L’accueil n'est pas très commercial en vous faisant payer la nuit tout de suite, ce qui bloque après le fait de mettre une note de bar sur la facture de la chambre. Facture qui ne peut être éditée que le lendemain. L’hôtel très moderne se situe malheureusement à coté de lignes de chemin de fer.

La chambre que nous avions était minuscule mais très propre. Idem pour la salle de bain! Le petit dej était correct, même si 10h c'est tôt, enfin pour nous! Il n'y avait pas de chauffage en arrivant dans la chambre mais nous sommes redenscendu à la récéption pour le signaler et il a été immédiatement mis en route. Personnel correct mais sans plus. Tram et metro juste à coté. Pour info: les places de parking autour de l'hôtel vont bientôt être payantes et l'hôtel ne possède que 4 places maxi dans son garage. Hôtel sympa pour un court séjour. (comptre tenu de la taille de la chambre, pas beaucoup de place pour ranger les affaires!)

Hôtel très classe est bien équipé. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est vraiment bien. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais il y a un jacuzzi, un sauna et un hammam (serviette fournies). L'hôtel est très agréable, mais les chambres sont mal insonorisées. le claquement des portes ets désespérant. j'ai eu des moustiques dans ma chambre bien qu'elle était propre. j'ai pris possession de ma chambre à 17h et j'ai demandé si je pouvais faire mon check-out vers 14h le lendemain et aucune alternative m'a été proposée. Le receptionniste a voulu […] que je laisse une caution bancaire avec ma carte et c'est pour la première fois que ça m'arrive avec un hôtel réservé par votre site. Ayant été Premeir de réception dans un Palace parisien, j'ai trouvé cette demande et ma requête de pouvoir décaler mon départ de deux ou voire trois heures, pas très professionnel. Le personnel est très aimable même s'il ne parle pas français. La chambre, donnant sur l'arrière de l'hôtel était très triste (vue et décoration), et une soufflerie permanente venant de l'extérieur était très pénible: prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles! "Practical and standard, nothing special."
The Radisson Blu looks imposing on the outside, but as hotels (and yes even Radisson's) go it is pretty on par with what you can expect. Breakfast was not included and the amenities inside the room were standard, the pool, gym and sauna and location are the bonus extras. As such Radisson Blu does not stand out from any other franchise hotel in the neighborhood […] and you shouldn't expect anything extra if the price is above average. "Lovely hotel, convenient location"
We had a great time. Our room (628) overlooked the square in front of the central train station and a busy tram and bus stop - perfect for our 3 year old boy. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only downside was that the shower temperature was difficult to control and the shower fixing quite old. The hotel staff were competent and friendly. […] The pool was lovely and has huge steps -perfect for little ones to play on. There were too many people using the pool area so there weren't enough towels when we arrived. Breakfast was really good, but you'd expect that at 22 Euros pp. Location wise, the hotel is next to China street, next to an Aquarium and the main shopping street starts at the train station, so really close. There is an amazing pizza restaurant right by the station which is very reasonably priced. The station also contains a Starbucks and there's a bakery with seating next door if you want to avoid the steep breakfast charges. Parking was also pricey but very secure. "Fantastic hotel"
Couldn't have been better, the location is amazing right in the centre by the shops and resataurants with unbelievable transport links just outside. The Zoo and Aquatopia are both within a two minute walk. The staff were excellent, the room was better than any other hotel I have stayed in in Belgium. I have stayed here before and can recommend it as an ideal location for Train Station, Shopping and Site Seeing in Antwerp and for the underground to the Sportspaleis if seeing a concert. "Bad Food"
We stayed at the hotel for 03 nights, I would strongly recommend you do eat in the hotel many complaints. We booked during the day and because there was ten of us we could only choose between fish or pork very strange. But we still wait 1.5 hours before we received our dinner which when it arrived was cold and did look uncooked. we all refused the meal […] and only paid for our drinks. We had to speak with managment the next day who said that we should pay at least 50 % for the meal, after many discussion they finally back down. There was several people complaining that night about how long they was waiting etc not sure what was going on in the kitchen but the hotel should have given us the drinks for free for the inconvenice at least. "A rose surrounded by some thorns"
As expected, both from other reviews and our previous visits to Antwerp, this is a good hotel in most convenient location for train travellers, tailor made in fact for Eurostar (via Brussels) fans like us. But it is in a slightly flecky area. On balance the pros outweigh the cons as it does not take long to walk further afield though we never felt threatened […] nor were we hasseled. We asked for and got a quiet room and 612 was both large and had a good view and it is at the side of the hotel. We were room only and chose to take breakfast at the station each morning, there is plenty of choice and ours was the 'Einstein' cafe for a coffee & croisant. I'd used this hotel for business travel several times with great satisfaction, and i wasn't disappointed as a tourist this time. The view of, and easy access to, the main train station make it a pleasant and convenient location. All of the main attractions of Antwerp are in easy walking distance, and there's always the trams if you're tired. The staff […] are always very pleasant and helpful; and the breakfast buffet is great, although pricey. Get one of the rooms on the top floors that have the round windows. This hotel was exactly what I needed at the end of a long trip. We stayed in a room with a Queen bed nice and comfy, the room itself was a very nice size and not cramped at all. The prices offered from the dinner menu were on par with what you would find at a restaurant in the center. Great location across from the historical train station and right […] around the corner from the shopping streets and a 20 min walk to the center or catching a tram out front . This is a wonderful hotel to stay in in the centre of a busy city. Rooms, service etc were spot on. We stayed in one room with my wife and 3 year old daugther. The hotel provided a large room with an additional bed in it for a 3 year old and there was still lots of space. One thing to watch out for is that the area around the hotel is near both the […] main train station and bus station and thus attracts some less savoury characters, it didn't put me off at all but just be aware. "Location is EXCELLENT!"
The location is the best and most important aspect of this hotel. It's located steps from the main train station in Antwerp. This train station is the locaiton of the bus drop off from the Brussels Airport as well as the location to take trains to other parts of Belgium and other countries. We used it to travel to Paris, Brugges, and from the airport. […] We literally could wheel our luggage across the street and grab a train. Location is also near many eateries and the best shopping. Hotel was clean. Front desk was very helpful. Workout facility was bigger than expected. I especially appreciated the hot water kettle in the room as it allowed us to have tea when coming in from the cold weather. Be forewarned, internet access is free, but not unlimited. There is a limit within a 24 hour period. I believe it was on the download capacity. I wouldn't say the hotel is in excellent condition. It's obviously a hotel that has been around a while.
