Hotel à deux pas de la plage. Chambre très agréable, avec cuisine et soin repas, grande salle de bain et belle chambre. Dommage que le wifi soit payant. Cet hotel possède un excellent rapport prix/prestations/emplacement.

Une jolie chambre simple, design, avec un poisson dans son bocal, un patio, des meubles pratiques (table à repasser, nombreuses serviettes). Le matelas n'était pas super confort, et attention hôtel bruyant (ils jouent au bingo au bord de la piscine jusqu'à minuit, pour les couche-tôts c'est pas l'idéal). Mais on se gare facilement dans les environs, même si le quartier n'est pas très intéressant (en voiture c'est pas très grave). Mais à 20 euros de plus qu'un motel traditionnel c'est quand même une belle affaire, et un lieu assez unique.

Inadmissible de servir le petit-déjeuner dans de la vaisselle jetable : cela donne un goût éxécrable aux aliments et c'est 1 gaspillage énorme totalement anti-écologique et l'endroit est totalement déhumanisé

Super Hôtel, services et chambre impeccable, le petit déjeuner est très copieux et compris dans le prix de la chambre et le must des boissons chaudes et des fruits disponibles gratuitement au Desk H24. Je le recommande vivement.

"Overpriced"
No frig. No free internet, I had to pay to park at there building. I've stayed in better where they didn't charge for everything. Surprised I didn't have to swipe my credit card just to use the rest room.

"Not what I would expect from the Hyatt in La Jolla"
I checked in with Kelsey who was professional and courteous. I proceeded to my room 611 to wash up for dinner. To my surprise, the bathroom floor had "hair" on the floor, stuck to the wall, and walls were dirty. I then opened the shower curtain to find the shower floor was dingy black and also had hair. I called the front desk and they were quick to […] recommend a room change, 626. They provided me access to the Regency level for the incovenience. Again, the bathroom floors had hair, shower floors dirty, light swtiches dirty, outdated wallpaper. The external view of the property is in good condition. The lobby is also nice. It's shame that the hall ways, hotel rooms, are outdated and definitely show their wear and age. For the price I paid, I would expect a lot more. The Regency level was a nice surprise. The hors d'oeuvres were a palatable, good in fact. I snacked on the brie and fontina, olive bread, some veggies and a perrier. I've stayed in Marriot down the road and had a much better experience. "La Jolla Hyatt"
Staff was very friendly and professional. They made my 5 day stay tolerable. The hotel property is in need of better maintenance and needs a major upgrade and facelift. The bathroom was old and very disappointing. The towels were worn and not quite threadbare but close. Great location though the parking fee was very high.

"Hyatt Regency La Jolla - Great Place to Stay"
We had a wonderful stay at this Hyatt Regency. Every staff member we had contact with was friendly and helpful. It was like they could not do enough for us! The pool and spa were lovely and the breakfast in the hotel was a delight. We most certainly would stay there again!

Great hotel, very good location, close to lots of shopping, food and the interstate. The pool is nice, but is shared with a health club that limits the space you can swim in. You will either have to pay for valet, or self-park, and the valet tends to be very slow even though there are 4 or 5 guys standing around. "I've always liked the Hyatt Hotel"
The room was very nice at the end of the hall. There were two problems, (1) the TV remote was unable to cut off the power; (2) there cold water faucet had a little leek where it wouldn't turn all the way off. I reported it the next morning. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Hotel was clean and nice. Rooms were also clean and comfortable. There is a $20 a night self park fees. Hotel is located a few miles away from all the San Diego attractions but it very close to the freeways so it wasn't really a problem. Hotel had a check-in kiosk which was awesome. Our room service menu was out of date. The menu items were more expensive than posted, and the service and delivery charges were high but had been increased even more-- a 22.5% service charge plus a $4 delivery charge. 1 réponse par Hyatt Regency La JollaThe premises are like a 5 star hotel. Rooms, however, are pretty basic. This is not to say they are bad; just don't live up to the premises. I still would stay here again however as the price is reasonable for the location and as I mentioned, the hotel itself is nice.

