Friendly welcome. Pleasant, commercial hotel in central location. Easy access (via metro) to Ahoy Stadium. Superb restaurant (Enoteca) just opposite.

It's reasonably priced. And comfortable.

Great stay in the Bilderberg, for the price of the room I was nicely surprised at the quality and standard of the hotel. Superb location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating with any requests.

Clean and comfortable room but very expensive for the size, lack of free wifi and breakfast exclusion. Although breakfast selection was varied and of good quality if your only eating cereal and a piece of toast or even a fully cooked breakfast it's not worth the extortionate charge. The hotel is centrally placed and there is good transport links to it. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Everyone speaks good English but I guess so does everyone else in Holland. Possibly my only negative remarks would be the cost of the food in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were very expensive with the dinner menu being very limited in choice. […] This food itself was good and prepared in a style that you'd expect from a top restaurant. So I would recommend not eating in the hotel but elsewhere in the city. We made decision to eat in the hotel due to time constraints, so I guess this was the trade off. We arrived before check-in time and the room was ready, except that the sheets and towels had not been changed. Reception was very apologetic and offered us another room. We were happy for the room to be made up while we went out, but on our return a few hours later the towels still had not been changed. On the up-side, I loved the hotel location, cleaniness, and friendly helpful manner of all staff. Leisure facilities excellent! On the down-side I found breakfast to be over priced but you are located locally enough to source breakfast elsewhere. A big disapointment for me was the fact that we had two single beds instead of a king or queen bed as […] anticipated> They were willing to change my room but the hotel was fully booked as I stayed during a public holiday. Last year (2010) I was in one of the rooms without an air-conditioned and it was hot, but I still liked the hotel then as well as now. This year I had an air-conditioned room and it was very nice with a view even. Other than the rooms without air condition, my biggest problem with the hotel was the high price for breakfast! I got a meal for two outside […] the hotel for less than what it cost for the in-house breakfast offered by the hotel. Not really sure why the price have to be that high, many guest that I have never meet before this trip seem to all think the same. Nevertheless, it is still one of my favorite hotels in the area, and unless something really changes my mind, I will be back here the next time I visit Rotterdam. Lisez la suite

We chose the Bilderberg because we were happy with a previous stay a few years ago and because the hotel offered air conditioned rooms. However, when we returned to our room after an evening out (and a 10-hour flight from the West Coast), we found that the air conditioning didn't work. Someone came up to look at it and said to give it another 15 minutes […] or so. When there was still no air conditioning, they offered to change our room--but by now it was nearly 10 p.m. and we didn't feel that that was a good option. In the morning, the manager on duty said that he could do nothing, since we had booked through hotels.com, but he gave us the general manager's name and said we would be hearing from him. Now we're home, three weeks later, and there's been no word from the g.m. or anyone else. Aside from the above problem, the hotel is comfortable and well located. Lisez la suite

Hotel was nice, but comforter was much too warm and there were no light sheets or spare lighter blankets in the room. WiFi was extremely expensive.

Lovely hotel if travelling on business in area. large comfortable rooms.Overall excellent service from recption & breakfast staff. Service in lounge bar was slow and both nights of my stay had to ask to be served and for food menus both nights. Also health club is a let down, as you have to ask to use it, and sauna/tseamroom was not hot

A nice hotel with excellent location. Pity the iInternet is too expensive (17 Euro per day) and breakfast too (23 Euro a day)

Deluxe rooms are the best value in this hotel, no need for executive. Garden rooms should be fine for the winter but not for summer as there is no AC in the rooms. My two main complaints are that the water pressure is low in the showers and the breakfast is too expensive for the selections on offer.

Very friendly and efficient staff always make a stay at this hotel a great pleasure. The rooms are generally very well fitted, clean and well maintained. The layout of the structure is quirky as a result of it's development over many decades but in some ways that adds to the charm of a stay here.

Eneste grunn til at jeg ikke vil anbefale hotellet er at de ikke har gratis Wifi, ca. 10 euro døgnet for en litt treg forbindelse er unødvendig. Dette må hotellet gjøre noe med! Merket meg flere gjester som klaget på dette.

Je hebt het nieuwe luxe gedeelte, de toren, ie +/- 15 jaar geleden aan het gebouw is geplak is. Erg mooi gedaan en hierin bevinden zich de luxe kamers! Dan heb je de begane grond/ het oude ( Vila) gedeelte waar de goedkopere kamers zich bevinden. De villa/ hotelkamers is uit 1922 en dat zie je en merk je. Kamers zijn redelijk maar op Bepaalde vlakken […] slecht onderhouden en niet meer van/deze tijd. Dat is jammer voor een hotel met zoveel allure. Verschil met de luxe torenkamers is te groot! 滞在時間が短かったものの、目的の美術館に近かったことが幸いでした。スタッフも親切でした。

Väldigt centralt hotel, där vi hade max 10 min gångavstånd till Centralstationen. Även centrum för shopping ligger i nära avstånd. Hotell rummen är rena och fina. Hade dock lite otur med att det var vägarbete på morgonen som kunde höras genom fönstren. Men det störde oss mindre eftersom man var ute ganska tidigt ändå.

