Two things could make it 5 start. More gluten free choices at breakfast and better quality beds.

Great stay, room very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Terrific location, especially if you are visiting Boulder. Only downside: the business center is a joke - a single computer in the middle of the lobby with (I think) dial-up internet service.

Very nice room, but the beds were small. The two of us had to sleep in separate beds to be comfortable. Other than that it was good.

The first thing I was presented with when walking up to he check in counter was a 10min wait while the oblivious morning employee was on the phone around the corner complaining about what shift she was going to be working and how they don't pay her enough to put up with this crap, or some such... Then, when she finally did realize I was there, she came […] around to the front, phone still in hand, and told the person she was talking to to hold on and just set the phone there, like I was interrupting her very important call... After she checked me in, she picked the call back up and walked back to the little back room. Probably the worst first impression ever. Room and hotel were very clean and well kept. Night two of my stay was annoying, but it's arguable where the fault lies for that. The walls are either very thin or my Latin American suite mates were exceptionally loud- I'm almost certain it was the former. I could hear mom, the two kids and another lady yelling back and forth as if the connecting doors were wide open for close to 2 hours while I tried to get some sleep. After calling the font desk, they called the room and told them there had been a noise complaint and I could hear the entire phone conversation as well even though she was speaking in at a normal volume, by the sound of it. Kind of ridiculous. I might come back next time I stay in the area, but I'll likely shop around pretty hard for a comparable price with better service and construction between rooms. Lisez la suite

Our overnight stay was good: the hotel itself as well as the room was in good shape. The beds were comfortable. There was hardly any traffic that we heard while we slept. Friendly people working, clean rooms .....perfect for dogs. Very headdy!

The only bad thing was the heater. It was activated by a thermostat. It blew hot air for a good while until the room was nearly comfortable, then blew cold air lowering the temperature a lot. I requested a different room, but the heater in that room did the same.

I was disappointed BOTH with hotels dot com and the la quita. My disappointment with the la quinta was that they chose to put me right NEXT to a LOUD ARGUING COUPLE who had alot of guests going in & out but also had the police show up from to many complaints let me remind you I.DONT KNOW THESE PEOPLE but something tells me the la quinta knew they were […] trouble before they put me by them... But anyways the next day i go to pay for my room & they try telling me i cant stay there because of all the complaints down my hall but they knew who the police was there for so idk y they told me i couldnt stay!!! After making it known they were the only hotel i could afford and begging for my own chance they changed my room so they could see if they get complaints again.. Well they didnt but im not done complaining when i first got there i had to wait 24hours for my coffee maker to be brought to my room wen it was suppose to b there already the housekeeping WOKE ME UP AT 9 o CLOCK??? Like check out is in more then 2hours away why is she bugging me??? Anyways though the toilets are stupid !!! Wen you flush the toilet paper doesnt go down because not enuff water is in it or something.. & its all the toilets that do this remember they switched my room ..but the good thing about this hotel is the fitness room im to lazy to use lol.. Very pleasant staff, convenient location, nice sized room and bathroom. Additionally, I left a leather coat in the closet and contacted the staff who is saving it for my next visit in a week.

Worst night ever. Couldn't sleep. My daughthers and I were itching all night.

I have stayed in this hotel every time I have visited Colorado. You cannot find a better deal on a hotel for what you get. I love their bathrooms and everything about this place.

Friendly staff. Breakfast could use some other choices, such as more choices on fruit and cereal. Clean hotel in a good location between Boulder and Denver. Quiet area.

The Hotel is pretty good for the price. Clean and well located. The front desk person was little bite rude during the chek-in. She was not in her best day.

I was very surprised at the hotel in general it was quite nice. You can even bring your dog and I was a little apprehensive that the rooms would show traces of animal. I will stay there again even if I don't bring Lola. :)

Hotel and Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Have been making a few trips this year to different parts of the country and this LA Quinta is the best i have stayed at. Although the restroom was spacious, the shower tubs could have been bigger, but overall, I'm very happy with the amenities, the typical breakfast and cordial front desk.