Stayed here after a long running event. Came in exhausted, dirty, and hungry. Staff was extremely helpful. Room service was quick and tasty. Bed was lovely. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Toothpaste in the room was a nice touch. Pool area was clean - lap lanes were appreciated. Excellent stay.

"Hyatt Regency in La Jolla"
Nice hotel, but the room they had for us was next to the elevator shaft. It was very noisy and we had and uncomfortable night's sleep.

This is a lovely hotel and I would stay their again in a heart beat. Little confusion getting the car parked and finding the way to the lobby but everyone was very helpful. The room plus breakfast was very nice.

We booked a night at the Hyatt La Jolla after reading the reviews on here, and were pleasantly surprised at our stay. We were upgraded to Regency Club due to celebrating a birthday, and this perk was well worth the less-than-100-dollars we spent for the night. The room was ready and clean, the staff friendly, and tho wi-fi is not free, there are computers […] that can be used by guests, including a boarding pass printer. Two suggestions: park your own car (garage is $20 overnight or free on street) to save a few bucks, and make reservations if you want to eat at any of the places onsite. Also, there are no ocean-view rooms, but the beach is just a mile or so away. Lisez la suite

The bathroom door did not close properly, not enough hangers in the closet, bathtub backed up everytime I took a shower, TV was not clear + limited channels. "Hyatt Regency La Jolla - Lacking in the Basics"
Our check-in experience was pleasant, the hotel lobby was nice. However, when we got to the room we noticed that the drapes had a thick layer of dust on them that had to have accumulated over at least a couple of months. It was so remarkable, that we took pictures of the filth. There was some other maintenance issues that the hotel should have addressed […] and hadn't - the carpet had a tear in front of the dresser and the bottom of the bathroom door was coming apart. When we checked out and mentioned the problems we had had with the room, the hotel clerk made no apologies. I expected a cleaner room, and better customer service on checkout. Every time I came back to my room, My room key didn't work properly. (Maybe a card reader's problem, rather than a room key) Everything else was excellent! All staffs are in a good hospitality, well-organized and kind. I want to stay on a leisure in next time.

We have a son at UCSD and will be travelling to La Jolla regularly and were disappointed with our room. It was very meagerly appointed.

This is a beautiful hotel. Extemely comfortable and in a great location. The staff was very helpful from the valet to the front desk. Only thing I would change is the resturants connected to the hotel. We have a 9 month old and tho there are very good places to eat, they are not to kid friendly. Hotel Clerks were friendly and helpful to provide attraction /restaurant guides. The only thing is one of the clerk didn't explain the 10% off tickets to Sea World/Old Town Trolley Tour had to be purchased at Hyatt front desk. We actually went there and found out we cannot get 10% off at the gate of old town.

The radio and phone didnt work when I arrived. The location is far from activities except those at the hotel. Very nice room and friendly staff.

Overpriced but with fall discount it's reasonable. The rooms are spacious, ultra clean and modern with comfortable beds and wide screen TV, relatively quiet. Close to upscale shopping and eateries, eg. Whole Foods Market and conveniently off the 5 freeway. Parking is way too expensive so I tried to park on the street. Also, no exercise room of their […] own, you have to pay a $13 gym fee to use an adjoining separate workout place. We are tennis players and couldn't use the tennis courts without paying a fee. Tennis courts were terrible anyway, as they are slanted and poorly paved. So basically a nickel and dime experience unless you stay in your room which is the best part of being there. I found this hotel to be clean, very pretty, awesome staff, great food, and best of all close to great hiking sites, kayaking sites, bars, etc. I used to live in San Diego and this is a perfect location:)

"Great Hotel"
This hotel was great but felt more like a business hotel instead of for families. The room was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking-$20/day for self-parking but I saw that people parked on the streets.
