Quelques soucis pour récupérer nos chambres car la personne à l'accueil était débutante et un peu perdue. Chambres retrouvées assez vite, mais l'une d'elle devait être inoccupée depuis plusieurs mois vu l'état :-/ Nous avons finalement eu une chambre entretenue et prête, mais hélas la proximité de la voie ferrée combinée à l'isolation sonore inexistante […] nous font douter de notre retour à cet hôtel lors d'un prochain voyage. Hotel correct. On peut trouver mieux mais on peut aussi trouver moins bien. Pour une étape, ça va. Piscine correcte. Petit déjeuner un peu léger. Extérieur assez bruyant mais pas à l'intérieur des chambres.

super. propre, agréable. Prévoyé boule quies a cause bruit de clim et demandé a l étage : pas de bruit au dessu de la tete....Petit dej gratuit. pas beaucoup de place alors on l'a pris dans la chambre.parking gratuit.

Hôtel, prévu pour une étape, bien situé pas trop loin de l'autoroute. Par contre, la climatisation très bruyante. J'avais précisé lors de la réservation que nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants de 13 - 15 et 15 ans, et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 2 lits de 140 !!! Un peu juste !!! (les notions de full size - queen size - king size sont un peu trop […] vague, pas forcément respecté) Par ailleurs bien que nous ayons précisé que nous étions 5, nous n'avions que 4 serviettes. La salle du petit déjeuner comporte en tout et pour tout 2 tables et 8 chaises : Dommage en période de tourisme : les 2 aînées se sont partagées 1 chaise et la cadette a déjeuner sur mes genous .... Correct pour y passer une nuit. Bien situé entre Crand Canyon et Las Végas.

mold in the bath room carpets dirty not good for a family overnight

The only problem was the smell of the carpets. Smelled like it had just been shampooed and then closed up so it was a little musty/wet smelling.

This was our second stay at this property. With the first stay, our impressions were favorable. Not so with the second stay. The front desk clerk (who was all by herself and trying to help several customers at once) asked us to wait while while housekeeping checked to see if a room was available. It turned out that the housekeeper checked the room right […] away but forgot to let the front desk know, which caused us to stand at the front desk for 15 minutes unnecessarily. The walls in the room must be paper thin! Our "neighbors" woke at 4:15 am and didn't leave until 6:00 am. We could hear every word they spoke even though they were talking in normal voices. Needless to say, it was impossible to sleep during this period of time. When we went to the front desk to check out the next morning, there was only one clerk on duty and a lobby full of people checking out. The continental breakfast was VERY basic - adequate but not a lot to choose from. We think we'll look for a different property the next time we stay overnight in Kingman. Lisez la suite

I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of this hotel. I honestly expected to get (if not less) what I paid for, but my expectations were exceeded. The beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms very clean. But what impressed me the most, was the night shift gal. We arrived after 11pm, and had a large item that we weren't comfortable leaving in […] the vehicle....but didn't want to carry it up to our second floor room, either. She said if we'd parked it under the light (which happened to be in eye shot of both her station and our room) she'd keep an eye on it for us. Well, sure, people can say that and you hope they do it. But she did. My husband came down early the next morning to check it, secure it for our continuing drive, and I saw her stand up and watch him as he was "poking around" the vehicle. She did see me a moment later by the vehicle and realized who we were, not some stranger/robber. I have to say, thats service. Even without traveling with a large item, I would, and plan to, stay here on future visits when we are passing through. Great price for exceding my expectations Lisez la suite

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days/nights. This was the best place to stay compared to the other hotel we stayed at in Kingman, AZ.

Our stay was just a short 3 days/nights. During this time they were doing some remodeling, with using scrapers to get the stucco off the fronts of some rooms plus taking out old beds and replacing with new ones. We had to run the fresh air to drown out the noise of people talking.

The people who helped me check in and check out were very helpful. Great experience ... We will be back next time we drive through Kingman.

Convenient and easy access to highway when we were stuck because of the weather. Didn't do the breakfast but in room coffee was appreciated. Nothing too special, but it worked for a quick layover. Beds and room were clean, bathroom very small be overall good value for the money.

Rooms not really clean

It is a decent place to stay the night for the price. Clean room, friendly staff and includes breakfast.

Was a little disappointed, we arrived very late due to hwy shut down, the service was fast and we had called ahead and informed them we would be late, they remembered us when we got there, the staff was nice as for the room on the other hand, the bath tub was dirty, it looks as though it needs to be power washed there was hard water stains on the fixtures […] and the tub it self, the floor was dirty in the corners, looked like a fast clean, now when I woke up after a 12 hour drive I would have like to have had some coffee but do to the fact that the pot had not been cleaned from the last use I passed.. The only good thing to say about the Hotel was the variety of snaks available for breakfast. The room was aweful.

Good: The bed was extremely comfortable; we slept very well, considering. The room itself was large and the little fridge and microwave worked great. The TV was okay and the channel selection very good. Bad: The bathroom was the smallest I've ever been in--the door just cleared the end of the toilet. It also smelled moldy, though I didn't see any. The […] room was dark with low wattage lamps, and not all worked. The walls are very thin and you know you have neighbors on any side or above. I think there was supposed to be a little table along with the desk, but it was missing. The desk chair was broken and the sitting chair very small and uncomfortable. There are trains that run by there and you hear them at all hours. There are plenty of hotels to pick from along that road. I am going to try elsewhere next time. Lisez la suite

The hotel clerk seemed bothered that we inconvenienced her. The walkways outside the rooms have no covering and appear unfinished. Used soap and shampoo were left in the shower from previous guests. There were patches in the carpeting. Cleanliness seemed fair at best. Breakfast was minimal. Milk and juice were frozen.

Good value for the money - would stay there again.

I last stayed here about 3 years ago. It's been my favorite of the 2 or 3 other hotels I've stayed at in Kingman. It's still my favorite because it's quiet enough for me to sleep in (with the heat/ac off). However, it seems to have lost a little bit of luster. The exterior walkway was missing carpeting in one section. The chair in the room was dingy. […] The table wasn't very clean either. And the heat/ac units should be replaced soon. If you need a place to sleep, this place is fine. Pretty standard lower end motel. Not horrible, but the bathroom had dirt in the corners, which made me wonder how well they clean it.

This was my second time in 6 months staying at this Days Inn in Kingman, AZ. The first time was average, no complaints. However the 2nd time during the Xmas weekend, my husband left with nearly 20 bits on his shoulder, back, arms and anckle. We think it might have been bed bugs. Needless to say we won't be going back.

the rooms were run down, the spa not working and nasty looking, the door was not secure, it looked like someone had tried to break into the room. The breakfast was okay.

Very nice accommodations for the price. I have been staying at this same motel off and on for the past 5 years and am constantly impressed with the continuing upgrades.

Clean and friendly hotel

After the long driving I was expecting nice welcome smile by the front desk stuff. She was like a robot. Just finished check in stuff with no smile. I do not stay there anymore for this price.
