trés bon hotel pour les business man. rapport qualité prix incomparable. trés bien équipé. salle de sport complete, piscine trés bien venue de part la chaleur. attention qu'il y a tout de même pas mal d'enfant donc un peu de bruit mais sans aucune gene. internet fonctionne trés bien. la réception est parfaite. les autres services snt un peu excéssifs […] mais il y a de quoi déjeuner à l'exterieur sans probleme et pour tes les budgets. Nice older hotel in great location. Quiet safe area with many attractions within walking distance.

IT IS A NICE HOTEL, BUT THE ROOMS ARE SMALL, NOT CLEAN, OLD CARPET, AMMENITIES ARE COMPARED TO A DAYS INN QUALITY, TOWELS, EVERYTHING FEELS OLD. FOOD IS GREAT THOUGH, BREAKFAST BUFFET IS AWESOME. BESIDES THAT, I'D PREFER TO STAY AT THE SHERATON NEXT DOOR

I decided to stay in this hotel because a exhibition was being held in the hotel. I stayed on the level with Butler service and it was a very nice experience for 2 nights. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the comforts. Great hotel in the heart of downtown Monterrey, very accessible to all types of entertainment either walking or if you prefer a short taxi ride. Hotel has the perfect location. City Center is pretty steps from the hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The hotel services were excelent. The hotel's history is very impressive. I recommend this hotel for anyone 100%.

Great Hotel in a great location, executive rooms are on the 5th floor but now that are renovating the other floors they look better than the excecutive floor, worth the money.

We loved our stay and when we left our very expensive therapeutic pillow behind they saved it for us and when we called a week later, they made arrangements to have it shipped to us. They were very friendly and helpful. If you book your stay here, make sure you choose the breakfast buffet option! It was well worth it.

Nothing great. Lobby is nice, but some rooms have jail-cell like windows. beds weren't great. Bathroom fixtures need work. Service is ok. Overall a C grade. get the business club room for cocktails (2 free a night) , otherwise look elsewhere. Didn't eat the food, except breakfast in the club. The business club has an passable continental breakfast.

The hotel was a good pick for my first time in Monterrey, NL. Their food was typical hotel food. The pool was small, but then again the hotel was built in 1912. The hotel was very clean. I booked an executive suite and, because of the hotels history, will recommend it to my friends. Good buy. Also, our taxi driver told us we made a very good choice, […] bless his heart. The hotel is one block away from a shopping strip composed of many Mexican shops and local restaurant. The surrounding area was very old and outdated, but the location worked out because its one block away from the Marco plaza and couple museums. Save us some taxi money. We ended up walking the plaza until the Mexican Museum of History and then riding the St. Lucia riverwalk to an Art park. Very nice. If you are looking for an update area see the Valle Oriente area. Recently renovated. Helpful staff. Short walk to Barrio Antiguo. Worth every penny.

The hotel eventhough has been in Monterrey for many years, has kept it's elegance and great service. I love the location because you can walk to restaurants, sights, stores, etc. Everybody is willing to make your stay comfortable. We asked for more pillows and ice and got them immediately. En general el hotel se me hizo con una ubicacion excelente por estar dentro de la zona centro y cerca de museos. Lo que más disfruté fue la comodidad de la cama, sin embargo la plancha no estaba funcionando como se ocupaba y al momento de tomar la ducha, el agua se salía al piso haciendolo un poco resbaloso. En esta ocasion se rentaron 2 cuartos, y […] uno de ellos tenía un olor muy peculiar, como a viejo, y el baño olía raro tambien. El precio fue bastante razonable. Nos divertimos mucho durante nuestra estancia, pero nos hubiera gustado que la alberca estuviera climatizada.

Si alguna vez te imaginaste estar en el titanic, tu estancia en este hotel te revelara a todo lujo lo que era .....

Es una excelente opción en Monterrey para quienes vamos a trabajar. Yo estuve en el hotel un 90% del tiempo que pasé en la ciudad por los motivos que todos conocemos. Yo volvería al hotel y lo recomiendo.

Es necesario usar o implementar la unifila... ya que a la llegada las personas no respetan el orden.

Excelente servicio, comida deliciosa y magnifica ubicación.

El hotel es un patrimonio Nacional de verdad toda una experiencia, super elegante el restaurant y los precios son bajor comparando la calidad de el hotel y sus servicios en general un 10

La habitacion comoda, pero aunque andaba en area de no fumador, tenia olor a tabaco. Que desaparecia con el aire condicionado. Pero lo demas muy buena atencion y ubicacion.

Es un hotel excelente. Sin embargo, aunque yo habia reservado una habitacion de no-fumadores, la que se me dio inicialmente era claramente de fumadores. Pero en la recepcion fueron muy amables ante mi reclamacion y me cambiaron de inmediato.

The hotel itself was decent, an excellent restaurant, free wi-fi, and an ok-looking pool on the roof. Criticisms: the bedroom was clean but extremely dingy with no kind of view, so very dark and not a place you'd really want to spend any time in the day. Also, it's not the hotel's fault but the downtown neighbourhood has got a lot quieter lately, […] mainlybecause of security concerns I think. It's perfectly safe but just means there aren't many restaurants and things around. Next time I'd consider staying in San Pedro Garza Garcia, a posh suburb 20 mins out of town. Lisez la suite
