Très bon hôtel...mais pour ce qui est des activités alentours ou ne serait-ce que pour avoir une carte des environs, vaut mieux se renseigner sur internet. Mis à part cela, c'est vraiment très bien.

Très bon hotel, chambres propres et bien équipées. A proximité du parc six flags et du stade des cow boys. On apprécie la piscine couverte et la salle de sport (même si elle est un peu laissée à l'abandon). Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner moins fourni que dans d'autres hotels, mais les gauffres en forme de Texas sont délicieuses.

Bon hôtel pour séjourner à Dallas. La gare se trouve juste en face ce qui est parfait pour prendre son train (il y a un couloir privatif pour rejoindre les quais). L'acceuil est très bon. L'état global de l'établissement est parfait. Le centre ville est très proche et facilement accessible à pied. Deux bémols cependant, le parking est payant mais il y a des voituriers. De plus, les soirs d'événements sportifs, le bar est bruyant. Mais cependant je garde un très bon souvenir de cet hotel de grand standing !
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

"Only one night"
We needed an overnight stay at a hotel near the juvenile courthouse for adoption finalization, so the location was great. Our only complaints involve noise level during the wee hours of the morning when neighbors down the hall were very loud, and our mattress smelled heavily of urine. One more complaint: nastiness around the bottom of furniture. But […] it worked for us for the expressed purpose of our needs. Not likely to stay here again since my wife is easily offended by dirty furniture & urine-smelling mattress. Reasonable price for nicer hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet (hashbrowns, eggs, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, fruit, pastries, and more - Note: Breakfast is $15 if not included with room ) The 5 person suite (2 beds and a pullout) was a little cramped but overall we had a good experience. Room came with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, […] balcony two flatscreen tvs, and generous bathroom. Highly recommended especially for events located at the Hilton Anatole convention center. We rested well, but the layout of the suite was cramped with the bed directly against the wall. The breakfast in restaurant was not complimentary and was way overpriced. $14 for fruit. Wished I had gone with Embassy Suites.Avis véridique Hotels.com

The indoor-outdoor pool is gorgeous and it opens at dawn -- then a fabulous breakfast buffet with grits, sausage and fresh fruit. This hotel is close to museums and the friendly staff helps you get oriented, On my next trip to Dallas, I will stay there again. BarbaraAvis véridique Hotels.com
"Weekend stay"
Family of four, stayed the weekend and enjoy very well. Breakfast was excellent included in the stay, in fact, everything I ordered was reasonable for the price. "Nice and Close to AAC"
Our check in was bittersweet. The first man to greet us was very friendly. Unfortunately, there was an error. A second man came to help. He never acknowledged us. At the beginning I had mentioned my Starwood card for points. I told him I had trouble activating it, and the nice man said he'd help me. During all the confusion, he forgot. So I mentioned […] it again. The rude man said "You can't use it since you booked through Expedia." He speaks?! I told him I'm aware of not recieving points for the booking, but what about for any in hotel spending? He says"Oh, you wanna do that?". Of course I do! I still don't know if it worked. The first man apologized and thanked us again, and off to our room we go. I chose this hotel because of the closeness to the American Airlines Center. Also, to accommodate friends. The room was perfect! Roomy and comfortable. Beds were cozy. It was just great for us and our friends to relax! Location is great for going to a game or concert. The room service was good. It was just a shame that we waited for awhile before they told us of being out of an item. But the server was friendly and the sandwich was tasty. The lobby and lounge area were elegant. We went to Dallas to see family and watch a hockey game. Unfortunately, I had gotten food poisoning two days before the trip and was still feeling sick while we were in Dallas. Hotel restaurant has a good breakfast buffet. However, we ate dinner in the restaurant the night before and it was hit and miss on the entrees. Overall, the service at the hotel was great and we will definitely stay there again! This is our 2nd time staying here. For the price you cannot beat the price and location near Uptown/Downtown Dallas. Since we have two toddlers, the suites with separate rooms are very important to keeping somewhat regular sleep patterns and less fussy kids on a weekend trip.
