I personally do not like that the exit doors in the the stairwell re open at all times of the day and night. Anyone may come and go into this hotel as they wish,, I know this to be true because I went to my car at 1am and the stairs was right next to our room, and our car was parked near that door. There is a lock system by the door where u could swipe […] your card to get in but it doesnt work. we spoke with the front desk and theyu stated " we have a security system so we can see who comes in"....I asked but how do u kno if those r guests or not?? This hotel and the staff that are employed there are not likley to suceed. at best they will be a rent by the hour hotel in that the rooms require a lot of work the heat system is very poor at best and the beds when placed under a infera scope shodwed signs of poor cleaning of the bed sheets. loud genators for the indoor pool kept me up all night. The […] pool had a brown ring around the entire edge where the water line is indicating a lack of cleaning. I had five rooms rented for the week and if i could have went to another hotel i would have. this place shoudl be closed oh thats right the health inpsector also gave them a failing grade for cleaniness and other heath concerns. It would be a smart move for hotels.com to remove their partnership wihth this hotel and forget they ever existed. Lisez la suite

I stay at this hotel often...wear and tear is beginning to show however it is clean and comfortable for my short stays. Would not recommend staying on first floor near elevator as you hear EVERYTHING from the cables in elevator to the people on the top floors. Will remember now to always request second floor.

hotel was fabulous except for the pool me n my gf went in the pool and came out itching all over. but location was amzing and close to mall and restaurants

I stay at this hotel frequently when visiting my college daughter. It is convenient to campus and reasonably priced.

I found this ramada good and clean and the desk very friendly...I am staying at this ramada for another week.. Pat

The first room that they checked us in did not have a working ac. they quickly moved us. Air was not as cool as I would have liked but still cool enough for a good night sleep for the price.

I have no complaints about my room. However, others in my group were placed in a room with a broken A/C. Management did offer another room, but should not have placed them in the room to begin with.

When I reserved the room I was told they were adjoining when I checked in they were not and they did not have adjoining in that area. There was mold in one of the rooms on the window sill and the heater, the beds were uncomfortable, the lady that was on duty at the front desk was horrible and rude. One of the kids got cut on the pool filter and when […] we asked for a first aid kit was told they didnt have one. They tried to give us gauze and what looked like 10 year old masking tape to put it on the wound. The outside doors locks were broken so anyone from outside could just walk in therefore we did not feel that secure. Lisez la suite

they rooms are not sound proof as u could hear everything in the room next to u. the pool was cold so the children werent able to do much swimming.

We got in late to this hotel as this was just a stopping point along our vacation. All we wanted was a good night's sleep so we could get back on the road again. The hotel seems nice enough. We got in at midnight so we really didn't see too much. But, the air conditioner made so much noise even our children complained. The hotel was right off the highway […] and easy to find and like I said seemed nice enough but none of us slept at all. Worst money spent for a hotel because of the noise. Lisez la suite

There was no hot water in our room. When we complained to the front desk they just said someone was coming to fix it that day and there was nothing they could do. Thank goodness it was only a one night stay. Will never go back.

The room was well worth the cost. The location is great, right off of the highway and near a number of restaurants and walking distance to the mall. Overall the room and the facility was clean, however, one morning we did awaken to a small/baby roach in the sink which put us on edge for the remainder of the stay.

Decent hotel for the money. Better than others in the immediate area.

No problems with room. Very helpful and friendly service. They were accomodating in letting us check in early to make our appointment on time.

Location to the mall and restaurants is excellent.

We spent one week at this hotel. The hotel is in the process of remodeling. They completed work on the outside (painting, landscaping). Our room was clean and comfortable for the most part. It had been freshly painted, but there was a lot of finish work to be done (trim, paintings hung, etc.). There was very little light in the room, but this may be […] something that will change as remodeling continues. The staff were friendly and helpful.
