Les atouts de l'hotel: un emplacement parfait pour du tourisme, juste à côté de la gare Termini, chambre assez spacieuse et terrasse sur le toit de l'hotel. Les déceptions: le jaccuzzi n'est pas en service même quand il fait 27°C et est minuscule (2 pers maxi), le service bar à la terrasse est décevant (aucun choix et très cher pour ce que c'est). Pour Rome, bon rapport qualité prix même si pour un 4 étoiles, on pourrait attendre plus (c'est davantage un 3 étoiles)

Le séjour a été très agréable, pour des chambres modernes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, et le personnel très serviable. L'hotel est bien situé à proximité du métro.

L'hotel est plutot bien place a cote de Termini et a proximite du metro A et B, donc access direct au Colisé ou au Vatican. L'hotel n'est pas de premiere jeunesse mais reste confortable. Les chambres ne sont pas tres grandes mais restent habitables. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage car trop tot dans la saison. Niveau bruit ca reste acceptable, la rue n'est pas trop passante. Le petit dejeuner est de moyen, le cafe n'est pas tres italien mais ca reste acceptable. Pour le prix de la chambre, ca reste une bonne adresse.

Nous gardons une très bonne impression de ce séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. L'hotel est bien placé, pas très loin du centre ville et des transports en commun. Cadre très agréable.

Séjour avril 2012 avec bébé de 1,5 ans (suite avec 1 chambre). Chambre propre et confortable, design intéressant. Hôtel et quartier très calmes, chambres en retrait de la rue et jardin très agréable à l'ombre des arbres. Chambre assez sombre, qui nécessitait d'allumer la lumière même le jour, donc plutôt un hôtel pour un séjour estival. Wifi gratuit, mais connexion assez lente. Petit déjeuner très bon, même si l'on peut regretter le manque de plats chauds. Quelques améliorations possibles: le personnel ne nous a parlé que du métro, à 10-15min de marche, alors qu'il existe d'autres solutions notamment le bus 628 au coin de la rue qui dessert plusieurs points touristiques très intéressants. De manière générale le personnel offre peu d'informations touristiques. L'emplacement n'est pas le plus central, mais c'est le prix à payer pour le calme. Prévoir entre 1/2h et 1h de temps d'approche total pour le centre touristique. Attention cet hôtel est catégorisé comme appart hôtel mais nous l'avons trouvé plutôt mal adapté à cet usage: pas de four ou de micro-onde, très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, meubles pas toujours pratiques, etc. C'est une cuisine d'appoint pour des clients qui mangeront la plupart de leurs repas en ville. C'est pourquoi nous ne le recommandons pas forcément pour des familles, même si les enfants seront très bien reçus et que le personnel est très sympathique, attentif et serviable. Globalement l'impression générale reste très positive et agréable.

Gare centrale de Rome arborant une impressionnante architecture moderne, Termini est le point d'entrée dans la ville à partir de l'aéroport de Fiumicino. Entre la gare et l'élégante Via Veneto, vous trouverez plusieurs sites d'intérêt. Le Palazzo Barberini est un superbe palais baroque, les Thermes de Dioclétien (Terme di Diocleziano) étaient jadis le plus grand complexe thermal de la ville et l'église Santa Maria della Concezione mérite une visite pour sa crypte des Capucins.

Service petit déjeuner catastrophique. Minuscule salle. Les tables n'étaient pas débarrassées après le départ des clients et le personnel empilait la vaisselle sale sur une table à côté des clients prenant leur petit-déjeuner. Un sac pouvelle était en permanence accroché à l'une des chaises à côté des clients.

Accueil sympa. Hôtel propre. Attention : les chambres ne sont pas toutes pareilles et grande différence entre elles. Celle de nos enfants était vraiment toute petite avec salle d'eau & petite douche, la nôtre était de très bonne taille, avec salle de bain & baignoire. Bon confort, malgré des odeurs de tuyauterie dans la salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner […] continental servi de 7h à 10h. Par contre, bruit incessant de la rue et des nombreuses balayeuses qu nettoient cette rue !! Proximité de la gare Termini, mais quand même loin du centre historique et des points de vue intéressants. Accueil et traitement de la clientèle deplorables. Petit déjeuner très basique et de mauvaise qualité. Le + grave étant le paiement complet exigé à l'avance, ce qui explique sans doute que le personnel ne se sente soumis à aucune obligation de qualité de service et de satisfaction client.

