"idea location"
Techological modern hotel, with good bar. I wasnt wowed by the services on offer or much about the general hotel. I have nothing bad to say either i should add. Free wifi which should be the case in every hotel but isnt. The room was good enough and comfortable enough. We didnt pay for breakfast, as some we condidered better options near by. The area […] is amazing. Right on seven dials.. covent garden. This means most places, charlotte street, oxford street, soho, china town and mayfair etc etc are walking distance. perfect! "LOVED it!"
Absoltely satisfied with this hotel. Great location - in the heart of Covent garden and a stone's throw away from food, shopping, The Royal Opera house and other theaters. Felt very safe in the environs. Very close to both Covent Garden and Leicester square tube stations. The rooms were comfy and larger than others that I've stayed in, inondon...space […] used very well. Totally thriled by the square of glass on the bath mirror that did not fog up :D ...its the little things. The ladies who turned down and cleaned our rooms were very nice and proficient. Absolutely amazing beds - slept like a babe! My only pet peeve is the signage - a busy junction with SEVEN roads could do with a larger sign......I walked past the hotel 3 times, luggage and all before serendipity intervened. I'm not the only one - my friend arrived separately and had the same issue. But that aside a totally lovely stay! I will be back - and send my friends your way too! Lisez la suite

Great hotel staff very good, would stay here every time I visit London xx
"The Radisson Edwardian? Where is it?"
Give a taxi driver the full name of this hotel and he wont know it. Its known simply as tht Mercer Street Hotel. Even inside nowhere could I see the Radisson title. Thr reception area is distinctly unimpressive but the service was good and the rooms are clean and tidy. But isnt that what you would expect at a 5-star price? I used this hotel because […] my usual hotel was fully booked but I would'nt stay here again. Lisez la suite
"Stylish hotel close to entertainment and transport"
One of the Radisson group of which this is the third I have stayed in, in London and all have been of a high standard. Art deco style of establishment in older building but wonderfully renovated with ultra modern facilities, particularly electronics. Great, helpful service and ideal location close to tube stations, great shopping and entertainment. […] Rooms Ok in size but not as spacious as sister hotel The Mayfair in Berkeley Square which I would rate more highly. Would happily stay there again. Lisez la suite

"Good hotel excellent location"
The hotel is very nice the room we had 615 was extremely small for two people It was a nice room except for the size comfortable and very clean. We were welcomed at reception very politely and helpful We had one complaint went out one day at 9am returned at two and no sign of room being made up had to go to reception to ask to get it done by this time […] approx 2.30 It may well have been an over sight I booked a champagne afternoon tea which I have to say was very nicely presented and plenty on it The location is excellent . The only thing I would be reluctant to go again if we had another small room It certainly wasn't an unpleasant stay on the contray Lisez la suite
"A gratifying experience"
The hotel is modern and clean, and has a superb location. The staff is very friendly, and provides excellent service. The area surrounding the hotel is fairly quiet, and there was no noise whatsoever in the hotel room. The rooms are small and compact, but the hotel is still an excellent choice. Definately a winner!
"modern interior with great location"
2-min walk from the hotel to covent garden , lots of restaurants . Also very near to the theatre in the West Ends and Leicaster Square districts. The hotel lobby and room are newly renovated with modern design, while the room is a bit small though. Very clean with helpful and friendly services. One unfavourable aspect is the very limited TV channels […] only BBC locals and a few Sky sports. Lisez la suite
"Location location location"
A regular at the Mountbatten, renamed the Mercer Street for the New Yorkers in town, no doubt. A great refurbishment, staff seem to be much more friendly. The place was buzzing, great cocktails in the Dials bar Do something about the key fobs and the light controls
"Radisson Mercer Street London"
Excellent hotel in great location. Everything was in good shape. Friendly staff. I will definitely stay here the next time in London
"Mercer Street Hotel - well located, small room"
Stayed at the Radisson Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel at end of October. Staff was very friendly and hotel was in great condition (as I'd expect since it was recently remodeled and reopened). I didn't eat there or try out the bar so I can't tell you how the food, restaurant, or bar are. Location is great in Covent Garden, less than a 5 minute walk to […] food and entertainment, as well as tube stations. My room was rather small, but that's typical of central London....the queen sized bed took up most of the room, with a 2-person table situated off to the side below a nice flat panel tv. Closet space is small and bathroom/shower are small. Everything was clean and in good condition. Lisez la suite
"Great hotel right in the West End theatre district"
Excellent location, friendly staff and good sized room. Restaurant has reasonably priced excellent range of dishes and wines. Would definitely choose this hotel for our next visit.
"Radisson Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel, London, UK"
This is a fine hotel offering an excellent standard of accommodation together with polite, courteous, friendly staff providing a five-star service.
"Perfect location + THE BEST concierge!"
It's newly renovated. so it's really new, clean and nice. It's hard to find a nice modern hotel like this in London center. Location is just perfect. Everything is just around the corner. However, I asked specifically for 2 twin beds than 1 queen bed. I even had the special request nicely printed with me. When I arrived, they had a queen bed room ready […] for me. And they said they are fully booked, couldn't change my room. The next day they moved me to a 2 twin bed room though, it wasn’t something that I expected and was inconvenient. I asked something to the reception and waited in my room for more than 30 mins. That message was never delivered and fulfilled until I went back downstairs and asked again. That was not professional. But I have to mention one thing. They have THE BEST concierge. He went above and beyond to satisfy guests' need and find solution. It was so amazing. He could have just said "No I am sorry". But he didn't mind getting his hands and needs dirty to help me out. I really think he made my day and changed the entire discontent and negative image about the hotel. I do think he should get a bonus ;) Overall, I recommend this hotel. Lisez la suite
"Great centrally located modern hotel"
service was great from check in. room was ready at 10am, friendly staff. rooms are pretty small but somewhat expected given building is a little older (although has been modernized inside) and we upgraded to a suite - still small but very clean, nice bathroom products, really small window! overall a nice room. Full English breakfast incl in room, really […] nice and fresh and plentiful! good pub beside hotel and easy to walk to most locations. Husband and I recommend this place, we would stay again. "Seven Dials Radisson - Great Location"
What a great location for Theatreland, Covent Garden, easy access to tube stations. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and recent refurbishment is obvious. Will definately book again on our next trip to London.
"Radisson Mercer St London"
This hotel was situated right in the middle of the West End and perfectly positioned if you are attending a show as it's only minutes walk to a number of theatres. The hotel staff was excellent and always helpful. On arrival we were offered an upgrade to a suite which we gladly accepted as the room was spacious and well appointed. The king size bed […] was the most comfortable that we had slept on at any hotel. Room service was excellent and breakfast equally so. When we come back to London we would definitely book at this hotel again.

Anbefaler frokostrestaurant […] rett over gaten (Londons topp 50).

"Kanonhotell i Londons skönaste kvarter"
"Perfekt beliggenhet i Covent Garden"

Masse glimrende butikker i gatene rett rundt hjørnet.
