Nous occupions l'une des chambres à trois lits dont une partie se trouve en mezzanine, du coup deux télés et plus d'espace pour tous. Enfin la situation de l'hôtel est très intérréssante, quartier très vivant le soir pour budget sérré, petit déjeuner à la hauteur et accueil souriant.

Bonne impression générale en découvrant la chambre (propre, équipée) mais les matelas étaient très médiocres. Nous pouvions sentir les ressorts.De plus les murs étant très fins nous avons été un peu dérangé par les aller et venues dans le couloir. Quoiqu'il en soit, c'est un hôtel très correct, l'accueil est sympathique et le petit-déjeuner copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de Hyde Park et sur la ligne Centrale du métro. Il y a même le bus 390 direct qui circule même la nuit depuis Oxford Street.

en arrivant agréable surprise d'avoir une chambre surclassée !!!! 2 chambres, séjour, salle de bains dernier étage pour un couple : pas de bruit de voisins, pas trop de rue même si nous étions côté rue. comme beaucoup d'hôtels anglais l'entretien des chambres et bâtiment (peinture, moquettes etc..) est un peu laissé de côté, il ne faut pas être regardant... par contre draps fournis et serviettes, le tout propre. disposés sur les lits avec savons+shampooing. Franchement le personnel est sympa, l'endroit pour des touristes est impecc. Sans hésiter si je devais repartir sur Londres, je rependrai cet hôtel ou le conseiller à un couple /famille.

Accueil, très sympa, très pro mais impersonnel, cela ne va pas plus loin. Pas de mots d'accueil, pas de mot pour les visites. J'ai payé via internet, sans aucun problème. Il y a un gardien 24/24, donc pas de problème pour les clés. On est arrivés à 10h00 alors que chambres dispos à 14h00, ils ont gardé les sacs dans un local et quand on est revenus à ,18h00 les bagages étaient montés dans l'appartement, très sympa.....Situé dans une rue, très peu passante, mais qui donne devant un accès d'hôpital d'où partent les ambulances, et aussi un giratoire d'autobus.....donc c'est bruyant la nuit malgré le vitrage double. Ce n'est pas gênant plus que ça, mais tout de même cela fait un bruit de fond qui est tout de même là.....C'est appartement est très bien équipé, propre, les lits sont confortables, et il ne manque rien. Petit bémol, mais bon on fait avec, les SDB sont petites. Il y a des pubs juste à côté, un restaurant qui vend du pain juste en dessous à partir de 7h00, c'est pratique et très sympa. Le supermarché "Tesco" à 400 mètres n'est pas terrible, il faut aller à "Tesco" à côté de la station de métro de Saint Paul, les produits sont plus frais...! En résumé c'est un bon point de chute avec ses petits inconvénients. Mon avis sur cet hôtel est positif et correspond parfaitement au descriptif du site de "Hotels.com"

Hôtel confortable, personnel ser'viable, à deux pas de la gare Eurostar St Pancras. Seul bémol : mal insonorisé donc on entend tous les bruits de la rue, des sirènes des véhicules de secours toute la nuit aux camions de nettoyage le matin...

Bien situé mais toute petite chambre - sommaire. Room service trs moyen et diner (Famous Cesar Salad de l'Hotel a priori) avec un gout de poisson bref tres moyen, a part la situation qui est excellente - a 5mn a pieds de St pancreas

The hotel was great and met my expectations in terms of facility. The concierge was very good and made some really great recommendations. The internet situation presented a problem - and I was very unhappy with night manager's response. Other than that hiccup - the stay was very good.

Excellent location for us, as we needed to be close to an underground station and to the Eurostar International station. This hotel's location met or exceeded all of our needs and expectations.

If you need an early wake up this is perfect as traffic is loud and clear in the room. I had even requested a quiet room and I was on the top hotel floor but still very noisy. Room very basic Good service at check-in

A very average hotel. Good for business if you have meetings there. They stopped serving at the bar quite early.. there was a room full of people wanting to get service but it was past the witching hour at this particular hotel... missed opportunity and those customers wont be staying there again - I had a long conversation with a few of them and so […] I know! "Do not stay in room 308"
I had a very poor experience. I opened the door to my room and wondered where the rest of it was. It has to be the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The Hilton is a 4 star hotel so I was expecting the same standard as other Hiltons I have stayed at. However, the tiny bed was pushed up right against one of the walls (which is not acceptable), […] there were no bedside tables (because there was no room for any) and I had to move the furniture around just to be able to open the door to the wardrobe and the cupboard containing the kettle and coffee equipment, not that there was anywhere to put it. The bathroom also had mildew in the bath sealant and the carpet in the room was dirty. I could also hear the traffic in the street below because the double glazing wasn't working properly, as well as people in the room next door and above me, together with the very creaky floorboards in the corridor outside the room whenever anyone walked past the room. We booked 2 single rooms and when we arrived the receptionist told us that they only had one room left - we had to "negotiate" for a while before they relented and gave us the 2 rooms we had booked. Apart from that the hotel was very good.

