Pour un prix dérisoire au vu des prestations (le moins cher de nos 17 hébergements pendant un mois dans le Southwest !!) , chambre immense, propre, avec belle salle de bain , clim, télé , et , le petit déjeuner-buffet compris, le matin, dans une belle salle , au rez-de-chaussée . Comme dans tous les hôtels de Flagstaff, je pense, on a les fameux trains de un kilomètre de long qui traversent la ville, toute la nuit, en sifflant mais le double vitrage est efficace !

Accueil triste. Horaires de petit-déjeuner trop courts (Ferme à 9h). Laverie minuscule : 2 machines dont une en panne.

Excellent hotel, très bien situé (proche du centre historique et sur la fameuse Route 66), lobby très agréable avec bar (ouvert le soir), salle de sport (rare pour cette catégorie d'hôtels) et coin breakfast sans oublier les aquariums, très convivial. Personnel agréable et petit déjeuner continental sans superflu mais idéal pour commencer la journée. Grande chambre standart mais tout équipée : réfrigérateur, micro onde, tv... propreté sans reproche.

Motel qui merite une attention, plein de commodités. Et le prix n'est vraiment pas cher. A recommander +++

J'ai réservé dans cet hotel uniquement pour des raisons budgetaires car les commentaires sur différents sites internet laissaient à désirer. Et bien en toute franchise , tout était nickel . J'y suis resté 2 nuits. Chambre impeccable niveau proporeté , jolie piscine extérieure. A quelques minutes du centre ville. Personnel agréable et de tres bon conseil quant aux restaurants de la ville. Pour ce qui est du fameux bruit des trains, je n'ai presque rien entendu. il est vrai que j'étais du coté intérieur ( coté piscine ) donc ça a du atténuer. J'ai juste entendu 2 trains passer mais parce que je n'étais pas encore couché. Le petit déj est sympa, il est possible de se faire des gauffres. Conviendra je pense à toute personne au budget limité. J'ai eu une ampoule grillée et dans les 2 minutes top chrono , le staff de l'hotel me l'a changé.

Upon check-in, the clerk was rushed and not helpful even though no one else was in line. Our reservation was in order, but he didn't point out any amenities or locations of items around the hotel (breakfast, activity room, pool hours, etc). He also was not able to help us with dining in the area. We had to stumble on something ourselves. The pool was large and clean, but a little chilly. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and air conditioning kept going on and off all night. We hardly slept, which was unfortunate since we were heading out to the Grand Canyon to hike in the morning. Breakfast was okay - choices as expected. But it was VERY crowded, and the one worker assigned to replenishing supplies was not enough. She couldn't keep up with the number of people in line.

Hotel staff were very rude, didn't seem to care about guest's comfort or impression of them. When asking for more towels (3 in room for 4 people) the front desk seemed offended. Breakfast was the worst I've had in a hotel in 20 years. Too little for too many people. Don't stay here! When asking about price difference between Hotels.com and their desk rate they were belligerent.

The pictures look good but the actual site is not the same. There were matress/ceiling stains which appeared to be blood residue.

This Days Inn is not perfect. There are some small repairs that needed to be done, such as a sticky door and carpet that was loose. But, for our purposes (a family visiting the Grand Canyon), it was a very agreeable and comfortable place to stay. It is close to downtown dining and gift shops, but off the main road (Milton), which makes it quieter. The ubiquitous Flagstaff trains pass nearby, but we never heard them inside our room. Then again, they don't bother us, and we rather like them. The facility has a reasonably priced laundry--VERY important if you have been camping--and a free continental breakfast where you even can make your own waffles (a nice touch). The kids loved the pool. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We definitely will stay there again.

We got a great price on this motel for our youth trip, and they were obliging in putting our 4 rooms together. The lobby is huge and has a game room. It's easy to find and right across the street from The Galaxy Diner, which is a fun burger place. The trains run directly behind the hotel - didn't bug me, but another adult in our group counted 45 trains, so I guess it kept him awake. No light at the pool, so hard to swim at night. That was curious. The breakfast bar was not quite set up for the large number of people wishing to use it, so allow some extra time. Curiously, the reservation I confirmed through hotels.com for 4 nonsmoking rooms emerged as 2 smoking/ 2 non-smoking at the Days Inn. Don't know why. I would advise calling ahead to doublecheck your reservation.

Was very convienent 2nd time I have stayed there. Flagstaff is our stop on the way to New Mexico. Great price , great location to town and resturants. The front desk was informative as our trip was during the time of the big fire which the front desk was helpful in ensuring us that the fire would not affect our stay .

