Nice hotel but on a very busy road. Staff was very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast buffet. Room seemed clean but mold was growing on the ceiling above the shower. Exposed pipes and wire conduits in hallways and room. I think this is a non-smoking property, and the fire alarm went off at 1:00 am because someone was smoking in their room. The hotel was very helpful in letting us in early because of my wife's surgery. The hotel is in excellent proximity to the hospital, malls, and shopping.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night on two consecutive nights. No explanation from staff. Sheets weren’t changed and cigarette burns on the comforter.

We stayed one night just to get away and relax without the kids. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Close to shopping and dining. No trouble getting a late checkout so we could sleep late. Nice mini getaway for tired parents of small children.

very unhappy with the Greenville, S.C. location! the room had a strong odor of CAT URINE. the carpet was sticky to walk on, the handicapped supports in the bathroom were coming loose from the wall and the bathroom floor was slippy to walk on. the accomodation were very dissapointing!

We stayed here overnight as a pit stop on the way home for Christmas. The hotel is fine for this purpose and for the price, but I would not highly recommend staying here. Our room was non smoking but the bathroom smelled very badly of smoke. The room has an unusual smell that lingered on our luggage after leaving the hotel. Our 'smoke-free' room was anything buy. Plus the fire alarm went off at 2am. Not a very pleasant experience, but it's too convenient on our drive to not stop there.

we had 2 mornings with no hot water and got no compensation.

I had stayed at this hotel in the past, and had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. The hotel was more run down than I remembered and the walls were very thin. In the morning, I went to take a shower and found no hot water. When I called the front desk, the clerk stated that this happens when they are full. Later in […] the day, the manager claimed that the city was unable to deliver hot water. Really? Since when does the city heat your water? They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! I promptly changed hotels for the remainder of my trip. Stay elsewhere. There are plenty of better, reasonably priced hotels in the area. Lisez la suite

I didn't enjoy my stay here for several reasons, and won't stay again. This hotel has lot's of people hanging out and in the parking areas making noise very late, front desk staff has a bad attitude and didn't really care about the late night noise bothering others. The rooms are worn and dated, and never had any hot water, just warm.

The floor we were on smelled of weed. And the was a band aid stuck to the sheets..

If you're travelling and looking for a decent stop for the night, this hotel is a good value. Nothing spectacular, but all the basics are there: clean room, good service, decent breakfast. Plus there are plenty of places to eat in the area.

Other than the cigarette burns on both bedspreads and the dead batteries in the TV remote, this was a comfortable hotel. The room was clean and bed was comfy.

While staying there our toilet flood a few hours after our arrival. we where offer other rooms to stay both rooms had dirty blanket, bad odor. we had to sleep in a room that I had to mop the floor myself. I was told by the general manager that I could get a refund for our inconvience. I travel to the Greenville, SC arear at least 7 times a year for […] church conferences. Very bad in room internet connection. Hotel staff had no knowledge of internet service being down or running slow. Very good connection in the lobby area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was spotless. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great breakfast and great prices. I highly recommend this hotel.

I found the assistant manager very helpful. the rate was reasonable and I would recommend this location to others.

I booked a double room at a discount through Hotels.com and was surprised to see the building in good condition, clean environment, great neighborhood, and a clean room for the most part. We only had to change rooms once because of hair on the sheets of both beds. The second room had only one strand underneath the pillows of one bed. Since everything […] else was spotless I assumed the hair to be left over from the lent filter in the hotel washer-machine. It was after midnight when we checked in and I was tired. So I plucked the one strand and cautiously went to sleep. I encourage management to evaluate the washer machines to ensure the lent filter is working properly. Overall I would stay again. However, when I discovered that two light bulbs were out in the meeting room I reserved, the clerk seemed satisfied to hand me the replacement bulbs and let me do the changeover. It was not a big deal, if she had offered to make the switch, I would have said 'No problem, I can do it,' and she may not have been able to take time away from the front desk […] for it, but I was surprised that she didn't attempt. I have stayed in other Greenville hotels in this price range and this one is the best so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Fitness facilities are important to me and this hotels are adequate at best. It does have a treadmill, stationary bike, and weight machine. The weight machine is of the typical cheap hotel variety. Last couple of stays there […] have been no towels in the fitness room, which was annoying. However, I have been able to get my runs in and that kept me happy. Location is convenient to highways. Location was good for us. Easy to get downtown to Clemson, Spartanburg, and Columbia. Hotel was quiet, and friendly. Breakfast was easy and hours as posted. Wi-Fi worked fine. Front desk suggested couple places to eat. They were good suggestions. We went back to a second time. Good value.

The hotel was okay for it's price....room shows its age...desk chair arm screws loose, rug had water stains near bathroom....stuffed chair had stains...sheets did not fit the bed, just barely over the edge of the mattress. Breakfast was adequate.

This Hotel is located at an ideal location with the mall not even 1 mile away and Frankie's Fun Park only 1 red light away. It is well kept with minor cosmetic problems. Breakfast could be more diverse and they could do away with the nasty tasting plastic cups. I would definietely stay again.

Close to everything and priced so reasonably. However, the bed wasn't comfortable--sheets were thin, terrible pillows. Also the shower only had tepid water--couldn't get it hot enough!

Clean comfortable and a good breakfast.

l have stayed at several differnt hotels in Greenville while my kids are at Furman. This was far and away the nicest for the price. l would highly recommend it. Nice size room and bathroom. l will not stay at the others anymore.

It is a bad sign to walk in ur room and see a roach run down the edge the wall. Such was our experience. Room was clean aside from roach and was ok overall. People were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was also good. If u want a decent hotel for cheap rate, this is a good choice.

I got great value for what I paid. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, I had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The breakfast was also good. They had biscuits & gravy, pastries, hot & cold cereals, and a do-it-yourself waffle maker. Nice room. Clean. Comfortable. Service was fine. Breakfast served. Time for a few touch ups to the popcorn ceiling and exposed sprinkler pipes--makes the room seem aged but it's otherwise okay.

I spent only one night at this hotel. It was pleasant. Everything was as advertised. Clean room. No issues.

We will be visiting again - great price for the convenience and the children loved the hot breakfast!
