une famille avec au mons 5 enfants utilisait la piscine intérieure et des plongeons, pourtant interdits avaient lieu , nous eclaboussant avec des cris permanents ce qui nous a amené a retourner rapidement dans notre chambre

Dans l'ensemble tres bon hotel pour sa catégorie à noter que l'eau du Jacuzzi et de la piscine me semblaiit pas très propre , ainsi q'un petit déjeuner sommaire .

My wife and I stayed here one night before leaving on our flight to Hawaii. Very clean room, nice decor, decent breakfast, and free shuttle to the airport!!! :)

Extremely convenient to airport, and even thought shuttle service began at 4:30am, they got us a cab at 4am for our flight. Very helpful in every way.

Parked my car on front row 200ft away from front door of Hotel. Lot was lighted. Between 12:30am and 5:30am, lock was pulled on my door handle and car was robbed. No video surveillance, and the front desk said they were not responsible. Stay at your own risk.

We were in a room, right over the front door. So we heard a lot of car door slamming & conversation. But that was the only complaint. The staff was excellent. Deliah at the front desk, was efficient & helpful. The breakfast was great, and above expectations. The location was also close to many of the major attractions.

The Hotel and the Room were nice and in a nice neighborhood. The problem I had was that we had requested a refrigerator in the room at the time I made the reservations because we had milk that needed to be keep refrigerated for my grandbaby, when we arrived to check in the Hotel staff said that all the rooms with refrigerators were full and there was […] nothing them could or would do to help us. I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor for the hotel was so fun and had a continuous theme throughout the hotel. The location was great - it was right off the interstate, making for easy traveling, it is very close to the NMSU, and very close to several different places to eat. We were very happy with our stay. It was close to our destination and easy to find. It was near restuarants and the interstate. Rooms were clean and very comfortable with our stay.

Hotel OK not up to standard of usual Marriott. Older but very clean can hear airport noise lucky air conditioner ran all night blocked most of noise out. Were able to get a great rate so it made up for the inconveniences

I found the "Hot Breakfast" left a lot to be desired, the only hot part came in the form of cheap Belgian waffles, which call to mind those you would find in a college cafeteria. I bring this up only because it was pushed very highly on the website.

We were very happy with our stay at this Fairfield Inn. Location was very close to airport, yet we had no airport noise. Room: clean, modern furnishings. Close to the airport. Breafast started at 6AM. Yet we can get something to eat pior hotel shuttle to the airport at 4:30AM

My wife and I enjoy walking and found the residential area just north of this property to be a great place to stretch our legs and check out the native, desert plants in the neighborhoods.

"Very pleasent stay"
Everything was very nice. The hotel recently went through a remodel. The front lobby was welcoming and the rooms were clean and modern with Egyptian cotton sheets, pillow comforter and a flat screen tv. It's located close to the airport and downtown Abq, but also in a lower traffic area. So, its a pleasant stay anytime.

Was happily surprised, the rooms were very nice, beautiful colors, well appointed and the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. Certainly a place I will stay at again as I am a frequent visitor to the area. Within walking distance to quite a few restaurants, only thing I missed was a fridge. Thanks! Linda, Hawaii
"You Get What You Pay For"
I checked into the hotel around 9:00 pm after a 12 hour day that day. The front desk staff person gave me a nice room. I checked in and rested for a little bit. When I woke up I called the front desk regarding how the internet worked. I was told that my room had been having problems for a few days. I asked her off all the rooms on all four floors, why […] would you ever give a guest a room that lacked one of the amenities the guest was paying for? She apologized and suggested another room. Since I was developing a really bad headache, I told her that I was in my pajamas and she would have to bring me the key to another room nearby. She did. I wasn't feeling well and needed more time to rest. Finally when I was able to check emails, I walked over to the room. It was cold and I decided that it would be best to check my emails, do some work, but return to the old room. I called the front desk to say I forgot my key to the o;d room and she said she was sending the maintenance man. My co-worker had just entered the room and he went over to meet the maintenance man. The maintenance man stood at the door holding it opened. My co-worker asked him to step away because I was not interested in coming inside the room with my pajamas on in front of a complete stranger. He finally left. I called the front desk and told them that we would be staying in the old room but will be working in the new room because of the internet. Within 5 minutes the maintenance man returned and opened the door to the new room and started yelling at my co-worker and threatening him that he had to leave or he was going to the front desk to tell them we were using two rooms. I called the front desk in anger. The night auditor was rude and could have cared less since she walked into the situation as the front desk person finished her shift. I spoke to the morning manager who was apologetic but did not do anything for us. I would never stay at this hotel. I have never been treated or spoken to in such a way. Lisez la suite

"It's okay"
The staff was abrupt and not friendly when checking in. I did not find the room to be comfortable. I wish I had spent a little more money to be in a more comfortable and friendly hotel. However, if you can sleep like a rock in pretty much any environment, this isn't a bad place to stay. The location was great. Checking out was more pleasant, however […] when I checked my credit card statement online the following week, I found the hotel had charged me, as well as being charged by hotels.com. When I called the hotel, the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I found that they had already caught and remedied their mistake.
