L accueil est sympathique et le concierge fait des efforts du fait que nous parlons seulement l américain basique. La chambre est correcte propre et calme, au rez de chaussée. Arrivés tardivement nous avons pu aller boire un bière et prendre un snack à un bar grill tout proche qui nous a été indiqué par la réception. Accueil sympathique là aussi. Le rapprot qualité prix est excellent.

We apologize for any inconvenience the music you heard while in your room. You did notify our front desk staff on this and we did not find music coming from any of the guestrooms. We did determine a few days later that the sound may have been coming from the outdoor/indoor speaker of the pool area that may have had the volume turned up slightly to high and was heard in the late or early hours. Again, please accept our apology for anything that might have disturbed you during your stay with us.

"Not the best but not the worst either"
Normally when you go on vacation the staff at the hotel try to wow you. The hotel was pretty nice but there wasn't even attempt to wow or amaze, just no effort at all. Pretty bad since we came to the south to experience some southern hospitality. None here......Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Hotel needs serious upgrade"
I lived in Alpharetta for 6 years and we go back because my 13 year old daughter was born at Northside Hospital. We stayed here before in 2008. I don't think they have updated it since then! The door looked like somebody tried to break it in, the beds where hard as rocks and the room was dirty. Their obviously having crime issues. You have to use your […] room key to use elevator and to enter and exit parking garage. I wouldn't stay there again! A lot nicer Hotels in the area to choose from. The location of the hotel allowed me to walk to my conference in the Cobb Galleria Centre and was also close to many dining and shopping options. Parking was easily accessible. We were stuck in the elevator upon arrival for almost 3 hours, between 2 and 3rd floor with one other person and our suitcases! The elevator expert was not called 'till a good 2 h after we got stuck! "Nice and comfortable"
I stayed here for 5 nights while attending a show at the nearby Cobb Galleria Center. The staff was great, and my room was in good shape. It was nice to be able to shut off the bedroom from the living room because that eliminated hearing any hallway noise at night. Overall one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in for the price. Only negatives are that […] they charge extra for internet, and the neighborhood is not at all pedestrian friendly. The service was excellent the entire weekend. The hotel was clean however the hallway smelled. There was a guest on my floor with a dog and you could tell when he had been in the hallway. Hotel is conveniently located to highways, restaurants and mall. However, the shops in this mall are not upscale like Lenox Square mall. The biggest downside to this hotel is that it was allowed to fall into disrepair. when we got to the hotel, there was only one person working at the desk, and it took us a long time to check in. it was hard to figure out the way to get the elevator moving. I was holding my son and had to run back to the desk twice and the staff were indifferent. when we got into our room, the coffee machine was broken. I tried to call guest service, […] and waited for literally 20 minutes for someone to answer. i made 2 phone calls using the phone in our room to my husband who were getting food from PF Chang's near by, the next day they charged me 20 dollars for altogether less than 10 minutes call. "Perfect Place to Stay"
From the time of my arrival until my checkout; I was treated as an important and valued customer. The hotel was very nice; very clean and I felt safer than I've felt at a hotel in years. "horrible stay"
I was staying in October, so overnight it got unbearably hot in the upper level room - so bad that I was sweating and unable to sleep - the staff had no solution for me other than moving my room at 3AM! They couldn't even get me a fan since "they were locked up and maintenance was home". It was awful and I won't stay there again.
