Nous occupions l'une des chambres à trois lits dont une partie se trouve en mezzanine, du coup deux télés et plus d'espace pour tous. Enfin la situation de l'hôtel est très intérréssante, quartier très vivant le soir pour budget sérré, petit déjeuner à la hauteur et accueil souriant.

Bonne impression générale en découvrant la chambre (propre, équipée) mais les matelas étaient très médiocres. Nous pouvions sentir les ressorts.De plus les murs étant très fins nous avons été un peu dérangé par les aller et venues dans le couloir. Quoiqu'il en soit, c'est un hôtel très correct, l'accueil est sympathique et le petit-déjeuner copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de Hyde Park et sur la ligne Centrale du métro. Il y a même le bus 390 direct qui circule même la nuit depuis Oxford Street.

en arrivant agréable surprise d'avoir une chambre surclassée !!!! 2 chambres, séjour, salle de bains dernier étage pour un couple : pas de bruit de voisins, pas trop de rue même si nous étions côté rue. comme beaucoup d'hôtels anglais l'entretien des chambres et bâtiment (peinture, moquettes etc..) est un peu laissé de côté, il ne faut pas être regardant... par contre draps fournis et serviettes, le tout propre. disposés sur les lits avec savons+shampooing. Franchement le personnel est sympa, l'endroit pour des touristes est impecc. Sans hésiter si je devais repartir sur Londres, je rependrai cet hôtel ou le conseiller à un couple /famille.

Accueil, très sympa, très pro mais impersonnel, cela ne va pas plus loin. Pas de mots d'accueil, pas de mot pour les visites. J'ai payé via internet, sans aucun problème. Il y a un gardien 24/24, donc pas de problème pour les clés. On est arrivés à 10h00 alors que chambres dispos à 14h00, ils ont gardé les sacs dans un local et quand on est revenus à ,18h00 les bagages étaient montés dans l'appartement, très sympa.....Situé dans une rue, très peu passante, mais qui donne devant un accès d'hôpital d'où partent les ambulances, et aussi un giratoire d'autobus.....donc c'est bruyant la nuit malgré le vitrage double. Ce n'est pas gênant plus que ça, mais tout de même cela fait un bruit de fond qui est tout de même là.....C'est appartement est très bien équipé, propre, les lits sont confortables, et il ne manque rien. Petit bémol, mais bon on fait avec, les SDB sont petites. Il y a des pubs juste à côté, un restaurant qui vend du pain juste en dessous à partir de 7h00, c'est pratique et très sympa. Le supermarché "Tesco" à 400 mètres n'est pas terrible, il faut aller à "Tesco" à côté de la station de métro de Saint Paul, les produits sont plus frais...! En résumé c'est un bon point de chute avec ses petits inconvénients. Mon avis sur cet hôtel est positif et correspond parfaitement au descriptif du site de "Hotels.com"

Rien à reprocher : propre, professionnel, pas trop loin des sites à visiter (maximum 30m en bus). Je recommande et je reprendrai le même hotel si je retourne à Londres.

original,dans des anciens entrepots des docks rénovés.Un peu excentré mais facile de rejoindre le centre soit en bateau,soit en bus et/ou métro (environ 45 minutes pour aller à Trafalgar) prix très intéressant pour un Hilton,mais ne pas s'attendre à une bonne surprise concernant les chambres familiales de 4! c'est une chambre double avec un lit supplémentaire […] et un canapé convertible,donc très peu de place,salle de bains minuscule,décor vieillot,mais rien à dire sur le confort et le service.Petit déjeuner hors de prix(15 livres soit près de 20 €),mais copieux,mieux vaut prendre le petit déjeuner inclus que regarder au moins cher pour la chambre! Nous sommes partis en famille avec deux enfants dans cet hôtel et nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le petit-déjeuner extraordinaire, la piscine( très agréable après une journée de marche dans Londres) .Par contre, le canapé-lit pour les enfants était dans un sale état ainsi que les tâches sur la moquette. cet hôtel au bord de la tamise, face à la city est à 10minutes en bateau bus de tower bridge. Nous avons passé 3 jours vraiment très agréables en famille (chambre 4 personnes), dans cet hôtel confortable, et en particulier un service restauration irréprochable . Jessie, Sandra au restaurant et Mohammed au bar symbolisent parfaitement le professionnalisme […] et l'esprit convivial et familial de cet hôtel. Excentré mais assez bien desservi par le métro, la navette fluiviale de l'hôtel, les bus. Chambre pour trois, très spacieuse avec vue imprenable sur la Tamise.Très calme. Accueil chaleureux. Petit déjeuner copieux. Quartier calme mais peu vivant le soir.

