Hotel avec possibilité de chambres communicantes (nous étions 5 dont 3 enfants). Nous avions une voiture de location mais il était difficile de trouver des places non payantes aux alentours (possibilité de parking payant dans l’hôtel). Dommage que : 1) le WiFi soit payant 6€/24h et exclusivement pour un seul appareil (on ne peut pas partager la connexion avec un autre appareil : accès par un portail avec un code pour une seule connexion) 2) 'accès au coffre de la chambre est payant. L’hôtel est bien insonorisé (il y a une grande artère qui passe devant et en face se trouve l’hôpital de Séville). La salle de restauration fait cantine et le petit déjeuner est à 7€ mais pour ce prix nous avons préférer allez dans le centre historique de Séville et déjeuner au soleil à une terrasse ! Bref l’hôtel est correct mais sans aucun charme, il est cher pour un 3* qui n'a pas de prestations comprises (WiFi, coffre) et pour sa situation (à 8km du centre de Séville soit 10mn en voiture - les parking de Séville sont à 1,10€/heure en moyenne) . Par contre rien à dire sur le personnel qui est très aimable.

Très bonnes avec une appréciation très favorable au personnel de la réception. Pas eu le temps de bénéficier du spa en raison des heures un peu restrictives.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

"Bon hotel"
Hotel propre a 15 min. à pied du centre ville. Bon accueil, la chambre est assez grande avec une super salle de bain. La décoration est assez contemporaine. Juste devant la place d'Espagne. Si vous venez en avion je vous conseille de prendre la navette (2,5€) plutot que le taxi (forfait 25€). Si je devais faire un commentaire ce serait sur l'isolation […] phonique qui est correcte mais pas au top. Possibilité de profiter du spa (payant) et de faire des massages pour des prix raisonnables. "Trés bon hôtel malgré la grandeur"
Chambre très propre disposant pour les standards de douche et baignoire, d'un lit de 2m, de placard très bien réfléchis, d'une télé écran plat et d'une superficie acceptable. Le personnel parle un peu français. Le petit déjeuner est très bien garni. La piscine reste moyenne comparaît au design et grandeur de l'hôtel. Attention aux femmes de ménage […] qui débarquent assez tôt dans les chambres ! Ca peut surprendre si on adopte le rythme de vie de séville. La situation est assez éloignée du centre ville mais cela se fait très bien à pied tout de même. This is a modern hotel in a good location for the tourist areas. The staff were friendly and we were very comfortable here. It was also great to have a large poolside area to relax after hours of sight seeing. The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable, the personnel at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, about 15-20 minutes walk to the historical center. The only minus was that free internet was available only at the hotel lobby, the connection in the room was paid hourly. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Had a lovely stay in Melia Sevilla. The airport bus dropped us off just round the corner. It was near some beautiful sights - Plaza de Espana, tobacco factory etc. Handy 10 minute walk to town. Spacious and well-maintained room. Location convenient to transit options (San Bernardo rail and metro station, San Prado tram stop). OpenCor convenience store 1 block away. Friendly staff. Hotel is business-oriented and service can be slow at peak hours during a convention.

"Melia Sevilla - Nice but expensive"
What we liked: the powerful shower, the large bedroom, the modern amenities, the closeness to the 'center of things', and the free lobb wi-fi What we didn't like: the room rate was very very expensive. The hotel staff were not very friendly (I had read other reviews that were similar but dismissed them as picky patrons or high maintenance travelers). […] Actually this hotel staff is just a bit icy and visually bothered when they have to wait on people. That's ok... cuz the REST OF SEVILLA and her people are WONDERFUL. So if you can look past the HIGH prices, the staff, and the little things that need fixing (closet door handles, cracks in the walls), this is a great pick. Very nice hotel, modern and clean. 5 euro taxi ride from the centre. Breakfast was good value. Our only fault with the hotel was that we arrived soaking wet due to a torrential downpour and they took hours to give us a room and then not the one we had booked. After some pleading they finally gave us the room we had booked. We would stay here again.

