Tenu par une famille très chaleureuse. Les appartements ont une vraie cuisine et sont très pratiques et grands - 2 pièces. La piscine est charmante. L aplage est toute proche. Seul point mitigé : l''environnement est un peu urbain. C'est un très bon choix pour rayonner en voiture.

un hôtel agréable composé de petits appartements tout en pierre de la région (d'ou le nom), calme, avec vue sur la montagne et la mer, un petit restaurant avec un carte variée et très abordable, du personnel sympa (ne parlant pas français), un petit zoo et un coin piscine pour les enfants...que demander de plus. la situation au centre de l'île est idéale pour les visites et il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts: plage, trek en montagne, paysages surprenants et habitants plutôt gentils, nourriture saine et équilibrée c'est ce que nous retiendrons de ce voyage. la tête pleine de souvenirs dépaysant.

Hôtel sympa, situation en ordre, buffets très bons et spécialement les pâtes avec un cuisinier italien. Animation agréable aussi. Plage : pas de sable fin mais du sable plus grossier qui fait mal sous les pieds

Capitale de la Crète, le port moderne et industriel d'Héraklion est doté d'une vieille-ville piétonne regorgeant de monuments vénitiens centenaires, d'innombrables cafés en plein air et de célèbres boutiques de mode. Il s'agit d'une base prisée pour visiter le palais de Knossos vieux de 4000 ans qui se trouve cinq kilomètres dans les terres. Hotel situé à quelques kms de l'aeroport et pres du port. Ideal pour une nuit apres un vol avec arrivee tardive. Ideal également pour visite de la ville
"Very Accomodating"
Lovely hotel close to the harbor. Breakfast is included and they even fixed a personal continental breakfast for us because we had an early flight and had to leave before the breakfast room was open. Triple room was cozy, but perfect for our one night stay. Restaurant was great--we were sorry to miss the Orthdox Easter dinner meal that was not served […] until midnight on the night of our stay. Hotel location is convenient, staff are very helpful, nice, and friendly. Their breakfast has verity of choice, and very tasty.

The Lato hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, the bus terminal and harbour. Its breakfast was great. The staff were efficient, friendly. Rooms were quite comfortable, though shower was too small. Internet was fast. Overall, pretty standard for the price but worth it.

The hotel has a great location and it is very clean. Some rooms have great views of the harbor. Other rooms have a view of the back side of the next building. We had one of each during our stay. The staff was outstanding in helping us set up tours, drivers, and rental cars during our stay. The roof top restaurant (great views) was pretty good and reasonably […] priced. "Lato Boutique Hotel - handy for the town centre"
I was actually quite impressed by the amount this hotel had, free wifi in the rooms and had spa facilities on site (although didn't have time to use them). Staff were also very helpful for giving us directions to the town for something to eat, and to the port the following day, and also sorting out getting our hired car returned. Certainly very convenient […] for the town or going to the port to get a ferry, probably about 5-10 minutes away from both. Only minor criticism would be that there's very little parking next to the hotel, so having a car for here isn't very feasible. Lisez la suite

Good location if you are only going to be there for one night to cacth a ferry the follwoing day. The rooms are extremely small but clean and the bed is comfortable.

"Lato Boutique Hotel in Heraklin Greece"
The Lato is extremely well situated. All the sights and the bus station are within easy walking distance. The staff go out of their way to be helpful including recommendations for hotels in Hania and then getting us accomadations there. The breakfast was especially well done. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stayed here for business and leisure. The staff is very friendly and helpful, arranging whatever you might need. The view on the port is quite enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is pretty good and the location is perfect, 5 minutes from the port and from downtown. The architectural style is pure balkan, which you may or may not enjoy.

There was nothing boutique about this hotel other than the price, although the restaurant was good as was the breakfast. The bathroom was dated and requires renovation. It had not been cleaned very well and I asked for this to occur before I could use it. The hotel room carpet was stained and requires replacing. We stayed here as a transit between western Crete and a ferry to Santorini from Heraklio. The staff at the hotel were excellent, the room was fine, although I had wanted a double bed and we were given two singles. The beds were comfortable, and the room was nice. The breakfast was excellent although the seating area was full when we got there we got […] a table pretty quickly. It is a short walk to the town with lots of cafes, bars, etc. Our room was quiet. Lato Boutique is ideally situated for easy access to the airport, bus and ferry stations, and the centre of town. "Nice hotel near the port"
My wife and I stayed for 1 night in this modern hotel. We had a view of our small balcony of the old Venice port. Far enough away and high enough that we did have any street or airplane noise. The room was small but comforatible. Nice bed and desk in room. The Herb resteraunt on the roof was very nice and the food was good. Breakfast in the resteraunt […] near the lobby was nice and the spread was good. The parking was a bit awkward as we had to drive around the block twice before there was space in front of the hotel to drop the car off to the valet. Good thing for GPS. Nice location to walk to the old venetian port or the nearby ruins and fort. Some of the other buildings around it are run down and the alley behind the hotel a bit scary. "The staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful."
The setting is perfect, providing easy access to main streets of interest to the tourist. The view over the harbor is wonderful, and the rooms with balconies put you right there. The restaurant in the hotel, Herbs'Garden, is great.

alles wunderbar für einen Stop-over in Heraklion, weil zentral gelegen und leicht erreichbar. Boutique-Hotel ist: die Lounge, die Bar, die Fassade des neueren (?) Gebäudes gegenüber - sonst einfach ein moderneres 3-Sterne Haus. Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Hótelið vel staðsett í gamlabænum örstutt í iðandi mannlíf, fjölda veitinastaða og verslana. Starfsfólk einstaklega vingjarnlegt og vildi allt fyrir mann gera. Stutt er í aðal strætisvagnastöðina og höfnina.
