Chaine d'hotel de bord d'autoroute. Par contre, facile d'acces en voiture. Centre ville de San Diego accessible a moins de 10 minutes. Old Town a proximité. Petit déjeuner a améliorer!

L'hôtel est bien situé (près des axes routiers) mais il faut avoir une voiture pour circuler de l'hôtel au centre-ville car le trajet en autobus peut s'avérer long. The service was the best thing of this hotel. WiFi was terrible. There was not a waffle maker as it says on their page of continental breakfast options. They don't even have one. Mold in the shower. Had to fix the shower head just to take a shower. I would never stay here again. Even if it was the last hotel in San Diego.

This place was horrible! First of all, it's on a steep incline and they have horrible parking and access, especially if you're driving anything larger than a mini cooper. Then the rooms are basically trashed... Doors don't shut completely, the lock in our room was broken off like someone had pushed through the door to force it open. When we asked for […] a different, more secure room all the had available was a single, smoking room. Really outdated tv, furnishings, and overall needs remodeling. Breakfast is basically coffee with powdered creamer and cheap, dry pastries. Our room did have a coffee maker, but no coffee was left in the room. I would definitely spend a little more for a nicer hotel nearby, or the Howard Johnson that is a few miles away, it looked much better from the outside. Lisez la suite

I Quite Enjoyed My Stay at the Howard Johnson to Be Honest, it wasn't a Five Star Hotel But you Get what you Pay For and i'm perefectly Fine with that. I Hear alot of People complaining about it being to Close to The Freeway that it's To Loud well let me tell you, there were other Hotels a little More Expensive in the Same Area that have the Same Situation, […] It actually didn't Bother Me at All And My Room was Facing the Freeway. I Really Liked the Staff they were Really Nice, the Staff working in the Lobby were so Welcoming from the Day i Arrived to the Day i Left, the Room Service Lady's were Nice. The Room was Kept Quite Cleaned. It's Real Close about 20mints to The San Diego Zoo, Sea World ,Hillcrest the Gay Neighborhood, the Old Town and also plenty of Restaurants. I only stayed for two nights. The continental breakfast was nothing more than coffee and a few muffins & Danishes. The bathtub didn't seem all that clean. Room was disgusting. Room was not cleaned before we checked in. Clump of Hair on shower wall, blood stains on carpet, big gap of space around door, sun light showed through. Hotel staff not useful at all. Our hotel key cards were deactivated every day of our 4 day stay. Which was a huge hassle. Tub didn't have a water stopper. Elevator was broke down, […] room service never brought pillows that were requested. Refrigerator didn't completely cool food. Took 3 hours for one set of towels to be dropped off. I feel they were not accomadating. We booked hotel for MCRD Graduation, so it was close. My husband doesn't do stairs well. Their elavator was not working. we arrived sooner than expected, gave us a room on 2nd floor, but said we would have to check out and come back for the room we booked online. Then we came back for 2nd day the room was on 4th floor. […] She said well I can give you same room you had last night if you want....poor management. We were not pleased. Though the location is ideal, this hotel is not what it once was. Having stayed here many times, the service seems to be going downhill. The room did not have any towels and when the room was made up, it looked like perhaps the bed was made and that was it. The elevator was broken during our visit. We had a fourth floor room. We got a bit of exercise. The building is situated on a hillside. The doors face out. The pathways around the building is a bit narrow. It does not lend itself to confidence. The rooms closest to the street are subject to lot of road noise from the adjacent interstate. You'll need […] to run the A/C for white noise. I did manage to get a decent night's sleep as the mattress was good. The staff was pleasant. Elevator was down all the time we were there and my mother had just had knee surgery. Continental breakfast was average except two days they were out of coffee. Pillows were awful - seemed like they were pulled-apart foam. They were wrapped in a king size pillowcase. Won't stay again.

This hotel looks like it might be rented by the hour ..upon arrival my room appeared to not have been changed found long hair on my sheets .. No room service to change linens or get fresh towels the next morning .. They said I had to wait till they could get some more towels out if the dryer and would return in 30-45 min .. Which they returned after […] two hours with two towels .. Offered to give me a towel mat to use as a towel until they could get some :( also cigarette butts all over the outside hallway of the non smoking rooms.. Staff rude and unprofessional .. The door to my room would not close all the way leaving a huge crack In my door way Everything very very dirty .. Elevator permit 6 months expired .. Stayed at the hotel for business so was basically looking for clean, quiet and safe. The hotel is good for two out of three. It is definietly not quiet. There was the traffic noise day and night very loud in the room. I have stayed at several hotels on Hotel Cir S and never had this problem so it is definitely the hotel. Their customer service sucked because we put the do not disturb sign on our door n they still disturbed us. Their breakfast sucked because they didn't refill the crousants n bread when it was getting low. The front desk seemed like they had no customer service ecperience at all whatsoever. We requested a week ahead for all our 3 rooms to be next to […] each other but when we got there they said the request was not done so our rooms were all separated. The beds were not comfortable. The sheets and pillows were very thin. The wooden mirrors were old. The building was completely lobsided. The walkway to the rooms were lobsided. The pool n hot tub were very dirty. The hot tub was green!!!! We asked them to please clean it on a Monday and they said they already cleaned it on Friday!!!! Yuck! The pools had stains all around the edges of the water level inside the pools. I don't know what else to say... I can go on and on and on about this place... worst hotel ever. Dirty rooms, carpets not even vacuumed well. Sheets had holes comforters we yuck (we take them off no matter the hotel but these were yuck) ceiling in bathroom had a big bubble in it like it would cave in at any point. I was assigned to the 4th floor, for 3 days the elevator was out of order, hence, I have to carry my heavy luggage down the stairs on my final day.

We went to this hotel for three days. First room had issues with A/C, plus the elevator was broken. Does not help that you are handicap and cant have a first floor room. Moved to another room where there was caution tape saying wet paint but there was no wet paint but a broken railing where someone could fall from second floor especially with children. […] Then there is a piece of paper that is folded saying do not lean on railing on the break Staff did not ask about stay or thank you for coming and to please come again.