Hôtel ayant du caractère: construction et emplacement originaux ("les pieds dans l'eau"). Vue imprenable sur Canary Wharf. Restaurant agréable ainsi que diverses terrasses. Service accueillant et TB petit déjeuner! Parking aisé et sécurisé pour votre voiture. Navette nautique très pratique et amusante au départ même de l'hôtel. A 15' à pieds de la Tube […] Station Canary Wharf ,promenade vivifiante et intéressante à travers ce "nouveau" quartier en mouvement. Chambre familiale confortable (mobilier-sdb-décoration) sans artifice inutile. Environnement calme, situation idéale pour quelques jours en famille. Pas facile à trouver,prenez un gps, la carte ne suffit pas. Arrivée avec mes deux ados, ce fut une bonne surprise, loin certes mais dans un endroit superbe entre Tamise et Londres. De notre chambre nous avions vue sur le pont de Londres.La navette n'existe plus alors nous prenions le bateau qui traverse la Tamise pour prendre le métro à Carnary Warf […] . Comptez une bonne demie heure pour se rendre à Londres. C'est bien vu la qualité de l’hôtel, son petit dej copieux et savoureux au bord de l'eau. Bonjour L'hôtel Hilton Docklands a grandement contribué à notre excellent séjour d'une semaine à Londres. Staff très courtois, petit déjeuner excellent, une vue magnifique et quel plaisir de retourner à la chambre tranquille après une journée de visite de la ville. Le shuttle est un must et très pratique ! je vous conseille ce super hotel !

Même s'il est mal plaçé et un peu défraichi, cet Hilton vous plaira à coup sûr tant l'originalité de sa thematisation, son personnel accueillant et son coin piscine/sauna/hammam vous plairont.
hte hotel was not up to the standards of the other hilton hotels i have stayed at. decor was very tired and in some places shabby.the only saving grace, was the view from our room. would not stay here again.
"Off the beaten track, but only a ferry trip away."
The hotel is situated across the river from Canary Wharf. There is a complementary ferry service which travels to and from the area every 15 minutes, and only takes about 2 mins. There is nothing much around the hotel itself apart from apartments, but as with anywhere in London, you are only a ferry trip or underground journey away from everywhere. […] The hotel is your typical 4 start Hilton, with a nice bar and decent enough rooms. If a good spa is important to you then this place won't cut it. The health club is a small/public one around the corner from the Hilton, with a small pool, a jacuzzi and a couple of sauna's. I didnt go in the gym, so can't comment on that. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull. So..... to sum it up: Nice hotel out of the hussle and bussle of the City, but don't expect it to blow your mind. The staff here were very pleasant and helpful, the car park is free and there's no congestion charge making it ideal to go into central London. The free ferry is vital however, without this service it would be difficult to get into London. on the down side the bathroom was a little outdated for a 4* and the grouting was missing in places. Over all the […] room was very large and we did have a view of the river and Canary Wharf. For a one or two night stay I would definitely recommend it. We didn't eat in the hotel as the cost was expensive but there was free fruit in reception to which we helped ourselves, this got us through until we found a much cheaper alternative. The hotel is perfect for visiting Canary Wharf and ideally placed for the O2 and the Olympic stadium about 2miles away) although there are a couple of rough areas to drive through to get to the hotel the area it's situated in is clean and modern. We chose this hotel for its quad rooms (often 4 adults sharing need 2 rooms). It was away from central sights but easy to get to the tube using the hotel's free river boat then a stroll to Canary Wharf station. Great location for Canary Wharf, very useful boat across the Thames. Breakfast has everything you could want, with great service.
If you are going to London and want to get to and from the city centre forget this hotel. It is a constant nightmare getting the ferry from the hotel to canary wharf and back there can be upto 20 minutes delays. On Sunday they do not run until 9am forcing me to pay 30 pounds for a taxi to the tube station. Very frustrating

Our visit was excellent in every possible way. We are looking forward to our next stay and would recommend this to anyone who wants to get away for a romantic weekend or just a weekend in general. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful. We will be back pretty soon. Our room was fab and the view from the balcony was beautiful at night.