From the moment of arrival, I was unimpressed with this property. The front desk reception obviously was not interesting in assisting me, rather kept talking on the phone to what appeared to be a friend. Then when assisting me, he was not very welcoming. We arrived in our room, it was clean, the beds were comfortable. The things that I was less than pleased with: WiFi, it was incredibly slow, so slow that it shouldn't be considered a "feature" of your stay. My 3G phone was much faster than the internet. The TV picture was very shady and fuzzy. Laundry facilities: I needed to do laundry, and went to find that they had two very old and outdated washers and dryers. One of the washers was in disrepair and unable to be used. After waiting for another's guests load, I was able to wash a load of my clothing. Then proceeded to place my items in the dryer, which after 45 minutes had not dried my clothes at all. We had to go to the front desk to the same unhelpful and unfriendly person to get a refund of our money. Continental breakfast: The offerings were good food wise. They had waffles, but only one working waffle iron (the other was broken) and there was a HUGE line of people waiting for waffles. The attendant that was to keep the food stocked couldn't seem to keep up with the demand. Part of that is she was like a vulture waiting for my children to do something wrong. First, they are children. I was assisting them getting their food, and they spilled 3 lucky charms and she comes up and rolls her eyes and picks up the cereal off the ground. Then my children wanted a drink, my 8 year old can get his own, he's a big boy, but she insisted on taking his cup from him, and dispensing it herself. She did this for no one else. You could tell she was very concerned about a spill happening, more so than making the guests feel welcome and comfortable. She was far more concerned with keeping people "in line" doing as she would wish than she was helping to keep the environment fr

The hotel was really inexpensive so we got what we paid for. The breakfast line was long and there wasn't a lot of options for food. The coffee was weak and terrible. For some reason the carpet in our room was damp but it didn't smell or anything. They gave us more towels when we asked and the pool was nice. The hotel was located very close to down town and to NAU and really easy to find.

Met my expectations for a 2 star motel. Mild train noise in the back area rooms. Breakfast was a little wanting, need to have at least 6 waffle makers during tourist season, long wait if you wanted waffles. Need a better selection of pastries,fruits,and add eggs, bacon/sausage/ham to be a more enjoyable stay, even if the rate needs to be 2-3 dollars more. Staff was very helpful and knowlegable about the area and seem to help guest with any problems. With the better breakfast and a little more grooming of the grounds this motel would be equal to many 3 stars I've stayed at. its just a little under the other Days Inn that we stayed at on our last trip to Flagstaff about 5 blocks away near the hiway 40 /17 exit. For the price and condition , and the staff I would stay there again . Al, San Tan Valley, Az.

We got a great deal online and we were satisfied with the overall stay. There was close parking, room perks including fridge and ample space for us to relax and unwind. Proximity to interstate and town made this a great deal for us.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, the A/C worked great. The location of the hotel is awesome and centrally located to can get anywhere from there. it was great.

hotel was in a great location to eating and entertainment. breakfast was not the hot breakfast i expected. went to mc d's. The pool was not heated. it was somewhat cold outside so i figured the pool would have felt warmer for a heated. did not dare get in. the room was great though. would stay again if necessary

We reached this hotel at 11:30pm and had called ahead to give this timeline for arrival. The reception was manned and everything went smooth. We checked out at 10am the next day with no issues. Rooms were clean and well maintained, didn't really use any of the amenities, but the pool looked really nice. Only complaint was about the continental breakfast, they close at 9am, but the hotel brochure says 6-10am on weekends. Reception didn't give us the updated information, so we got there at 8:50am. the waffles were almost out but the lady doing the serving gave us a couple of servings of the dough to make some. other than the breakfast experience where the reception didn't make the timigs clear and hence we went without waffles, cereal and juice (there was plenty of toast and coffee, but just butter, no jelly), the rest of the stay was good.

My boys and I travel to Flagstaff Az several times a year. We have stayed in many different hotels. We have stayed at this Days Inn twice. The rooms are clean and that is the bigest thing to me when traveling. I was a little disapoinet that there is not fridge to keep food and drinks cold, but other than that it's a great place to stay. We don't spend to much time in the room anyways, so for a quick trip its just fine.

Stayed here 1 night on the way through to the Grand Canyon. A bit dated but VERY clean, friendly staff, the room had everything we needed, good wireless connection, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a reasonable room at a reasonable price!

You get what you pay for, but this hotel was as expected and some. A bit dated, but CLEAN and everything was good.

No frills here. Just an overnight stay on a road trip. Once I got into my room (after having to change rooms because the door lock didn't function), the room smelled like smoke even though I booked a non-smoking room. Got in around 7 PM and couldn't find any open dining choices nearby, even though there were plenty of restaurants that were closed. Had to order a mediocre pizza from a local delivery company. Probably will stay closer around metro Flagstaff next time. Great hotel if you don't care about where you stay.

