Holiday Inn Express Omaha West - 90th Street - Omaha

Nicely refurbished hotel..Only drawback is difficult street access.

This hotel is in a great location and close to everything (great restaurants and shopping)However it shares a parking lot with a local bar which made my husband and I uncomfortable the first night. first im gonna start out by saying that i drove by the hotel twice and got stuck in traffic for an hour because i didnt know that the name of the hotel changed. the lady at the front desk found it hilarious that i was stuck in traffic. day two at about midnight the hotel window fell out the window and injuried my hand so i had to change room. i didnt […] complain about it. day three while checking out the lady didnt say how did you enjoy your stay. i guess she seen where my window feel out my room and i was move. but overall the hotel was wonderful. i just had some bad experiences while there but will stay there again. i think that costomer satifaction is important since im the one paying. We had two adults and three teenage girls in one room and it was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone with two queen beds and a pull out sofa. The front desk employees went out of their way to make sure our stay was great - answering any questions and trying to make our stay run smoothly. The pool was a little shallow for us; but, was still […] fun. We stayed in the middle of the week so we were the only ones using the facility. The spa was well maintained and clean. There was not a fan in the shower and with five people showering it did get a little stuffy. Otherwise, all was clean and well maintained. Had to call motel to see where it was at. Seems that I called from the motels parking lot. Name changed to a Holiday Inn three days earlier. Sure would have been nice to know.

The room was ok, with the following issues: 1. Smoke Detector was not in order and hanging loose 2. Main Door was not functioning and needed repair as it would not latch - looked as though it had been broken into. 3. Internet service was HORRIBLE! My daughter had school work that could not be completed due to the poor (slow & intermittent)

Must have been renovating the check in desk, because check in was done at a folding table at the entrance. The receptionist was unable to complete the confirmation of the reservation on initial check in but had it completed when we returned from dining out.

Didn't know this hotel was under renovation/construction and walked in to find the lobby full of equipment and the check-in desk at a table near the doors. Elevator was scary, even riding to the second floor with dust and tape in the base of it. Got to my room, and opened the door to find mud in the entry way before I even stepped in. The room smelled […] of bleach, the bedding and towels even more so. Making coffee wasn't the best idea given that a burning smell filled the room before the carafe was even full of brewed coffee. Decided to take a shower, the shower head either went to the wall or sprayed all over the floor. It's curtain didn't cover the entire shower. Leaving the bathroom I looked up to find mold in the doorway. If you stay here, know that your bed headboard will likely knock on the wall behind you, even if you just move to reach for something on your nightstand. Expect random phone calls to your room phone late at night, as I got one at 11:30 with no one on the other end. Do not stay there if it's going to snow and you need to head east on Dodge, as it's a one way exit and you'll be stuck half way up the hill from 84th street to 90th and have to make a U-turn or go another route to head back east. Will not stay here again, though I am encouraged to learn that Holiday Inn will soon own the property. Lisez la suite

I was in Omaha on business and found the hotel to be very conveniently located in West Omaha. Plently of fast food places and restraunts near by to grab a quick bite to eat. Excellent continental breakfast in the morning. Hotel was very clean and maintained well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Try to get a room not right next to the vending machine […] or elevator like mine was because its a little noisy but that isn't the hotels fault, just bad room location. Undergoing renovation. Friendly staff, clean and reasonably priced. Can be tricky to get into off main street but quiet.

I found the staff very accomodating, friendly, and sincere in making my stay comfortable. The rooms was clean and spacious for the price. The complementary breakfast was very good. I would definitely return to this hotel. I again appreciate the friendliness of the staff. It was refreshing!

Very nice, great service

This ended up being a great stay! My wife had to be at Methodist Hospital at 530am on Monday and decided to find a place Sunday afternoon. We made this reservation and made the drive to Omaha. As it turned out, this hotel was basically right across the street from hospital! Very clean facility with very helpful staff. Had FREE breakfast which actually […] opened earlier than advertised, which was great for me since we had to be at the hospital so early. Great price and would stay here again. The front desk ladies were friendly and the rooms were clean. Had no smoking room which was ok but the hallways were smoke filled and the stairways also. Vehicle was broke into and our belongings were stolen. As my title said kind people, clean room, vehicle robbed. Your decision.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was very clean and roomy. My grandson enjoyed the indoor pool. The only issue was that we had to move rooms the 2nd night due to a pipe repair. The hotel did relocate us to a room across the hall so it was not too difficult. We had a no-smoking room, but when you went into the corridor, you did smell cigarette […] smoke. This hotel was not as close to Creighton as advertised. Our room was right by the elevator and we were awake most of the night due to noise from that and the ice machine. Hotel was nice, breakfast was great. Wasn't convenient for the reason for our trip. Would not stay here again while visiting Creighton.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and sfe location. Nice hot breakfast each morning, and an unexpected free pizza party in the evening. I would definitly stay here again.

I was in town for a conference at Methodist and this hotel is extremely close. The room was clean and the staff very kind (offering a fresh cookie when I arrived). The breakfast was good and included. This is my second visit - I will stay again in the future for business travel.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice however we were in the room next to the vending machines/ ice machine and the machines made a buzzing noise almost constantly. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay. Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, complimentary continental breakfast offered more than just rolls & cereal. They also offer complimentary freshly baked cookies in the afternoon and free usage of a PC.

Needed an extra plug at the desk for a laptop. I had to plug in near the bed, and use the bed as a desk.

As other reviews said, the room is fairly small but if you just need a place to sleep it's a nice little hotel for the price. The lady that checked us in was extremely friendly and there were fresh baked cookies set out also. The breakfast area was jam packed when we were getting ready to leave but it seemed like they had quite a few choices.

First of all, very friendly and helpful, courteous staff. Parking was not a problem and check-in was speedy. Price was ok, but compared to many others within the area, it was competitive. We did not use the showers(yes, we did shower elsewhere) and did not have the time to eat breakfast, so cannot opiniate on these items, but everything else met and/or […] exceeded our expectations. I was very happy with the continental breakfast. Most hotels only offer a cold breakfast but this one had the usual waffle maker but also offered and additional hot breakfast option.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly. However the stairways were so dirty we didn't want to be in them and the elevator was a bit scary. The alarm sounded in the elevator and it felt very unsteady. Our room was on the corner next to the stairs and there were children running up and down the stairs yelling for almost 6 hours. It was a little […] annoying when we were still awake at midnight because of the noise. Our room seemed very clean and the bed was nice and comfortable.
