In town to visit family for Christmas. Stayed Christmas Eve night and Christmas night. Hotel is in the process of renovating their lobby and exercise room so there was some construction going on (even on the holiday), but no noise in my room, so no concern there. There was no maid service due to the holiday, but that was no problem for me. The staff […] was very friendly and welcoming, even though they were also working on the holiday. "Love Hampton Inns, but this is under construction"
Nice place, friendly service. We were trying to get away from our home that is being remodeled and found out after we checked in that the lobby and dining area would be under construction the entire time we were there. They seemed to be very courteous and apologetic about the mess, which was nice. We were just disappointed about not being able to escape […] construction. I'm sure when it's all done, which seemed to be fairly quickly, the lobby will look great. I definitely recommend this hotel. I need an early check in (approximately 3 hours early) and they accommodated me with no hesitation. Every staff person I had interactions with was very friendly. The room was comfortable in size and the bed/bathroom was comfortable. I wasn't able to have breakfast but they gave me a very nice to go bag with fruit, […] water, muffin and granola bar. The only down side to the hotel was that it's located close to main road & the highway so you hear the traffic constantly. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. The door key to the room only worked part of the time. It didn't matter if you put the card in slow or fast. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom to help take out the steam after shower. The comforter on bed was too heavy and no light weight blanket to use. Was charged $50 extra which came out of my checking account that I was not aware of. I called […] and was told it was for incidentals that I did not use. It's been 5 days and still they have not reimbursed me. Although it is an older-style Hampton Inn, everything has been updated and the rooms are very quiet and comfy. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Next to Trader Joe's and a Meijer; movie theater and several restaurants within a mile. Easy off the highway.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Hotel and room were super clean. Bathroom in great shape, though doesn't have an exhaust fan. Bed was a little stiff for me but I prefer a soft mattress. Bring your own pillow. Wireless internet speed acceptable. Hot breakfast provided every morning was good. Coffee/Tea provided in the lobby 24/7 was also nice. Coffee shop next door was convenient.
