Hotel très agréable et confortable, idéal de part sa proximité avec l'aéroport de Miami.

Vieil hotel mal entretenu, nombreux éléments qui fonctionnent mal. Propreté "limite" ! Valable pour un stop d'une nuit, j'étais en transit.

Nous avons passe une nuit dans cet hotel tres correct et proche de l aeroport avec navette gratuite. A environ 15 MINUTES du centre ville et des plages. Attention de ne pas oublier votre GPS pour visiter la ville surtout pour les personnes ne connaissant pas les USA. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre escale à cet hotel, avec un service de qualité, la navette gratuite toutes les 1/2h pour l'aéroport, son buffet de petit déjeuner ouvert dès 6h30. Les chambres sont spacieuses, l'insonorisation bonne, l'accueil aimable, à conseiller !

Nous avons passé une nuit seulement à cet hôtel : nous l'avions choisi pour sa proximité de l'aéroport international de Miami car nous devions reprendre l'avion tôt le lendemain matin. L'hôtel était très ordinaire. Les ascenseurs étaient vieux et branlants, la décoration insignifiante, les tapis un peu usés et la peinture défraîchie. La chambre était […] propre et la salle de bain très grande. La climatisation était très bruyante et le confort des lits très ordinaire. Le service était nonchalant et peu empressé. Le déjeuner buffet était correct, sans plus, et la salle à manger quelconque. Il n'y a pas de piscine et les environs sont moches. C'est le genre d'hôtel où l'on passe rapidement. Le service de navette entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport est gratuit, mais il faut le réserver d'avance, tant à l'aller qu'au retour. Nous l'avons attendu longtemps à l'aéroport et nous n'avons pu prendre le premier transfert car le véhicule était trop petit pour les passagers qui étaient présents. Il y a à proximité de cet hôtel un autre Holliday Inn (pas Express) qui était beaucoup plus beau et agréable, avec un personnel plus accueillant. Nous nous y sommes rendus en premier car nous pensions qu'il s'agissait de notre hôtel. Comme il est aussi près de l'aéroport que l'autre, il nous est finalement apparu un bien meilleur choix. Correspond exactement à ce que l'on attend de ce type d'hôtel. Chambre confortable et propre, navette gratuite pour l'aéroport toutes les 1/2 heures. Bref, idéal pour passer une nuit avant ou après avoir pris l'avion.

Room was nice, and clean. Staff was friendly. I-hop was right next door, so we didn't need to get a cab to go eat. The shuttle was a little confusing though, because there are 3 different holiday inns in the area that have shuttles going through the airport. But it was free, and they were friendly.

The hotel and staff were fine- no complaints. The airport shuttle service was good- runs every 1/2 hr, 24 hrs/day. Make sure you clarify "Miami Springs" Holiday Inn Express with the shuttle driver when boarding at the airport. There are several Holiday Inns in the area. There's an I-Hop next door and a sports bar that serves good dinners one block away. […] The sports bar is low-key- not loud and obnoxious. These, plus a McDonalds, are your local dining choices within walking distance. It seemed safe enough to walk to these, but this doesn't appear to be a neighborhood you'd want to go exploring on foot in. Very friendly and helpful staff,rooms were very clean.

This hotel is in great need of an extensive remodel. This place feels "cheap" and the neighborhood is not worth walking in without always looking behind your back. Overall, I will not be choosing this location ever again.

Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean. Waited 40 minutes at the airport for the shuttle. Never showed. Finally took a taxi. Shuttle service the following morning back to the airport was late. Driver walked past everyone waiting for the shuttle and did not identify himself at the driver. Did not return until I inquired again at the front desk about […] getting a ride to the airport. This hotel is perfect if you need to crash and not be concerned with your hotel surroundings. If your on your way to, or from somewhere that is your destination and don't want to spend money on 4-5 star. Late arrival to Miami International ? On your way to SoBe or downtown Miami ? Then stay here, wake up and get your but to the beach tomorrow.

Nice front desk staff Some general and specific maintenance issues i.e. very old slow elevator, close button needs to be pushed also for door to close Would be wonderful to have a swimming pool

A really clean room close to the airport with lots of space. Huge bathroom. Prompt Airport shuttle. Very friendly staff. IHop next door. I would stay here again for the one night we need before or after cruise.

When we arrived from Colombia a few hours before check-in, I was extremely ill. The hotel management managed to get my husband and I into a room early. It was very much appreciated.

I requested a non-smoking room and was told that it was a non smoking room. Upon arrival the room smelled like smoke. The other hotel guests were up until 2am making noise in the hall and banging on doors. One man was cursing at a woman. Then the bath tub was clogged and the water would not drain. I chose this hotel because my other experiences with […] Holiday Inn Express have been good. This was an awful experience and I won't return nor will I recommed this hotel to anyone else. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. We needed a room close to airport with and shuttle and this was very nice. Only dis-advantage was the location as far as restaurants close by. We did eat at one next door that had good food, but was a bar if that is not what you want.