This run down hotel is run by a family, father and his son work at the front desk. When stood at the door of the room we found that the room was just painted with a very strong painting smell. After reporting this problem, the son reluctantly changed the room. In the new room we found that the toilet was clogged and we was told that we have to wait till next 8 am to get it fixed. Fortunately we went with friends and their room is close to ours. next day, we went out for sliding and come back at 5pm. To our surprise, nobody cleaned the room and made the beds. We went to the toilet, IT WAS NOT FIXED for the whole day! we call the front desk again, the son promised to get somebody fix it quickly. However, nobody came in 30 minutes! during that time my wife called the young man once, the phone was hanged up. Then I called him, I was told that "this is not a five star hotel! you can not expect to be served like in a 5 star hotel!" and hanged up my phone. But, I think no matter what kind hotel should have a toilet. I walked to the front desk and discussed with him. He said he was very busy when we called him, that is why he hanged up our calls. He could not get the toilet fixed at that time and finally agreed to change a room. after moving to another room, I walked to front desk to change the keys. This time the father replaced his son. From the father's face I can feel it seems I own him 1 million dollars! He throw the keys to me without one word!

The hotel was very clean and quiet, but the beds were like slabs of concrete with sheets. We got no sleep what so ever. Also, the person in charge of breakfast was very grouchy, and the food was stale. Beautiful hotel, if you don't need to eat or sleep.

very comfortable bed and pillows, the check-in clerk was less than enthusiastic about her job, breakfast was quite sparse at 8:30 although was supposed to be available until 9:00--out of orange juice, only 1 bagel left and a bit of cereal even though several people were still coming in, lots of white bread for toast with a funny toaster that flopped the bread/bagels out on the counter when done, I was hoping for some fresh fruit or yogurt perhaps. Otherwise, the hotel was very comfortable and just what we needed after a 13 hour drive.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower clean and updated. The locations wasn't perfect - you had to drive to get to flagstaff - but it was close to the interstates and since we were staying as a base to see the Grand Canyon and other thigns in the area it didn't matter too much. The main complaint was the breakfast - there wasn't too much option which wasn't a suprise, but if breakfast goes until 9 the people shouldn't start cleaning up until 9 - not 8 or 8:30. Also, you had to ask for cream cheese or any good cereal (the only stuff out was sugary) and they watered down the waffle mix. Basically it seemed like they were trying to save as much money as possible by making it as difficult as possible to get something decent. I'd stay here again, but only if the other same-priced hotels in the area were full.

Other than the foreign tourists who came and went all hours of the night, tromping up and down the stairwell and who stood outside our ground level room smoking their cigarettes and telling jokes... it was a clean room for a decent price. The staff was friendly.

When we arrived after a long day of traveling we felt judged rather than welcomed at this hotel. We were Not given information about breakfast and internet access as at the other hotels in the same chain when we visited. The reception was lacking and the staff unfriendly. Location is good and cleanliness as well.

Rates were a little high but it was the Holiday weekend, we got a smoking room in error and they were sold out so we had to take it, not there fault. The room smelled like smoke and with 4 kids that wasnt so good but I bought febreeze and we made due, The hotel staff seemed nice, the check in agent at night was a little un-friendly. The maids were very nice! The room was clean for the most part, it is an older hotel. We had water stains on teh wall, stains on the bed spread adn cig burn holes on the blankets and chairs. The carpet was so filthy I made my kids were socks the entire time and after just a few min they were stained black, it was bad. I would like to think the non-smoking rooms were much cleaner, the other rooms with the doors open sis look clean. The pool was great the breakfast was nice, they run out of items fast and they do not refill it very quickly or not at all. The lobby area very nice and kept up and so were the grounds. I would not stay again but I read all the previous reviews and they seemed great. So overall the hotel was nice for an older hotel, great location and the majority of the staff seemed nice. I stayed with my kids and husband. The room was big with plenty of room for two little boys to play. The floor was clean, bathroom plain but clean, the sink was clean too with a good amount of counterspace. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy but firm. No iron or ironing board in the room but they had the mini blowdryer. The breakfast consisted of: cereal, donuts, bagels, toast, waffles, coffee, juice and tea. Overall it was great for the price and I would stay there again.

If you are looking for a hotel that's inexpensive, conveniently located and pretty clean... this is a great hotel. The carpeted floors were pretty dirty though! That was my only big complaint. My 1 year old was running around barefoot and her feet were filthy after just a short time... however, the room was nice and comfortable other than the dirty carpet. Also, the breakfast was good, and the location was very nice.
