"very nice"
The check in was easy. You can park outside your room. Room was very clean and comfortable. I had a downstairs room so that was convenient. I had a handicap room and the only thing I would have added was a bar by the commode. Overall a very nice stay. There seems to be a disconnect between Hotels.com and this Hampton Inn concerning the definition of an early check in. When we first attempted to enter our room we could not get the key card to work. Door handle was loose. We were moved to a different room where there was next to no water pressure from the faucet. The problem was fixed in a timely manor. The facility is an older structure so repairs like these are probably common. "Our one day in tyler"
We stayed a night in Tyler after camping. We just wanted to take a shower and enjoy a soft bed. Our reservations were set up around 1pm. We walked in and I was told that we would have to wait until 3pm without even attempting to accommodate the 2 hours we had to wait. "Hotel Stay"
The room was nice and clean. The only thing that I did not like about the room. The sink was outside of the actual bathroom itself. "Very Pleased With Stay"
Was very pleased with the room (TV, microwave, refrigerator). The lobby of the hotel and eating area was very well decorated in red. Managers were not that knowledgeable about the Rose Parade (where to park, where it began, etc, and he said he had been in Tyler for 20 years). No newspapers for guests.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Tyler Rose Marathon"
Had a wonderful indoor heated pool. Came in handy to keep the kids occupied. Was located close to numerous restaurants and even hospitals. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate a room change even though we were there on a sold out weekend (Tyler Rose Marathon). Breakfast was great and price was perfect. "Everything as it should be."
A great experience. Clean room, comfortable beds and very nice pillows. Our room did not face the street so it was very quiet, and the air conditioner kept us nice and cool. "Fine place to stay for a few days."
The room was nice and cool. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. The wallpaper in the bathroom was somewhat discolored in spots, but clean. My daughter used the hot tub and pool. They were clean and pleasant. Only fireants were in one area near the hot tub and stung our feet before we saw them. Our clock was not set properly, so we missed […] the breakfast, so I can't rate that. It is in walking distance of nice places to eat and a good yogurt shop. Our first night, at about 9pm, the light over the sink went out. Italked to the desk clerk and he came down, but obviously, he did not know anything about it. No offer to let us move to another room was made. A work order was supposedly made, but the second night, it went out again. Air conditioner was very loud.
