Bonne adresse a Ginza.

Tous les hôtels à Tokyo"Very good"
Very friendly staff and good service. The location is very central. They rent wifi router which work very well, and is better than wifi actually. Overall its was good. one thing i noted however: the ATM doesn't seems to work with European credit cards, anywhere in Tokyo... At least the Hotel should have one international ATM.
Excellent staff - we felt very well looked after!
"Okura Hotel - Japan"
I have stayed in this hotel a number of times but not during the last 5-6 years. The room I had has been updated and the hotel remains the still classy classic hotel I remembered. Impecaable service all around and everyone very helpful and friendly particularly the concierge.
The Okura is a great hotel if you have meetings with the U.S. Embassy or with Japanese Ministries. The US Embassy is across the street, and most Japanese Ministries are a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi ride. The service is impeccable. There may be more modern hotels, but the Okura has aged well and it's got a great location and excellent service […] . Lisez la suite

"Very Nice"
Very close to two stations. Walking distance to several nice shopping area's. Had a GREAT stay. We checked out at noon to catch a flight at 10pm that night. They kept our bags for us until we returned and caught the bus to the airport. Rooms were VERY large for Tokyo. Employee's of the hotel were very helpful with anything we requested. Will stay […] here next time again. Lisez la suite
"Hotel Okura Tokyo -- great service and location"
We had a very good experience at the Hotel Okura. The facilities are very nice and our room was most comfortable. The room size was good as well. It is in a business district that is centrally located, although not among many restaurants or shopping. However, the service was fantastic. Beyond recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing, we had […] need for a physician during our stay. The hotel staff arranged for an English speaking physician to come to our room and stayed with us to be sure that we could properly communicate the problem. The staff also followed up afterward to be sure we were alright and did not need anything further. The hotel goes out of its way to take care of its guests. We recommend it without hesitation. "Old beauty"
Okura is a beautiful old hotel, with lots of grace. Location is safe and central. Meals in the hotel were very expensive. And Okura has not come into the century with wireless network access. Beautiful besides that. Service impeccable.

"Okura Hotel - Luxury, Japanese style"
Overall a great hotel. Strong attention to every small detail. A very pleasant stay. Neighborhood is not the best for a first time in Tokyo, but great for a veteran.
"It's not worth the $"
This is a good hotel but the cost is very high comparing to other hotels in Tokyo. I expect more at this price. The location is fine but the hotel is a bit old and there is no beautiful view. Most of the rooms look at the garage behind the hotel. I would prefer the Prince Park Tower hotel.
"Okura Tokyo"
This is a wonderful hotel, very comfortable and in a good quite location with short walks to the station and busy areas. Architecture has been well kept and presents beautifully. All staff speak english and are extremely helpful. Note that facilities cost extra including pool and gym. Worth the visit even for one night.
Great location for meetings w/ US Embassy and Japanese Ministries, and for breakfasts/lunches with GOJ and Embassy officials. While hotel is older, it's very comfortable, convenient, and service is impeccable.
"Pricey hotel."
The rooms are spacious and the hotel is very nice. It is a little dated. Service is excellent. The hotel restaurants and bars are ridiculously expensive. There are plenty of better options for food in the surrounding area (Akasaka). I recommend the Ark Hills restaurants nearby. There is a nice grocery store there too. There was nothing really spectacular […] about this hotel though, and I would only book it again at a heavy discount. Lisez la suite
"Internet scandal"
I will not be staying at the Okura again. Sad, because I have been staying there since 1988. Too many things to do with the hotel have become inflexible and old-fashioned, and - above all - they continue to add a large amount, I think £15 per day, for internet. And it is the internet from hell. Slow, only occasionally works, and now airport - ridiculous […] really. Like charging extra for water, and then only providing a trickle of cold. So I ask everyone, please, please don't stay at the Okura until they get rid of the internet extra, and beef up their system. Lisez la suite

This hotel used to be the best hotel in Tokyo for a long time. The price is very resonable now compared to the new hotels but the quality of service is still outstanding. Only negative about this hotel is the distance to the train stations and that there is not much restaurants in the neigborhood.

"very nice old fashioned"
very nice old fashioned luxury Tokyo hotel. More high end than New Otani and Grand Prince. And less busy. The atmosphere is very calm and the architecture of the hotel very nice
"Fine Hotel"
Quiet and comfortable. Short walk to 3 subway stations that access all of Tokyo.

"Hotel Okura Tokyo - Wonderful Japanese experience"
The Okura has been around for a long time. We actually lived at this hotel for 3 months 25 years ago while waiting for our apartment to be built. It was nice to go back. The location is great, service wonderful and you feel like you are getting the Japanese hotel experience without sleeping on the floor. It isn't as modern or new as the Hyatt but that […] wasn't what we were looking for during our stay in Tokyo. Lisez la suite
"Very spacious and comfortable"
The service was perfect in every way. However I was half expecting it thus was not too surprised although it was very pleasant. What surprised me was the spaciousness of the room. It is rather rare in Tokyo to have a room of such generous size up to the U.S. standard. The color scheme and decor is pleasing and muted giving a warm and calming feeling. […] We loved our stay. "A wonderful classic"
I stayed for three nights on a recent visit. As a child my family lived in Tokyo, and we spent about six months in the Okura between various moving in and out stints. The hotel looks much the same: a quite, calm, 1960's design oasis, in a quite, calm part of town. I stayed in a recently-renovated South Wing room, and it was very nice indeed. Service […] was impeccable, as one hopes for in Japan. Part of the hotel looked unchanged from the 1960s/70s, and so are perhaps somewhat out-dated, but that's part of the charm, sentimental for me. It's not in the thick of things, which makes for a nice respite from frenetic Tokyo, but otherwise is reasonably central. These days it's more favored by Asian visitors than Western. The restaurants are quite expensive; I didn't visit them except for one breakfast, which was nice enough. Lisez la suite

"classy and tasteful"
We loved the Okura and would return there. The lobby is exquisite. The staff is warm and helpful. The rooms were thoughtfully appointed. Good health club and pool. The best in Japanese hospitality and taste. The location is quiet enough to be a good place to get over jet lag and yet central to all sorts of Tokyo sights. It is not, however, smack in […] the middle of any of the hot areas, so expect to take a cab or subway when you go out. The only caveat is that the hotel food service is quite expensive, and so we never ate in the hotel, but took all meals out. Lisez la suite

Great place to enjoy Japanese style.
"高レベルなサービス"
車寄せに降りたところから、スタッフの高品質なサービスを実感できた。さりげないが行き届いたもてなしの心を感じる滞在になった。次回もまた利用したい。