"Awesome Location, but a few issues"
Hotel was very close to the Termini Train Station which was very convenient since we had some heavy luggage. The concierge at the front desk when we first got there was very helpful. He gave us maps and highlighting the metro and bus routes. He also circled some popular restaurant and nightlife areas. However, we never saw that concierge again and the […] other ones were no were near as helpful. One gave us info on the wrong bus line and we had to backtrack quite a bit. Another was pretty rude when we asked him any questions. Also, the breakfast in the morning could use some work. The cereal was plain and the milk was warm. There was some pastries but they looked like they had been there from the week before. Not a great breakfast. The room was a little small, but very clean and the cleaning staff did a very good job while we were out, even refreshing our towels. All in all, I would stay here again and would recommend it to others, but would advise not to expect a decent breakfast or the front desk staff to be as helpful as they should. Lisez la suite

Hotel is clean and friendly in great location near by termini station. And yes, the breakfast is sweet, but that is how Italians start the day: cappuccino and cornetto and that is it. Building is old meaning the corridors and rooms are small, not suitable for people with disabilities. Staff very helpful.

The best thing about this place is the staff being very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean - though the water was not the warmest in the showers. The hotel being close to the central station eases transportation. To be honest, I did not discover the bus routes and schedules, but you do have to walk long distances in the central part of […] the city to go the popular landmarks. The metro doesn't go to that area, so be ready to walk long distances within the city. In that sense, The Termini is not the best option. But it's got everything you need in good standards, thinking of the prices. The only downside of the hotel was that the room was cold in the evenings. But, in conclusion, I'd reccomend this place. "Good location but everything else is average"
Nice location, close to the Termini Station (train/subway/bus main stop at Rome). Besides that, nothing else stands out. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful. Breakfast was really basic and we have a problem with the bathroom (the toilet would sometimes not flush) that was never solved.

just stayed at Hotel Terminal last weekend, reserved three rooms for a total of seven people. The Location is great, its two blocks away from the Termini Station. one of the three rooms, a double, was the smallest room I have stayed in. It had a full sized bed, and there was about 2/3 feet of space between the bed and walls. The showers were pretty […] bad. shower head in one of the rooms was broken. oh, and the shampoo bottles left in the room were half-filled, in all three rooms...which we thought was gross. The sheets were stained, but not so dirty. In the triple room, the King sized bed was broken, the frame kept falling apart overnight. Breakfast was ok: just croissants, toast, cereal, jams, coffee/cappuccino machine and juice...Overall, this was the worst hotel I have stayed at, but given the price, and when your on a budget, its ok... staff allowed us to leave our bags in their storage after check out. Staff was awful, unfriendly and not the slightest bit helpful. Lots of other hotels right there, and should have picked a different one. Not worth it at all. Go somewhere else.

Where to begin...I booked a stay here for five days. There were a couple of people who worked there, who were fine. But there were others who were so outrageously rude, I would not stay here again and I would recommend you look elsewhere. I arrived a day late and the first "manager" led me to believe I would lose my entire payment, and made me pay again, […] at the hotel's much higher rate. I wouldn't have done it, except I was very tired. He didn't have to be so rude...it ruined my night. And my main other complaint is the hotel is VERY strict about not letting ANYONE up to your room, if they are not registered to the room. That's ridiculous. I can even be ok with them making guests leave their ID documents at the front desk (although I can't recall ever staying at another hotel that required this). But on my last night, a friend came over and I cajoled them to let him come up. But they came knocking at my door to tell me he had to leave. ??! I had paid for two people to stay there, and it was just him and me. Outrageous, and made me angry (I'm really quite reasonable). There are a million hotels in this area. "Basic cheap hotel"
Very inexpensive hotel. Worth staying if you just want a place to clean up and sleep. Clean rooms, free local calls and free continental breakfast. Noisy room but I think that's common for most of the hotels in the area. Stayed in late Nov so A/C wasn't an issue. Being on the fifth floor, it took about two minutes for the water to warm up. poor water pressure, hard to get hot water, safe was broken but they did fix it, maid left my door unlocked twice, and I told the desk and that I did not want her back the next day, but she came anyway - at least she locked the door this time. it was clean and the location was good.

Things seem nice and simple but, there is mold/mildew very evident in hallway and room. Location is close to train station but in the middle of an immigrant neighborhood. Extremely loud and bed is hard as a rock but bathrooms are nice. Breakfast was awful. Hard toast, rolls, and stake cereal. If its all u can afford, it's not gross but not great. Nice people. Great location. Had difficulty with hand held shower head. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. City was loud, glad I had my ear plugs. Elevator was tiny. For the price I would stay there again.