This hotel is just off highway 36. Louisville is a lovely small commuter town between Denver and Boulder. We used this as a base to visit Denver(downtown 25 mins) Boulder (10 mins) Rocky Mountain National Park (50 mins). As a location I doubt it could have been better. i was very pleased with the hotel until i requested a wake up call and they totally FORGOT!!!! To me that was very important.. I travel alot and that has never happened.

We stayed one night at La Quinta. We chose the hotel because it is close to Costco. We liked everything at this hotel. We recommend it. The room is big, comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple, but good enough.

a very nice, clean hotel with caring attentive service. I am currently staying at a major chain hotel (Sher...) in Denver that doesn;t have near the amenities we had at La Quinta. good place and great value.

I have stayed at La Quinta hotels in the past, and I expected to have the same experience this time, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this particular location. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms very clean, and best of all, the rooms were very quiet! My room was close to an outside entrance and I never heard a door slam or any […] noises at all from people entering or leaving the building. The bed was very comfortable, with ample quality pillows, the window coverings blocked outside lights almost completely, and the internet was very easy to setup and use. The only downside to my stay was that the breakfast was not very good. I never expect to get a great deal on the room rate AND have a great breakfast, but it would be nice to at least have the option to purchase a better breakfast if I want it. I ended up eating at the Marriot next door where our meeting was being held! I did not use the pool or exerise room, but both seemed well maintained. I would stay at this location again, especially since it was half the cost of the Marriot, and a great breakfast is not worth having to pay twice as much for a room! Lisez la suite

When I entered my room, it seemed pleasant & clean, except there was alot of hair in the bathtub. I called the front desk & asked if it could be cleaned. Someone came to clean it, but he did not do a very good job & there was still hair in the tub. I was offered another room. This room also seemed ok except the bathtub was also dirty. Because it was […] late & I was exhausted from traveling, I resigned myself to going to the store for cleaning supplies & cleaning it myself. The single washing machine was out of order for 4 days. There was no hot water to take a shower for one full day. Also, there were no directions in the room about how to use the telephone & phone rates. Although the appearance of the building and people who worked there were pleasant enough, the poor maintenance made my stay uncomfortable. I loved this place. Great price, location, pool, grounds, etc. Breakfast was a nice addition, although coffee sub-par. All in all a great value--don't pass it up!

Its a neat hotel, good service and clean too. The breakfast was little poor but it was ok. The stuff for helpful and kind.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Everything on television was pink. However all staff was very helpful.

Don't stay here unless you enjoy filthy rooms and poor service. It took 2 days and multiple phone calls to get the fridge we ordered delivered to our room. The TV was unplugged for some reason, so we had to have someone from the front desk come up and move the furniture to plug it in. When the moved the large dresser there was food and and garage behind […] the dresser it was disgusting. Bathtub was black. Huge wad of toilet paper was stuck to the back of the hotel door. We have a daughter at CU, Boulder and this location is great. Takes us about 6 minutes to get to Boulder. The staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is good! Coming back in October for parent's weekend. We have recommended the hotel to two other parents, and they stayed there, too.

A nice, clean La Quinta. No reason to spend any extra time there during the day.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Louisville. The staff at this hotel was super. We highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed the stay at La Quinta and I highly recommend this hotel. For the price it was a really nice place. The rooms were clean and the service was great. If I had to complain about anything it would be the number of items offered for breakfast. I would use this hotel again if I am ever in the area again.

One of the good things was the window coverings - they were actually LARGER than the window so that it was completely covered even with the blowing of the air. Pleasant hotel - reasonable breakfast - close to Boulder.

Much improved over our last stay. Clean and very friendly.

Everything was fine, except that I could hear the snoring of the guy in the next room and then I could hear their voices in conversation early in the morning which was not appreciated.

Great place and a fantastic cost/benefit ratio. One of the best LaQuinta's we ever stayed in.

Great hotel, great location. We'll stay again when we come to Broomfield. Only wish the breakfast had hot eggs and/or bacon and sausage or biscuits and gravy like some hotels offer.
