We have a wonderful time in this hotel. Very clean

My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the pool a lot. The entire staff was very nice.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Very highly recommended.

Loved everything about the hotel but the mandatory valet parking at a rate of $27 per day. We would prefer self parking as at our previous hotel stay for only $13 per day. On a long rip, that really ads up.

Went to this hotel for a spring break trip, location was perfect walking distance from the pier. By far one of these best hotels I've stayed in.

Great pool area, comfy room, terrific staff. upgraded us to oceanview room without us asking.

Worth the extra money. Great staff, shuttle 1/4 mile to town, walking distance, great view from every large and beautiful room. Awesome breakfast buffet, beautiful pool ... 1st class!

Best hotel I've stayed in for a while. Room was big, comfy and very clean. Everyone there was really nice and called you by last name. Only a couple of blocks away from shops and restaurants. Very relaxing and enjoyable weekend by the beach.

Room on the 11th floor had a great view of the ocean, and shoreline looking south towards Newport. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Location was great. Loved looking at all the surfers and the Huntington Beach pier from our lanai. Nice pool area. One restaurant on site that was good but a bit pricey. Room was nice. Beds weren't all that comfortable though. We would definitely stay here again.

We really had a lovely stay but the price wasn't worth it. You can get just as comfortable of a room at a 3star hotel without the price hike. The hyatt regency is in the same price range and you definitely get more luxury for that price (as expected) but it was still a nice place, I'd rather stay somewhere else though

The room was wonderful. Slept like a rock in the great bed. Best of all, the service folks treated us like royalty and we had some requests that might have stretched someones patience.

This was a really nice hotel but I believe it was a bit overpriced, one day pass for internet was $13 and they wanted to charge you on the per minute basis to use one of there computers or printers. For a hotel that has valet service and has a good price tag, I believe they could offset those ammenities.

Excellent place to stay, directly across the street from the beach. Great staff! Convenient shuttle to downtown Huntington Beach.

Outdoor patio area is wonderful at all times of the day/night. Excellent service and the brunch is delicious with large variety of food choices. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and walking distance to HB pier, Main Street, and loads of shops and other cuisine. We will definitely return to this hotel property.

We stayed at the Waterfront Hilton for our 30th anniversary. We had a very nice room that looked toward the pier (Sunset View). We could lay in bed and look out over the ocean. There is a lounge sofa in the room that we also moved at an angle and had some wine and relaxed whle enjoying the view. While there is a balcony which we also enjoyed, it is […] a bit noisy outside on the weekends. The service was fantastic. Everyone is very friendly. We had a nice dinner at Shades and then enjoyed drinks by the firepit listening to a live musician playing great mellow songs. The next day we enjoyed a walk around the grounds and on the beach. Wonderful hotel, great service and friendly staff. So close to all the great restaurants and shops in Huntington Beach. Fantastic and easy place to stay with 2 small children.

Overpriced for what you get. Parking cost is rediculous. Seemed more like a 2.5~3 star not 4. Clean room. No microwave. No couch small room for such a high price. You felt as if you would be charged just to ask a question. No sunrise view in july anyway there is pollution , fog or whatever every morning. Nice staff restaurant overpriced for the look […] & quality. $100 for 4 okay breakfast buffet. I have stayed at many nicer hotels for much cheaper. Wished I had stayed longer at the Dana in SanDiego 1/4 the cost and much nicer! Lisez la suite

This hotel has SERIOUS plumbing problems. It was impossible to flush the toilet in 605 without risking overflow. When we showered, the drain was incredibly slow and we soon were standing in a tubful of water. Worse, dark specks/shreds of God-knows-what came up the shower drain. The next flush of the toilet overflowed and flooded the room. The staff […] promptly moved us to the room directly overhead. Same problems there, and worse: after an outing, we returned to 705 to find the bathtub full of sewage. The manager came up when I called and was very apologetic, claimed it must just be a fluke of these two rooms -- which we found dubious, as we'd seen huge fans on the same section of the first floor, trying to dry obviously soaked and nasty-smelling hallway carpets near rooms 101/103/105. Also, friends who were also staying at this hotel had the same problems with overflowing toilets, and we kept seeing maintenance guys going into various rooms with plungers. After they moved us again to the other end of the hall on the 10th floor, we had no further problems. But it's clear that they need to snake all their drains and umbing stacks at least, and their system may need major repairs. The common areas were great, the location is perfect, all the staff were lovely and professional, but we'd never stay here again and could not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Lisez la suite