If your new to Rome this is the place to be as your near the Termini, which is the Main Train Station and Bus Depot. No matter where you Rome or should I say roam, you can always find your way back-in English. I suggest to Wander out and eat in the outer surroundings, which host many fine restaurants alot cheaper than those near St. Peters or the Colosseum. very convenient for Termini train station - short walking distance (even with luggage). Clean quiet room. AC wasn't working the first night - but they fixed it during the day. Basic continental breakfast, but sufficient. No parking, but we were lucky to find street parking overnight for free (have to feed a meter after 8am - 1euro/hour)

"Worth the Say, but wouldn't go again"
The Hotel was OK. It was not a bad experience, but if i were to do the trip again, I would find somewhere else. A few notes. You get a key to your room, but have to turn it in every time you leave the hotel. That means you have to interact with the hotel staff multiple time a day. The bathroom was fine, but the shower was 2 feet by 2 feet square. […] Needless to say, it was a bit tight. If you are choosing the hotel for breakfast, go elsewhere. The breakfast was minimal. 2 types of cereal, three types of bread, a pastry and some jam. As for drinks there was a coffee machine and orange and lemon tang. The neighborhood was decent, but it was in the middle of China town. If you are going to Rome, expect to do a lot of walking, but do not expect this hotel to be central located. It was a 30 min walk to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps. I would not consider the Vatican walkable distance. On the plus side, the hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Hotel Terminal was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect- really handy for main train station and therefore any metro stop in Rome. There are also plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but did the job. The internet connection was v slow so I would recommend using a local internet cafe […] if you need internet. Bra läge på hotellet, väldigt nära centralstationen. Väldigt små rum, gick inte att fälla upp resväskan på golvet. Stopp i duschen. Frukosten var väldigt dålig, croissanter med kristyr och rostade mackor. Fanns nespresso kaffe man fick betala 1,5€ för... Dessutom luktade det avlopp ganska ofta och speciellt i frukostrummet. Stanza piccola rispetto alle foto del sito, bagno (WC) che perdeva acqua, polvere sotto il letto e in particolare nella zona del mobiletto della tv...insonorizzazione serramenti e pareti inesistente...che dire non ci ritornerò di sicuro!!!

El hotel y las habitaciones son las mismas que aparecen en la página de internet, quizas nuestra habitación fue pequeña para tres personas pero estuvo bien. La atención de Giorgio en la conserjería fue genial, además de su amabilidad nos sugirió donde comer muy bien y a buen precio. El desayuno fue razonable, lo único desagradable al horario del desayuno […] fue la presencia de la encargada del desayuno (supongo) una persona muy maleducada que te hacia sentir que estabas molestando, el resto del personal muy correcto. En mi opinión es una excelente relación precio-calidad, lo esencial muy bueno y el resto no desentona. Un lugar para volver.. Lisez la suite

"3 estrellas de baja calidad!"
Nuestra habitacion, la nº 206, tenía algunas deficiencias, pero siendo conscientes de ellas, el precio puede merecer la pena. Resumo los principales puntos negativos q hemos visto: 1.- Baño antiguo y no excesivamente limpio 2.- TV sin señal para sintonizar canales, por lo q parecía un mueble más. O sea, inservible 3.- Las ventanas no aislaban nada, […] ni frío ni ruido. Por lo q a las 7am cuando empezaba el movimiento en la calle....os podeis imaginar. Te despiertas y no puedes dormir más tiempo. 4.- La wifi.....funcionaba perfectamente, pero claro, pagando 3 €/hora. Una pena viendo todos los hoteles de alrededor q ponía q era gratis. 5.- El desayuno, no estaba mal. Limitado, pero se podía comer. Maquina de cafe, chocolates, tes...etc y bollería fresca con tostadas, pan, mermelada y mantequilla, junto con 2 botellas de zumos (no natural). El personal es bastante amable y simpático, y el recepcionista muy agradable y te explica cualquier necesidad turística q tengas. Es de agradecer y muy útil. En general, el precio/calidad del hotel no está mal para la ubicación buena q tiene + el desayuno + la habitación. "Paljon nähtävyyksiä kävelyetäisyydellä"
Sijainti rauhallisella kadulla lähellä asemaa ja monia nähtävyyksiä. Iso miinus aamiaisesta; ruokailutila erittäin pieni, aamiainen vain aamukahvi sekä muutamaa sorttia makeita (croissant, wiineri, makea sämpylä, marmeladit). Siistit mutta vaatimattomasti sisustetut huoneet. En suosittelisi lapsiperheille - aikuisille ok.