Das Hotel ist gut zu finden und wunderbar zentral gelegen. Der Empfang war etwas unfreundlich und das Zimmer schwer zu finden, da das Hotel sehr verwinkelt ist, mit vielen kleinen Zwischentreppen und Zwischenetagen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Im unmittelbaren Stadtzentrum gelegen, ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Service gut und nett. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ebenfalls einwandfrei.

Kätevä ja rauhallinen sijainti aivan ydinkeskustan laidalla. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Suosittelen.

kamer niet gemakkelijk te bereiken (trapje op en trapje op, geen lift voor 1 etage oude gedeelte. receptie ok , verkeerde inlichting ivm parkeren (telefonisch doorgekregen , was gratis ,bij vertrek 17.50 € uiteraard niet betaald) geen kussensloop om 1 kussen , geen douchekapje , 1 matras super slecht zacht en doorgezakt ) na 5 keer te hebben overnacht […] komen wij niet meer terug Lisez la suite

Fint hotel til én overnatning i Rotterdam. Tæt på spisesteder mm.

Toilettet var ikke særlig 'hotel-agtigt', det lignede mest et toilet/badeværelse, der kunne være på et hospital, derudover var der edderkopper i badekarret, og det er simpelthen for klamt.

Wunderschönes Hotel direkt bei der Shopping Area. Hotel hat eine kleine Terasse - perfekt um zu Frühstücken an einem sonnigen Morgen. Zimmer sind grosszügig und sehr sauber.

Bell'albergo,purtroppo i servizi assolutamente inadeguati:pulizia in camera superficiale,asciugamani in numero insufficiente,visto che eravamo in due persone;prodotti per il bagno insufficienti;il tutto fatto presente in reception,ma ogni giorno si ripresentava il problema.Un vero peccato perchè l'hotel è ben situato,ha una bella struttura,ma i servizi […] evidentemente non sono all'altezza della categoria a cui appartiene l'hotel. Very lovely hotel and its central placement made it very easy to reach everything, even on foot or taking a bike. Rooms were nice and clean, staff helpful and excellent view. Only had 2 complaints, one was the A/C being very noisy and the other was the shower water constantely fluxing in heat.

Fint hotel centralt i Rotterdam med gå afstand til det meste. Morgenmaden på hotellet er ikke de 23 Euro værd. Find en cafe i nærheden. Dejligt og roligt område.

das hotel ist in summe ok, die zimmer sind ansprechend und nicht zu klein, auch das dazugehörige restaurant kann man empfehlen. was nicht ok ist, sind kleinigkeiten, mit denen versucht wird, geld zu machen: will man zum bsp seinen flug online einchecken und die boarding card ausdrucken, so kann man das nicht am eingenen laptop machen sondern muss sich […] im erdgeschoss in einen der zwei mit den druckern verbundenen rechnern einloggen, von dort aus die boarding card aufrufen und dann ausdruckn (usb stick funktioniert auch nicht) - klingt halb so schlimm, ist aber ärgerlich wenn die entsprechenden zwei rechner extrem langsam sind (allein der boot dauert 1 min) und im hintergrund pro minute verrechnet wird... Great stay at the Bilderberg! The hotel room was very big (we had a standard twin "garden view"read : parking view) as well as beautiful renovated large bathrom. Note that the windows for this kind of discounted twin rooms are not well isolated (simple glas) - we don't know for the other rooms facing the street - but the outside noise was still OK to […] have since it was parking oriented. Public transportation in front, hotel has a parking spot available behind (18 EUR for 24 hours) but limited quantity of places. Museumpark parking closeby or possible to park in the straat if places free ($$). Easy access to restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the main city center is 10 min., To the old harbour 20 minutes. Tip: close to the old harbour, on saturday morning there is a big food market with REAL market prices. We would recommend this hotel to our friends, but only if the room rate is discounted. Lisez la suite

das Bilderberg-Parkhotel sieht von aussen unscheinbar aus. Es ist aber ein modernes, sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr kompetentem und freundlichem Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ideale Lage, nahe zum Bahnhof und Kongresszentrum. Viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Hotelli on hieman rapistunut eikä ehkä enää aivan 4 tähden arvoinen. Sijanti on kuitenkin hyvä ja se on kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta. Suosittelen.

Whe found the hotel qlean and the staff professional. However the hotel seemed quite focused on business travellers so as "normal" tourists we felt a bit like outsiders in the hotel.

Det var et veldig bra hotel med god service og bra standar. Det eneste negative var at paa nettsiden sto det Inkludert internett, og det viste seg ikke riktig. Internett var dyrt og det var bare mulig med 24 timer. Fra nettsidene gaar det ikke an aa bestille med frokost, og skulle vi spise frokost paa hotellet ble dette meget dyrt. Betjeningen var veldig […] vennlig og serviceinnstilte. De hadde god oversikt over atraksjoner og begivenheter. Hotellet laa slik til at en lett kunne spasere til pannekakebaaten, Zooen og markedet. Pro: Sehr netter Service, Frühstück OK. Contra: Alte & abgenutzte Ausstattung der viel zu kleinen Zimmer, keineswegs 5-Sterne-Standard! Angeblich gibt es auch bessere Räume, aber ich war jetzt schon 2x in absolut furchtbaren Zimmern untergebracht. Richtig sauber war es auch nicht, z.B. lag in meinem Bad eine gebrauchte Rasierklinge auf dem Boden. Wie […] kann man so etwas übersehen? Lisez la suite