We were a little disappointed with the washroom facilities in the hotel room and the beds were a little uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice and staff were friendly. We felt the hotel needs some refurbishment .

My wife, two daughters and I booked a family room just for one night. We were met by very polite reception staff who duly checked us in with no fuss or bother. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we had a large room with a river view. When we noticed there was insufficient bedding we called housekeeping and within 30 mins all was rectified. The […] breakfast was included and was served in a lovely setting - the food and choice was lovely. The only very slightly negative point with our say was that the bathroom looked a little tired but it's not a brand new hotel. All in all, a great experience and one that we will certainly repeat. I'm not sure I shoudl tell you how good this hotel is as I want to make sure there are rooms available when I go next time! Buffet breakfast is the best I have ever had, always stocked up from crossiants to full breakfast salmon, cakes, fresh fruit the and you get a flask of coffee or tea on your table. Service is superb and all the staff are attentive […] without being in your face and say good morning to you. Would suggest you get it with your room as its £18 a head! We had a martini and lemonade and a double rum at night and this cost £16 (ouch) lovely pub about 30 yards from the hotel, and if you are happy to walk 15-20 mins there is another pub hidden away called the Salt Quay where the food was excellent and good value. If may seem out of the way but at the price its well worth it. You can get the Hiltons own boat across to Canary Wharf and back free of charge. The O2 isn't far from there, about 3 stops ish. Closest tube is the Rotherhite overground, and this is a 25 minute walk but as i say if you cross on the boat to Canary wharf you can avoid this. very pleased, and at Hotels.com prices, even more so, thank you to the hotel! We stay at this Hilton at least once a year for a London weekend Break. This was the first time we used Hotel.com and had no problems with the booking. We had a room in the warehouse conversion part of the hotel and it was excellent and better than the new build rooms. If you can get a room in the 'old' section then go for it. Hilton Breakfasts are […] legendary and did not disappoint on either morning. They really do set you up for the day. One of the best things about this Hilton is the riverside patio. Even in October we could sit outside and watch the river and the towering buildings of Canary Wharf. We liked the free ferry service to Canary Wharf where we caught a Thames Clipper Service up-river to The Embankment. Excellent service. If you are 'surprised' by the Hilton Bar prices then there are 2 pubs within 150 metres of either side of the hotel offering better value. The area is genuinely quiet and feels safe. With the bus service that stops outside the hotel and its closeness to Canada Water & the Jubilee Line getting into the heart of London is simple on the tube as well as the river taxis and the tube service out of Canary Wharf. The Hilton at Rotherhithe offers a quality choice against the more Central London hotels. It certainly offers better value than say The Hilton at Green Park which is eye-wateringly over-priced. The Hilton Hotel was on the Thames opposite Canary Wharf, the staff where helpful and friendly, the hotel is in need of some long term work but overall it is clean, tidy and nice bar and reasonable prices and the weekend was good value. A pity that the DLR wasn’t working and it would be most advantageous if the hotel had a late night service for collection […] to get back to the hotel late from Canary Wharf (Mini Bus every 20 minutes?). Had a great stay here at the hilton riverside docklands. really nice inside, room/balcony smart and clean, good bar and staff friendly. great view over the thames of canary wharf. took 25 mins to get to the o2, pleasantly suprised by our hotel taxi as we were goin to see snoop dogg, and turned up to the o2 in style in a mercedes 4x4 with tinted windows!! I booked this hotel for a weekend away with 2 other people for a friends birthday. We had a fantastic time here & my friend really enjoyed her birthday, the hotel sent champagne to the Room & also decorated it with banners & balloons. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful i would Definently recommend this hotel.

Carpets were stained, could feel the springs in the mattress, overall not happy :(
It is is not centrally located. They have eliminated the shuttle bus which conviniently took guests to the nearest train station. The only way to the Underground is by taking a ferry and walking a substantial distance or by taking a bus. We had a great stay at this hotel. Conveniently located to bus and train stations. DLR also a great way to get around. Make sure that you get the breakfast package when you book with Hotels.com. It definitely is worthwhile. Will definitely stay there again whenever in London!

As much as we liked this hotel, we enjoyed the area - and the staff were wonderful, the advertised "Short Walk" from Canary Wharf tube station is very misleading. There are no signs to show which way to the pier to get the free ferry, and it took nearly 20 minutes to get to it, so if you are dragging a lot of luggage or are just off a long flight - […] be warned!