The room was very nice, bed comfortable and separate bath and shower with double sinks in the bathroom. Very nice. Great location, an easy walk to the Cathedral and historic sights. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sevilla, a great deal for the price.

"Great looking hotel - pity NO attention to detail"
The air-conditioning was very very noisy so we had to change rooms. We did this, then our room card wouldn't work, THREE TIMES we had to trawl down to reception, waiting for the lifts which seemed to take a age. It was very busy there, which wasn't their fault but a pain after a nightmare journey! The roads surrounding the hotel are undergoing MAJOR […] roadworks and its very difficult to navigate there, which again is not the hotels fault, but if we had known before we could have planned for it. After we finally got into the room and unpacked we found that the safe didn't work! A tech guy came and spent half and hour on it, then phoned a friend - who didn't know how to fix it either. We gave up and decided not to ask the audience. Finally we had to use the safe facility at the reception. The rooms were very nice but very very hot, and then the bath took over half and hour to drain the water away for some reason? The speaker in the bathroom for the TV was also broken, I did inform reception and two days later nothing had been done about it, this was probably because the poor tech guy had 365 rooms to look after and all of the conference suites, and if they all had problems like we had I do feel sorry for him as he was on his own, apart from phoning his friend who didn't know the answers either! All in all the stay was ok, we thought the hotel looked great but lacked regular maintanance checks to keep it that way. Lisez la suite

This hotel is very attractive inside but ultimately we found the public areas to be uncomfortable. The restaurant was good but was not open in the morning so the choices were to pay the 15 euros for the buffet breakfast or find somewhere else to eat if you just want a light breakfast. Good - Nice and comfortable hotel, large choice at breakfast, lovely bathrooms, staff helpful. Take a room with views as you can see the back of Plaza Espana which is 3mins walk. Not so good - Restaurant is too expensive, it is a good 20mins walk from the centre (cathedral) but we didn't mind too much and a 4 stars that makes you pay for WIFI when it […] costs them nothing is a let down and lastly, there are no channels in English except for the news but plenty in German or Spanish. "Beautiful design"
Not the biggest hotel room I've had, but the design completely made up for it. Great lighting, furniture, and layout, and the bathroom was amazing - I particularly liked the closet that was accessible from the hallway and the bathroom. One of the best-looking hotels I've ever stayed in (from the inside), lobby and room both. Very comfortable, too.

From the outside the hotel did not look so special but the inside is totally renovated with modern upgrades. The room was spacious and modern with dark wood and beautiful tiles. The bathroom was unbelievable as well with extra large shower heads, shower, bathtub and large power area. The blankets were new and of all good quality... everything was good […] quality. The location was great just walking distance from the city center's main attractions and located at the corner of the bus stop. The Italian restaurant next door to the hotel was wonderful. The staff at check in and out was super friendly and tried to accommodate to make sure our stay was nice. We had four people in our group and we would all stay again and recommend to others. "Hotel Melia Sevilla, stadtnah und sauber"
Von aussen ist das Hotel nicht gerade eine Augenweide, innen war es jedoch recht gediegen. Die Eingangshalle roch immer sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber. Mir hätte ein Wasserkocher für Tee/Kaffee sehr zugesagt. Im Zimmer im obersten Stock (11. Etage) hörte man jeweils ein eigenartiges Geräusch. Könnte vom Lift her stammen. Ansonsten […] waren die Zimmer ruhig und ein angenehmer Schlaf in den grossen Betten war gewährleistet. Es un hotel muy acogedor, por el servicio, situación y instalaciones, ha sido mi primera vez en un hotel Meliá en el mundo, y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva.

Vi stannade tre nätter på Melia Sevilla för att utforska Sevilla. Läget var kanonbra, man kunde gå överallt. Det tog bara fem minuter från Plaza Espana, och ytterligare tio minuter för att komma ner till de centralare delarna med katedralen.
