Days Inn I 40 Flagstaff - Flagstaff

Chambre propre, ville étape, pas grande chose a faire, personnel sympa, télé wifi parking.

Coincé entre 2 routes très passantes et bruyantes. Petit déj bien, accueil plutôt froid... Prix intéressant mais la concurrence fait rage et il vaut mieux voir d'autres chaines avant de réserver.

spa en panne,pas de monnaie pour la laverie,hotel méritant une bonne renovation générale. nous avons dormi dans d'autres days inn qui étaient irréprochables,il y en a deux autres à flagstaff, ne choisissez pas celui de l'I 40

Cet hotel est bruyant à cause de l'autoroute qui passe juste derrière. Propreté moyenne : tache sur la protection de matelas en arrivant. Wifi gratuit et excellent signal dans la chambre mais impossibilité toutefois de s'y connecter. Good budget hotel which did include continental breakfast. Places to eat and large supermarkets all within a short walking distance. Hotel reception staff all very friendly and helpful.

Due to renovations/construction the Inn looked dirty. Wasn't expecting fabulous breakfast selections, but the choices were less than desirable...in a few words the donuts looked wet. Beds were ok, but clean. The overall feel of the room was dirty. I don't think I'll stay at an Inn again just to get a low price.

Our room was clean & functional. The location of the hotel was convenient - adjacent to the interstates, across the street from a shopping center with plenty of food options available within 0.5 miles of the hotel including an IHOP next door. The hotel breakfast, minimal at best, consisted of donuts, cold cereals, make-your-own waffles and coffee/tea […] & OJ. Only 4 small tables in the dining area so seating was a challenge at times. If you enjoy a monastic experience the rooms will be a treat for you - absolutely nothing on the walls, bare furnishings, one wood chair & one leather desk chair which has seen better days. We stayed at this hotel after going to the grand canyon. It was difficult to find, even though it looks like it's just off the highway. Our room was smelly, like a vacuum cleaner that had burned up the carpet. stay somewhere else.

Good location, very clean hotel and very friendly staff. The only problem was the WiFi had limited availability in the room. You needed to go to the lobby for a good connection to the hotel's WiFi.

We stayed here because of the proximity to the Grand Canyon. I would rather drive 90 minutes and pay 1/3 the price than stay near the Canyon. It was clean enough and close to many great food options. Overall service was good. Convinient location. Good buy for the price. Does not have refrigerator. Was missing the TV remote.

The hotel was convenient to food and shopping. The staff was helpful and efficient. The room was clean and neat. However the heater wasn't very good. The room never got warm enough as the heater recycled on and off once it reached a temperature...but not the desired temp. Nice room, but the hot tubs was out of service and the wifi was not working.

Overall, we had a great experience and the price was much more reasonable than staying in Sedona. I rated a "4" for comfort simply because the tub/shower in our room seemed as if it wasn't installed properly and made loud noises when walking in it. I checked in & they gave me a room. Only to find out that it wasn't ready, so I had to walk back to the front desk to get a new room. Then the toilet seat wasn't clean. Went out for awhile & came back to the room & couldn't get in. Had to go to the front desk again to get into our room. They were very nice, but it was inconvenient. It was a very basic […] hotel. Shopping and Restaurants are across the street and easy walking distance.

The hotel room is ok, but the staff is unfriendly.

wifi did not work could not log on to it

We reserved 3 rooms, we asked to be put together which after they told us they would, they didn't. Only 2 rooms had a microwave in it. Safe didn't work in the room that didn't have a microwave. Had to tell the cleaning lady 3 times that I didn't want service. She just didn't understand that we didn't want it. Breakfast was good for being a hotel br […] eakfast. Lisez la suite

Very helpful staff in giving us directions for around town and for the best route to the Grand Canyon. Enjoyable hot breakfast. We would come back.

Spent two nights here. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is great - next to interstate 40 and 17, across street from Walmart thats open 24 hrs., and very close to NAU. Overall the hotel was in decent shape, bed was the not the greatest but would stay here again.

The hotel was close to my conference, had breakfast, staff were polite and helpful, internet PC a plus. It worked for me I would stay again.

I had a customer in top of me making a lot of noise and even if I did contact the front desk the situation did not change. The where no internet access in my room

The hotel is very close to Interstate 40 making it diffucult to sleep. Even with the windows closed it was rather loud. The shower kept running out of hot water which didn't help.

Had hoped for a comfortable bed and a reasonably quiet location, but the hotel was fairly old, not in great shape in a busy part of town. One positive was lots of eating choices either walking distance or a short drive.

Do not expect internet service unless you are in the exact right spot at the exact right moment. Breakfast is slim pickin's and no one cleans the area and the tables or refills empty anything unless you ask at the front desk and they happen to not be busy checking people out. Fruit is hot, old and not yummy. Plastic utensils are cheap and unworkable […] if you want to actually cut anything at all. Why not use stainless steel and wash them? No internet, No ice, staff rude and did not want to talk. Anything you question, no we cannot was the answer. The place has many other hotels and best to skip this

Stopped in flag for the night before continuing on to the grand canyon. Hotel is perfect if you just need a place to crash

We needed a one night stay near NAU. The location was great for food choices, Ihop, Sizzler, Olive Garden. Would not recommend being in the back of the hotel due to Interstate just a few feet hotel.

We knew that this wasn't a five star hotel, but price was the prevailing factor that night. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and offered a breakfast bar to boot! The desk clerk was very friendly and the hotel was close to everything that we wanted to see.

Over all, our stay was fine. Good staff, very clean, nicely maintained, & a decent basic breakfast. The only problems we had were a pretty hard bed, and no elevator. It was fine for 1 night.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Yes, we found out after we arrived it was the weekend for Cardinals training camp. The two nicer hotels we wanted to stay at were booked! So, we opted to stay at this Days Inn for top dollar! Ugh..what a disappointment. The bathtub had repair patches and was very squeeky, the hot and cold were opposite of most faucets, the bed was […] very uncomfortable and squeeky as well, the plug for the coffee maker would almost come out of the wall, the security door at the back of the hotel was not locked, and this hotel was very loud! All the basics are just great in this hotel. We really wish we would have taken advantage of the breakfast they offered -- it was actually quite a bit of food! The only downside to this hotel was the WiFi. They advertise that they have have free WiFi in the rooms, but we couldn't get a connection that was reliable in any way. After multiple calls to the hotel and a call to corporate I am still waiting to see if my things will EVER be returned to me! The manager never responded to my calls & didn't have a voicemail set up for messages. One employee told me the manager would call me back as soon as he came in inform me of the process to get my items returned. NEVER HAPPENED! […] Another employee said my items were "probably tossed". I asked to go through the "Lost & Found" then told the items there were MONTHS old... mine are less than a week old! Next excuse, "The maid NEVER saw the items."