We stayed at this hotel one night before a cruise. It was perfect! They provided a shuttle to and from the airport, and a nice light breakfast in the morning. The room was fine. Only a couple of choices for eating nearby - a noisy bar and and IHOP, but otherwise, it met our expectations.

THIS HOTEL IS GOOD FOR ONE NIGHT STAYS CLOSE TO MIAMI AIR PORT& EASEY TO GET TO THE CRUISE PORT.

Clean room, although dated, helpful staff, convenient transportation to and from airport and port of Miami. Not sure how the price compares to comparable hotels but overall it worked well for me.

When i arrived in miami i had to wait for an hour and a half for the shuttle. There are five other holiday inn shuttles. When i was dropped off at the airport the next day the shuttle driver dropped me off at the beginning of the airport. We didn't mind our overnight stay here before going on a cruise but or experience with the shuttle was atrocious. We waited an hour and a half at arrivals until almost 1 a.m. despite calling the hotel three times. The next morning we told the driver we were taking the TriRail and he dropped had of at a terrible location at the airport. An employee at […] the departures area said he should have dropped us off right at the train station as its on the way or at the very least at the shuffle area at the airport. He got quite mad at the thought of the driver doing us off in such an inconvenient location with for suitcases. We were not happy to say the least but the airport staff were nice enough to help us. Be aware there are several holiday inn and HIEs near the airport but the shuttle for one doesn't take you to another one...they are not connected. Lisez la suite

We stayed here one night after a long flight, and the hotel was very goog for this purpose. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the night was very quiet. The breakfast wasn't special, but at least we got our stomachs filled before our ride to our next destination. It could be that I gave this hotel stellar ratings because I was returning from 3 weeks in a 3rd world country, but it WAS clean and comfortable. But equally important (and not to be assumed), they were quick with the shuttle when I arrived at midnight and had my keys waiting for me (I had a prepaid reservation) when I got in -- no signing papers and […] fumbling for IDs. Good hotel. Took a long time for them to find a crib for us. Pool is further away then expected. IHOP next door - very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay for the price. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I would only recommend staying at this Hotel if it is only for one night. There is really nothing within walking distance and no place to sit at the hotel. The street is a high traffic area and you can hear the planes all the time. We were told we would get a king room and did not get that because they save those Ploits.

It was a little inconvienent that I could not leave my luggage at the hotel between checkout and my late evening flight. I was told to take it tot eh airport and check it in there, but that meant I had to drop my bags off in the AM then head out to Miami.

I waited half an hour at the Airport for the Hotel Shuttle Bus before I phoned the Hotel and was told it was on the way. A further half hour passed and I phoned again and was again told it was on the way. After a total wait of an hour and a half I got a cab. During this time I saw buses from many other hotels passing several times. When I complained […] to the receptionist she said she had just come on duty and would find out what had happened. I never heard anything and mentioned it to a man on the desk in the morning who made no comment at all. I had no complaints about the room except that the door seemed insecure. There was an extra catch on the door but evidence of a number of holes in the door and the frame made it appear that the door catch had been moved or changed several times. I was travelling alone and did not sleep well because I was worried about the security. The shuttle bus arrived promptly for my return to the airport at 4.30am but had the names of 2 hotels on it, neither of which I was staying in. Fairly close to the airport which is what I wanted. Appreciated availability of 24/7 airport transfer - worked well for me. Quick and easy check-in/check-out. Great service at reception. Vending machine was out of water - reception happily provided an adequate supply. B/fast OK. Hotel OK for a short visit.

The hotel itself wasn't bad at all. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The location itself wasn't that great though. Only an IHOP across the street. But we were just there for one night before a cruise so it was ok. Also enjoyed the complementary bus to and from the airport.

The hotel was clean and the staff very nice. The airport shuttle takes about 15 minutes but runs 24 hours a day every 1/2 hour except at night every 1 hour. FYI the Comfort Inn shuttle will also drop you off at Holiday Inn Express so you don't have to wait as long if you see one first. I arrived late at night and there was no parking other than the dark side of the hotel but the security gaurd was nice enough to escort me to and from the parking place. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is a bit old and the elevator seems to be made of particle board and smells weird. Rooms were comfortable and enough and clean. Also close to airport […] . Lisez la suite

hotel was ok for the price - for a short stay. We had trouble connecting with their airport shuttle - mostly because Miami airport is a nightmare. we will flly in and out of Ft. Lauderdale if we go that way again. Front desk was understaffed and therefore service was mediocre at best.
