LAX. $27 for hotel parking seemed a little steep considering there is plenty of available street parking nearby. That said, the neighborhood is sketchy, so I certainly wouldn't leave a nice car or visible valuables out there over night.Avis véridique Hotels.com
