Ancien etablissement qui devait être haut de gamme il y a des années. Stationnement : facile. Accueil : tres sommaire. Copie du passeport et du permis de conduire demandés alors qu aucune loi ne l impose ! Chambre : tres grande avec tout le necessaire d un standard eleve. Le mobilier est ancien mais de bonne qualite. L ensemble est propre. Salle de bain : mobilier d il y a une vingtaine d annee mais tout fonctionne. Petit dejeuner : ne comptez pas dessus ! A part une boisson chaude, pain et cereales, il n y a rien a apprecier. Insonorisation : inconnue ! Cela se passe bien avec peu de clients et surtout pas d enfants mais toute conversation dans le couloir "passe" la porte.

Our stay worked out very well. It was easy to reach from the airport and was clean, comfortable and secure. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very friendly and supportive.

Pillow were small . The room felt crowded. Didn't dare take a bath. Front desk clerks were nice just looked sloppy. Uniform could help. The cleaning girl were smoking by the entrance with there music on. Just didnt feel welcoming.

This is one of our favorite hotels in the Syracuse area. It is always clean and fresh. The beds are very comfortable. The continental breakfast is a fabulous way to start your day. "Not Quaulity Inn"
The bathroom had 12 dead bugs on the floor and the next morning my daughter woke up and a dead bug was in her bed.

"You get what you pay for"
For the price it wasnt bad. Its set up more like a motel. The room was not vaccumed properly floor was dirty. Bath tub was stained pretty badly. Mattress was decent but felt almost like a water bed. Sheets were clean though. The breakfast was surprisingly well spread out. Bread and bagels could have been fresher. Surrounding area is littered with other […] hotels/motels. A few restaurants. The front desk staff were not helpful when I asked for directions to the mall. When I asked for the exact address she said she didnt know it and that was that. Overall, disappointing but thats what I get for trying to save money on my trip. Will not stay here again. You're better off spending $20-30 more a night and stay at the Holiday Inn Lisez la suite
"Good bang for your buck"
Clean, comfortable room with friendly service and a decent breakfast. Conveniently just off the I-90. Perfect for a quick stop-over (or more if you want).

"Great One-Nighter"
I was passing through on my way from Boston, MA back to Elkhart, IN. All I wanted was four walls and clean sheets, close to the Toll Road. The continental breakfast was sufficient, the room was clean, and the heater worked like a charm. The staff was very helpful in getting me checked in and helping me find something to eat. "comfortable stay"
I had a good stay mattress was not firm enough and the bathroom was very small otherwise room was clean & management very helpful and friendly.
It is just fine and I am a repeat csotmer for this hotel. That alone should say something. I would definately stay here.
"Syracuse Stay"
This hotel is convenient to the Thruway, comfortable and maintained well for an older property. There are breakfast foods available in the morning. Ask for a room opening onto an indoor corridor during the winter months because it can get very cold and snowy in Syracuse. There is a pool for the summer!
"All I need"
I spend so little time in the room when I travel, my needs are only a comfortable bed, clean room, etc. It met those needs.

The hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. It has, however, the smallest bathroom I have ever experienced. To sit on the john with the door closed, you have one shoulder against the wall, you other shoulder is against the shower curtain hanging half in the tub. I wasn't looking for any extras. Only spent 7 hours in the hotel to sleep, shower, etc. It met my needs perfectly. Reasonable price.

The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast ads to the value of the stay. The room was clean and the staff were plesant. The bathroom was adequate but it should be updated.

"The Quality Inn, Syracue NY"
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. We expecially liked the deluxe breakfast that was served the next morning. The staff was nice and accommodating. We would definitely visit again.

"Only if your time is not limited"
Staying this far from Manhattan actually resulted in us spending as much as we would have staying in Manhattan by taking ONE cab ride from Manhattan to the hotel. We took the cab ride because we were uncertain as to the neighborhood safety using the subway. Also, it was not clear that once at the hotel, the shuttle which one could catch every fifteen […] minutes from the airport could only be boarded once every hour. "unsafe filling"
We didn't fill safe men smoking outside all hours room small haft clean i will not go there againand was glade to leave.
Only 1 of the hotel room keys worked in the doors. Very noisy! Don't get a room at the end of the hallway. On Friday night, about every 2 minutes someone would bang the crash bar to go outside and the room key didn't work to get back inside. Many people went out to smoke there.