I had a confirmed booking for a double room but on arrival at about 8.30pm was told there were none available. I was offered a single with free breakfast or bottle of wine in compensation. As I had to go straight back out for a work meeting I didn't have time to argue so accepted. Unfortunately the room was cramped, smelly and noisy. Next morning I discovered that the carpet under the radiator was wet which probably explained the grim smell. We were only there one night,however suited our needs re location to St Pancras Station. For the price couldn,t complain. Bed very comfortable.

Room was small relative to US standards, but there was room to move around. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Easy walk to both Euston Square and St Pancras/Kings Cross stations.

Hotel very nice, clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. The only criticism was the very poor service in the Restaurant where we ate on the first evening. There was only our party , which consisted of 6 adults and 4 children, in the whole of the restaurant and yet we had to wait for ages to be served, by which time the children were absolutely […] starving. The food itself was very nice and, to be fair the staff did apologise for our long wait and did not charge us for the children's meals. May have just been a bad night. Quality hotel close to main line railway networks and the City's sights. The hotel's facilities were very good including a well stocked bar and small gym. Although we didnt sample the main dining area, the breakfast room was well stocked and staffed and the food was very good. Hotel is in a good location near the British museum. It is an older hotel but renovated with nice rooms. There was no free WiFi which I believe should be a standard feature even in expensive hotels.

This is the last place you would expect to see an old fashioned tube type T.V. We were in G.B. 3 weeks and every other place had flat screen T.V.s. Maybe we got put in "the last available room" due to booking through an outside source. On the other hand the breakfast buffett was wonderful and the service was superb!

Well located,clean and tidy. However double room too small, cramped and with poor/lack of storage ie tiny wardrobe space and only 2 very small drawers. Also the bed was pushed into one corner of the very small room which did cause problems. Overall the room was not worth the cost compared to other Hilton Hotels at which I have stayed

A smart clean Hotel with friendly helpful staff. A very good breakfast with lots of choice. I upgraded one of my rooms booked. The room was bigger and comfortable,however the window over looked the kitchen extra fans which whirred all night, felt I would have been beter in a smaller room and saved myself £30 and had a better nights sleep.

Upon checkout I was presented a bill for GBP30 (about $50 USD) for an 8-minute local phone call. The front desk clerk could hardly keep a straight face as she asked me if I had seen the card attached to the phone. Lovely hotel, clean, good service, and fantastic breakfast. Good location and within 30 mins walk to oxford street on a sunny day although tube around the corner! Good staff and excellent breakfast. Car parking close although Hilton have access to limited 6 spaces next door. Overall, strongly recommended.

If you value courtesy and friendliness over gimmicks this is the hotel for you. The decor and facilities are reasonable, however the thoughtful and helpful nature of the staff would remind me of a far more expensive venue.

Staff helpful and efficient on arrival. Rooms an ok size and a bit bigger than some other caomparative hotels. Clean and comfortbale with good restaurant facilities and breakfast buffet. Location right opposite Euston station but just down a side road so slightly protected from the noise. Would certainly recommend.

The overall experience at Hilton London Euston was really great. The hotel staff were very helpful on arrival and the check in was very prompt, and they let me check in slightly early. The room was average size for a hotel, with a good size bathroom and a really good shower. The buffet breakfast was something else - really great range and choice, so […] glad that I booked the option for including breakfast in my booking. We had dinner in the bar on the second night we stayed there, the meals were huge but there was a very long wait for the food. The bar staff were great though and gave us a complimentary drink for the wait. The location was perfect for us because we were going on a bus tour on the second day that collected us from the hotel. "Lovely stay"
Had booked this online for our arrival in London. We were only staying the one night. It was easy to get to from the airport, clean and would definitely stay here again. However room was almost too small for 2 adults...very cramped.

Small rooms, but that's fine since we're there to see the sights anyway! The continental breakfast was GREAT, the cappuccino in the bar was delish. It was an hour ride on the tube from the airport, which we didn't anticipate, and quite a ways from the other main London sights. The hotel itself was great, but we would choose something more convenient […] next time. "Dont stay here if you want to sleep..."
Be sure to bring earplugs, because the aircondition (yea, right!) makes a terrible noise and it is impossible to sleep. The presence of a firestation and policestation near by = sirens all day and night! As far as I know, this hotel was bought by Hilton in 2009. They have not done anything to improve the standards. coffee stains on the walls, rugs […] that is very very worn and there is a deperate need of some fresh paint. They must have stolen at least 2 of the 4 stars they claim to have... PS! If you decide to stay here. Call in advance and get a room in the gound- or first floor. These have high seelings and not as cramped as those higher up. If possible get a room facing the backyard to avoid the constant traffic noise from the main road. Lisez la suite

Although it is a good hotel location wise, the rooms shown are not the same as the ones we had to stay. They are much more smaller where the bed stands against the wall so it is especially difficult to sleep as 2. More importantly, after searching for a SMOKING ROOM for ages, I though I found THE one so I booked it. However at the check-in (despite […] having the confirmation printed with a Smoking Room written on) I was told that there was no smoking room available so I was basically left with no choice other than a non-smoking room. The room we had was on the ground floor - and the windowsill was at ground floor level of the GYM. All weekend we had the curtains closed as people were working out and could see in through the nets. The room was unbearably hot. Also, the perspex panel fell out of the shower - and had obviously happened many times before as front desk hardly batted […] an eyelid.
