"not a great stay"
My wake up call never occurred -- I almost missed my train because of it. The bartender at the hotel is pathetic -- she had no idea how to make an old-fashioned and serve flat prosecco to my wife. Not a great say.

"Great room overlooking Brit Museum, small shower"
I've stayed here on my last five visits to London and the hotel continues to be a good value. My shower was extra small this time although I had a double room. It was quite difficult to lather while the water was running, and I am an average sized person. They need to add door cushions in the hallway firedoors since they knock when ever anyone passes […] through them. It makes sleeping in a problem once foot traffic starts up in the morning and is pasing through them. I was a bit disappointed in the telephone receiption person since they would contintue to pass my calls onto the concierge who had already gone home for the day. Also, I didn't appreciate the markup they added when quoting cab fares to paddington. Overall, I will stay at the hotel again and I will recommend it to my family and friends. Lisez la suite
"Nice if the price is right"
This is actually a difficult one to review as although there are no real complaints I just feel that there is something missing. On the positive side, the reception were welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and tidy and functional with a kettle, ironing board, hairdryer and minibar, the bed was very comfy and the location is safe and great for […] central London. On the negative side (as has been said by others) our double room felt small, the room temperature was difficult to control (usually too hot), there is only one lift covering the seven floors and it can be slow, but my main 'problem' is that it felt completely lacking in any atmospere and to be honest felt similar to being in the British Museum next door. Now don't let all this put you off, if the price was right I would definitely go back but just don't expect that WOW factor. Lisez la suite
"Not bad at all"
Great service and highly professional staff. Cant fault that at all.I tend to only stay at Radissons when there's a deal on as I generally dont find them great value for money. Nicely styled rooms at the Kenilworth and expensive art on the walls - All very nice, but not that important to me when on business. Was a little put off by the food trays in […] the corridors - They could probably do with having an hourly pick up from the kitchens. As usual in the Radisson, there is no ambient lighting so its either full spot lights on or lights out. A minor detail but makes a difference. Would definately stay here again but woulnt dream of paying full whack Lisez la suite

"Radisson Edwardian Kenilworth - a great choice"
Service by the front desk, concierge and in restaurant was exceptional and fast. Maid service good but sometimes missed small details such as refilling coffee packs and toilet paper (both quickly remedied by front desk). Rooms are small but comfortable and in good condition and clean. Great breakfast and very convenient location. I would stay here […] again. Lisez la suite
"Always good"
Being there for the third time now. Always a great service & love the location.
"Radisson Kenilworth - by the British Museum"
Check-in was very well-handled with a glass of water being offered. My pre-paid booking was found quickly and there was a complimentary drinks voucher with my particular package. I asked for a quiet room not close to the elevator and that is what I got. It did overlook another room which meant I needed to keep the blind closed for privacy and that […] did make the room a little dark but the lighting and a/c was good. It wasn't a huge room but it was comfortable. The staff were friendly throughout our visit. The hotel was perfectly located for the West End and the museum (main reason for choosing it). I would definitely consider returning. London has plenty of hotels of variable quality, but it comes down to price and quality in the end. The quality is good here, so if the price is right and the location convenient for your plans, I recommend booking. There is obviously a strong business customer base and I find that is usually a good sign. Lisez la suite
"London Vacation"
The rooms are very very small! It was nice and a very good location, but tiny tiny rooms! Also, the elevator is only big enough for two people and the other one was broken. It was quicker to walk 5 floors than wait on the elevator. Great location!
"Radisson Edwardian Kenilworth - Turn down the heat"
Staff were extremely polite and helpful, however, the thermostat must have been on too high and apart from an ineffectaul fan, there was no way of regulating this. In addition the towel rail was broken and set to scalding, only compunding the sleepless night. I must say though, great location for shopping and the show we wnt to see.
Single room is small but adequate considering the benefits of the location. Worth it if you are happy with the price. As a female travelling alone I felt safe in the hotel and in the area.
"Nice hotel but the bathrooms need some attention!"
The hotel and staff were lovely, however I was a little surprised at the size and the condition of the bathroom - a lot of black mould on the grouting / sealant made the bath and shower screen look very uninviting, and the bathroom was the smallest I have ever had - for a not at all cheap room! The room itself was very nice, although it is quite noisy […] from the traffic - I am not a light sleeper so it didnt bother me. Lisez la suite

"Great location, Free WiFi (check rate), Dorm Room"
Stay here for a great location to Leister Square, Totterham Court Rd Tube Stop, and Central London. Modern hotel lobby, free internet, and helpful staff. Dont stay if you are seeking a large room size, plush bedding, or a view. The room was small, the bedding was standard (but clean), and my view was of an alleyway (I kept my one small window curtain […] closed). I was in a room by myself - and cant imagine being in a standard room with two people. If the are spending your time explorig London and get a cheap rate, this place is a keeper! However, if the rate is high and comparable to other hotels, I'd shop around. Lisez la suite

