petit hôtel ne payant pas de mine, mais bien situé (proche Grand Canyon). accueil initial un peu "froid", mais s'ameliorant par la suite. seul "défaut": un petit dèjeuner vraiment léger, mais peut-être en rapport avec le tarif. chambre propre mais viellissante.

The hotel is located near the end of I-17 entering Flagstaff. It is convenient for road trips around the Flagstaff area. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is what it should be.
Room with two double beds was on the small side although manageable I have been in larger rooms.

Typical hotel for its type. Got what we expected. Good value. Quiet, clean and near the places we wanted to go. Had an excellent dinner at nearby restaurant Busters which was recommended by hotel staff. Breakfast was good with very nice girl working in the breakfast area. Would return if we are again in Flagstaff.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, knowledgeable and courteous. A major snow storm had hit the day we were leaving, leaving the highways closed. The staff allowed for a late check-out as crews worked to clean the interstate. Breakfast was simple and plentiful.

A good hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast.
The beds were the absolute worst and we did not get a good nights sleep. I would never stay there again.

The hallways and entrance to rooms are located on the exterior of the building. Therefore expect a lot of noise from the other guests as they tromp by with their luggage against the metal. Rooms X04 & X03 are next to the stairs, so even more noise for those locations. Kids running up and down the halls and stairs without supervision made it worse. Continental […] breakfast means sugar. They had cold english muffin w/ eggs and sausage that you could microwave. Not enough seating for all the guests. Bed was comfortable, lots of pillows for the King. Refrig, microwave in room. Close to I-40 and located in an area with stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information on the Grand Canyon - even had maps to the South Rim preprinted for handouts. The room was a little dated and the bath was a little awkward, but it was a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is great on almost all counts. The room we had was a little small by the usual 3 star hotel standard of this type. We're not sure if other rooms are larger here, but we were on an extended trip and had two large suitcases that we couldn't lay flat anywhere without tripping over them. "restful and refreshing"
Travel plans took us to Santa Fe on 9/1/11 for a stop over on our trip to Denver. After a great night sleep in a quiet hotel, we booked it for our return trip from Denver to Phoenix on 9/4/11. I thought it should have been rated more towards a 4 star hotel.

The room was perfect for me, just one person. The morning breakfast was lacking & I don't think the Hot Tub was ever 103 degrees, but overall for the price I would stay there again.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable but the room was clean. The front desk clerks were not too friendly.

This inn appears to have been added on to since it was new, but the breakfast room was left the same size as original. This made it terribly inadequate for handling of its load. Its poor layout meant that only one person at a time could get into the CORNER where the waffle maker toaster and all hot food had to be accessed. The only saving grace was that the coffee was set out near the reception area, where there was a couch and several easy chairs. "Nice but Small"
This was a nice hotel. It was clean and overall well maintained. BUT, This room was extremely small. My husband is a pretty tall guy (6'6") and he had a duck and turn side ways a lot. The TV was very close to the bed. The bathroom was so tiny that the bathtub/shower was so close to the toilet. I am a short lady my self (5'2") and even I felt closed […] in. There was nothing particularly unappealing about this hotel it was just a little lower end for Fairfield than we are used to. It was an outdoor entry hotel, which we prefer to avoid. We found ourselves on an impromptu trip on Memorial day weekend. There was absolutely nothing available near grand canyon and so we found ourselves in Flagstaff trying to find a hotel with availability and hoped for a good price. Newer hotel, sink was separate from the toilet / shower, great breakfast. Few miles from the downtown, but as long as you have a car that's no problem.

We used this hotel as a base to explore various attractions in the Flagstaff area such as the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, etc. Not elegant, but clean and comfortable and convenient to downtown and the highways.

Overall this hotel worked good for us. The price seemed a little high especially after staying at the Hilton Airport in Phoenix. We paid less and had a much nicer, bigger room and more comforts. I would recommend this to anyone though.

The room was very small for 2 people and the bed was very firm. I would reccomend for only a one night stay and move on which is what we did for a visit to vegas

We enjoyed our stay. We arrived early, around 11AM, and they still let us check in early-no problem. The one thing I didn't realize is that the room doors faced outside (rather than a hallway inside), so it was more like a motel set up, than a hotel. Nice people, nice hotel, very nice breakfast. Room was nice too but the only thing we didn't Care for was the bed. Very hard and uncomfortable. Didn't sleep well at all. Everything else was great.