It was one of those picture perfect days and nights on the beach. We couldn't have asked for better service, weather and accommodations.The view from our room was of the patio, pier, and ocean. We stayed at the Hilton for a wedding during Memorial Day weekend. I must say I was impressed with the overall quality and most importantly, the service. From Valet-ing the car, Tim/Tom was extremely professional and handled everything with ease. We then entered the lobby which was stimulating to the eye and waited about 3-5 minutes. We were assisted […] by Annika who was knowledgeable, sincere, and professional. After settling in we went out to the pool, (Lot's of kids) which I typically do not care for but the ambience was overall relaxing. We laid out and and enjoyed the live Steel Drum band that jammed to songs and sounds of the Carribean. AWESOME! The wedding started promptly at 5:30 in the Pacfic Room and despite the wind, was beautifully executed. Once the vows were exchanged we had a nice cocktail hour of King crab legs, shrimp cocktail, ahi tatar, grilled cheese mini sandwiches, asparagus wrapped with beef of some sort, and bar of course! Zacaraya the bartender was pleasant and poured a great drink while Jose, Maria and crew kept our wine glasses filled and tables bussed. We checked out on Monday, June 30th, and decided to save time by having brunch at the hotel. The food was average, but the service made up for it. Jesus was our server and did a great job of keeping my wife's coffee filled and my water topped off, (tough night)! We had a great Sunset View Room, Hotel was great.

We stayed in April 2011 for a few nights on our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the sunset view room and the view was amazing. We could see the ocean from bed. The service was great and the location was perfect. The only thing I would change is the way room was postiioned. I thought we would be able to see the view from our beds... but the the room was flipped. Overall the people were great

The hotel and location were fantastic. Quick walk to Main st. with lots of shopping and great places to eat. The Huntington Pier was right there. The hotel pool was relaxing - overall we really enjoyed this hotel. I would definitely go back - love the area and the hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay. Staff were super friendly, services were great.

The service was the best. From the restaurant staff who treated my kids with respect and honored guests, to the cleaning lady, to the concierge who made reservations at Dukes restaurant about 2 blocks from hotel where a complementary appetizer was waiting for us, to the front desk manager who was very courteous. You can walk across the street to Huntington […] Beach. The hotel offers a wagon full of smores and beach toys to take to beach to fire pits at beach! Main Street is also 2 blocks away with lots of great stores and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return there. Lisez la suite

As part of business travel, I stay in a lot of resort style hotels. This hotel was not overwhelming in its various offerings, but I was very impressed with everything it had to offer. The cab from John Wayne/Orange County airport is 30 minutes and $40 one way. Aside from the cab ride from the airport, the restaurants in Newport or Seal Beach were approximately […] a 10 minute ($30) cab ride away, so getting around by cab was more than it was worth. It's worthwhile to rent a car if you plan to go out. In house, the restaurant food was excellent. The poolside was comfortable to hangout and watch the sunset over Catalina Island. The State Beach was across the street with plenty of space to walk, rent/ride a bike, surf, etc. The town of Huntington Beach was a 5 minute walk up the beach. The room was flawless with great views of the beach and ocean. The staff was very accommodating, and when I asked about "missing" breakfast tickets from my Hotels.com reservation, they said that there were only two vouchers per stay, not per night. Without missing a beat, they handed me another pair for the second night of our stay! I would put this hotel at the top of the list, next time I'm back in Huntington Beach. Lisez la suite

The hotel is very nice and located in a great location. Staff is very kind check-in and check-out took only 5 minutes each. If you are a smoker there is no smoking in the room or in the balcony. you need to go outside go to valet area or to a small place outside of the gift shop. In our room heater did not function. After 2 calls to engineering they […] fixed the heater and brought us a space heater to heat up the room quickly. Given the circumstances I think this was the best they can do.