Very pleasant hotel in a very convenient location. Would recommend.
"radisson edwardian kenilworth - great location"
the hotel is ideally located near to tottenham court road tube station and only 5 minutes walk from covent garden. We have stayed in the area on a number of occasions and found the kenilworth to be the best in the area. The building and its facilities are in great condition and rthe rooms are spotlessly clean ensuring for a comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel- great welcome- lovely room and great area easy walk to surrounding London areas. Very limited late night room service menu though.
"Radisson Edwardian Kenilworth"
My husband and I stayed here for one night in January 2012. The hotel is within a stone's throw from the British Museum and the Tottenham Court Road underground stop. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area and very nearly a Starbucks on every third corner. The hotel iteself is clean and updated. Our room was small, but comfortable and […] well decorated, and space was sued efficiently. The bed was very comfortable for a hotel bed and I had a very good night's sleep. The reception staff was very pleasant and helpful and made us feel very welcome when we checked in early. The concierge was also equally pleasant when we checked out and left our bags with him so we could finished touring the city before heading home. Overall, this was an excellent stay and we had no complaints with anything. I would certainly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. Lisez la suite

"Clean, Nice but Noisy"
Great location, but do not get a room on the 1st floor. The noise on Bloomsbury street will keep you up which is hard on your body. The rooms are well done, and perfectly adequately sized with a comfortable queen bed. Shower is a bit tiny, but standard for UK and Europe. Staff was helpful and friendly and the free wifi is a great addition. They will […] reserve your CC for 250 pounds ($400) at check in which seems rather high for minibar and meals. Great location and nice restaurants in the area. Lisez la suite
"BAD room!"
We were given a room right next to the elevator....no problem with that but two doors on either side leading into corridors slammed shut each time a guest or employee went through them.Sound was not unlike a gun going off and went on every 30 minutes or so until 3am.Complained in the morning (too tired that night) and was offered a $5 discount! NOT […] impressed with their Front desk service.Although a promise was given by staff for management to contact us by email, this didn't happen...of course!Very disappointing stay. Lisez la suite

"Great location!"
Hotel located close to Covent Garden, Oxford Street, British Museum etc. Nice hotel with good rooms.
"Better than expected"
the conveniences of the hotel were great. I know that the room was smaller than most rooms i have stayed in at the U.S., but the size makes up for the conveniences within the hotel/room and the helpfulness of the staff. this place was a great location, comforting, and a bargain. would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is of the […] taxi services leaving the hotel. since I am not familiar with the taxi services there, i let the hotel recommend one which came at double the price of a taxi that can be flagged off the road. the good thing was the eurostar was close enough to drive, but not to walk at 5am in the morning, so ensuring we had a taxi in the morning was calm nerves when leaving to the train station. "Radisson Kenilworth - Very Good Stay"
The Staff were very helpful, despite us having a smell in our room, they quickly swapped us to a bigger room on the floor above without hesitation and we had a very good comfortable stay. Will definitely return.
"beware of "single" rooms-pictures are not accurate"
The pictures of the rooms in this hotel that you see on Hotels.com bear no resemblance to the ones you will see when you get to the hotel unless you book the most expensive suite in the hotel. I booked a single months in advance and requested a room looking out over the street - not into an airshaft. I confirmed my booking twice and sent email in advance […] to warn that I would be checking in late. Still, when I arrived I was led to a room that must have been less that 50 square feet with one window onto an air shaft. I had two bags with me and literally couldn't open them both at the same time there was so little space. When I asked for a new room immediately they led me around to see two even worse rooms and the guy at reception tried to argue that the room didn't look onto an air shaft because the building 10ft from my window wasn't their hotel but another building. Please. The next day I was able to change to another room on the street side but that meant I had to completely re-pack my bags because they couldn't move me until mid-afternoon. The new room was considered a double but was only slightly bigger than the previous one. The view was good and the bed comfortable. All of the staff were very accommodating except for the guy the first night. Location is great but there are lots of other hotels in the area - I would never book this one again. I've used Radisson hotels in the past and this one was very, very disappointing. Lisez la suite
"Excellent Staff"
Lovely hotel in good location. Unfortunately the only room available was a smoking room and smelled like it. The guest manager could not have been more helpful and moved us to another room in the sister hotel across the street which was also lovely. Brilliant service. The only negative was in the fine print of a voucher for free drinks - the value […] could only be spent on one drink and there were two of us so we ended up having to pay the full amount for the second drink. We had assumed that we would get the vale of the voucher and pay the balance ourselves. Apart from that, excellent. Lisez la suite

"Good Location"
I spent 6 nights in this hotel on a business trip and the location was the best thing of it: 10 minutes do Covent Garden, Leicester Square and 5 to Oxford St. Booked a single room and it was quite small, with a single bed, what we usually find double in other hotels. It can be expensive as it´s not a luxury hotel.

"Not 4 star quality, but decent"
I was pretty disappointed in the room I received, but to be fair, the staff was very helpful and courteous, and the hotel restaurant "Creations" was VERY good. For the room, the bathroom was tiny with no bathtub, so no relaxing in the tub. My bed was hard as a rock practically and I tossed and turned due this fact. It was nice having two tables, a desk […] and a smaller table, and a converter for my US voltage. I did appreciate the hotels proximity to many restaurants and my office being about 5-10 minutes away. Though all in all, I failed to see how it was a 4 star hotel as my room felt like a little box. In other 4 star hotels I have been in, a 4 star room was fairly large, with a good sized bathroom and spa-like bathtub. (It's nice to relax in one after a day at the office). So, above I said I would not recommend this hotel to friends, however if there was an option for recommending the restaurant, I would totally do that. The food I ate was some of the best I had while in London. Also, I want to say that the staff was very courteous, and helpful, and I appreciated them. I don't fault them for the tiny room I received. So thank you to all of them for their help. Lisez la suite
