It was acceptable but hotel definitely needs some maintenance/remodeling.

EASY ON AND OFF OF I95, CLEAN, VERY NICE STAFF

The location of the hotel close to the airport and major highway is great. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory and as expected for a 2/12 star hotel. The free breakfast consisted of cereal bagels and waffles. The staff are great and ready to help. Can't beat the price.

Decent hotel for the price. My room was not serviced.

The room was disgusting. The tub was dirty, the toilet seat was coming off the toilet, the desk chair was full of stains and when my son touched the lamp shade, dead bugs fell out. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me.

Every La Quinta I have ever stayed in has been clean and inexpensive, with a comfortable bed. This one is just down the street from the Providence Airport, in an industrial area. There is an Italian Restaurant next door, and a gas station/convenience store across the street. Everything I needed was right there! The entrance to the parking lot is a little […] wierd; the entrance driveway was a little vague, and I pulled in to the wrong parking lot initially. Hotel was perfect for a quick one night stay on business. No need to spend more to sleep comfortably

The room we were initially but into was very nice and clean, but the heater was not working the room was ice cold, the receptionist was very nice and tried to get it working by resetting from the front desk, her effort was in vain and after we had unpacked we had to get changed to another room. Good shuttle to the airport - very accommodating for an early AM flight. Fussy about bathroom cleanliness; don't like seeing mildew marks and occassional hair.

My overall exprience at this hotel was very bad. The first room that I was in was dirty, there was spit on the wall, the toilet was not clean and there was hair (assuming dog hair) everywhere) in the room. I did go to the front desk and they put me in another room. that room looked clean but the sink had a split in the basin, and the coat rack was partially […] hanging off the wall. since I was short for time I didn't go back to change the room again. the room was cold and the thermostat would not go past 73 degrees. since it was 28 degrees outside that lowered the temperature in the room and I did complain but since it was a christmas, there was nobody that could help. I would not reccomend staying in this hotel. the staff however was very nice, professional and courteous. Lisez la suite

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel they where very helpful as where to eat. Also had very nice rooms. I will stay there again

Though the staff was very kind our room was quite dirty. We were moved to another room without a problem. The second room was OK, but w4e won't stay there again.

The staff here is outstanding, from the manager to the people that clean the rooms. Have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here. Very comfortable and a feel like your at home !!!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was slipperly when wet. Needs nonslip strips or hang on. TV selection was limited to a few movie channels several sports channels and a couple Local channels. If you head to the airport your about 4 miles away but just down the road. For local travel your a minute away from I95 (exit 15). 2 gas stations across […] and a donut shop acroos the street. Housekeeping was good, staff was generally helpful and kept the breakfast bar stocked. As of my checkout 6 Sep. 2011 the pool was still not usable. We stayed 6 nights and I never saw anyone working on the pool. It does not seem to be a high priority to the hotel management. The elevator made awful noises and sometimes smelled like overheated electrical […] equipment. The laundry room was clean and the washer/dryer got the job done, but it was right across the hall from the elevator equipment room and the sounds coming from that room were alarming. We used the stairs a lot. WiFi worked and there is a computer in the lobby you can use to print if you need to. A/C kept the room comfortable. Overall, a decent, clean room and easy access to I-95. The rooms, towels, and furniture need to be updated. Breakfast was pretty decent. Staff was nice and tried to be helpful. Located in older part of town.

we visited during IRENE and wished they had some food essentials to offfer as all restaurants and stores were closed.

Not a bad place to stay. Convenient location and great continental breakfast. Sadly, the pool was closed on a hot summer day in August.

The bathroom light went out. Unfortunately there is only 1 light in the bathroom, so it was dark with the door closed. But it didn't matter because the tub didn't drain and the shower water went cold in less than 2 minutes.

Good location off I95.Staff was very helpful and most courteous.Room was clean.The only problem we encountered was that the outdoor pool was closed due to pump problems.It was August and hot that day.

Only complaint is thoses bedspreads. Though they looked wonderfull as you walk into the room, they were completely unmanageable as part of the bedclosthes. Get rid of these, please, and replace with something flat and foldable.

Right off the interstate. Close to the airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of variety.

The staff seems to be barely coping here. My room was fine: properly cleaned and stocked. But other guests were complaining at the front desk about a room with no sheets, towels, or A/C. If you get a decent room the value is very good. Just be sure to check it carefully on arrival and asked to be switched if it's not in good shape. great service and nice staff... the AC in our room make terrible noise at night... we were so tired and didnt care but it was very very loud... the bed's are confortable and the pillows even more.

For the most part, the hotel was just your average place to stay. The free breakfast was the high point. There was make your own waffles, cereal, juice, muffins, yogurt, etc.

This is a perfect hotel for convenience. Close to Newport, close to Providence. Right off the exit of I-95 but far enough not to get the traffic noise. The only down fall I had was the maid skipped out room one day. not a big deal. Other than that, I would def stay here again hands down.

all the staff we friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety and even had Gluten Free choices, which is hard to find even in high dollar hotels. nice quite A/C and comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Laquinta always offers the best in airport shuttle service where ever I have traveled.

I had an enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I'm used to seeing cereal and muffins/bagels put out for a continental breakfast so I was pleasantly surprised to see a waffle machine to make waffles on the spot. I was only there for one night but I had an excellent experience.

For the price that I paid, I have never had such a big room before. The bed is very comfortable that I never wanted to get out of bed. Breakfast was amazing and the people there also very nice as well. I would stay there again in the future.

Didnt really use the amenities or extras except the continental breakfast which was good. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean... Good price for the stay. I'd reccommend it to others for a quick stay. The staff was friendly, too. And i like that fact that i was able tio use their computer and printer for free. No bed bugs, yay!

convenient to highways. Would like more towels without having to ask for them. Be nice to let continental breakfast go till 10AM every morning
