The Hotel is very cool, clean, modern, and the staff very efficient. The only problem was the beds, as we requested 2 queens and they gave us 2 full size, therefore not much accomodating since we were 4.

On arrival a very refreshing Bellini. A huge room with very modern, minimalist decor. Great place to eat, Factor's Deli on Pico Blvd is only 5 minutes away. It's about 15-20min walk to Rodeo Dr.

This hotel feels fashionable and slick as soon as you walk in the door. The decor is great, the rooms are fun, the views are spectacular. The only gripe we had was in the bathroom. Since there is no shower door, the entire bathroom is flooded every time you take a shower, so that you have to use all of your towels in order not to slip across the floor. […] A minor, but regular, annoyance. Definitely recommend to all of you! Point worth mentioning is that the provision of a house car which takes you to anywhere within 3 miles. Of course they will bring you back too. Free of charge.

My family of four (my wife, two children, 11 and 12, and I) stayed at Mr. C for four nights in June 2012. It was a mini-vacation and we visited Disney, Universal Studios, and various other sites around LA. We were very impressed with the high level of service and professionalism by the hotel staff. It was convenient and the menu had delicious and healthy selections. The breakfast wait staff made you feel like a movie star. I frequently travel worldwide and I am usually not impressed with American hotel staff, when compared with nice hotels in Europe and Asia. However, the employees at Mr. C were outstanding. The were some of the best that I have seen in a USA based hotel. The hotel is not centrally located in Beverly Hills. It is on the edge of Beverly Hills. Having booked this hotel based on previous reviews, I'm delighted to report that my stay was practically perfect. The rooms are large, modern, stylish and very comfortable. We had an upgrade to a room facing the Holllywood Hills, and yes you could see the famous sign. (I think the upgrade to Hill view is well worth the extra if you intend using the balcony as the city view rooms overlook quite a busy road) The staff were very attentive and the Bellini on arrival was just one of many nice touches that make this a successful boutique hotel. The restauant is very popular with locals, and for good reason. My only wish, that the iItalian menu....a description of what the meal was. I thought I knew what I had ordered, but I was wrong! That said the food was fabulous, and the panda coat was to die for. I always like to stroll on holiday and for us, it was a pleasant walk to Rodeo Drive although a free house car is available for those who prefer to spend more time shopping. Chic public spaces, extraordinary service by an informed and interested staff, terrific views, and beautiful rooms that are spotless. The food is beyond amazing. It is truly real Italian Cuisine the likes of which I have never had outside of Italy. It is expensive. It should be. It is worth every penny and a generous tip.

Made to feel very welcome with a refreshing belini on arrival. Staff always willing to offer help & remembered where we'd been the day before in conversations etc. Entrance lobby & bar areas were stunning & rooms in white decor were relaxing as well as beautiful.

I booked and paid in full for a primer Beverly hills room but when I checked in a did not get what I paid for. Instead they put us in a city view and told me it was a premier view which over looked the strip mall! You do notcwntbthis view! The hotel is great but this view is awful. Nice little Hotel to stay at. Although it is expensive with the bar ($9 for a small glass of Orange Juice) I imagine the location would be the factor for this. You will need to hire a car to get aroung LA / Hollywood so I would probably recommend staying somewhere a little cheaper for a better experience. Otherwise a good hotel to stay at

Very impersonal. service non existant. From entrance on the bar...Not sure why. Miss the point of a hight quality hotel it pretend to be. Charged us for a plug adapter we asked them to borrow without advance warning (25$...) Swimming area not confortable or convenient at all. Looks like a dating place. Anyway, I will not recoment.
